We hired this company to clean our vents. We really had no idea what they were gonna do until they came. They covered our furniture with plastic, then started removing every vent in the ceiling cleaning it. Another gentleman came with a brush to clean to the outside release. The three men never stopped working after replacing all the vents.then they started , vacuuming up the mess that was caused. They were the most professional crew I have ever had. read more

Cleaned the 33 foot dryer vent duct. On time, friendly, professional, and cleaned up after the work was done. Made a big difference on amount of air flow at outside vent cap. And drying time was noticeably reduced. They did excellent job. read more

AZ came out to not only clean my dryer vent but they had to repair and do a deep cleaning under my dryer. They were on time, quick to provide the right service, friendly, didnt make a mess, and the price was reasonable. They provided me with a senior discount as well. I highly recommend them for all duct work cleaning and dryer repair. read more

We are very impressed with the service we received! We had never had air ducts cleaned before in any house, but we've noticed a lot of dust in this house, which we've owned for 4 years. Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair, and the team of Eric and Javier were punctual, polite and efficient. Spring cleaning accomplished. We are not only glad we had our system cleaned, we're happy we used A-Z Air Duct to get the job done. read more

had them come out for an air duct and dryer duct cleaning paid $109 for them only to connect the machine vacuum to the main duct and that's all. I had mentioned to the guy i really wanted to get the dryer duct cleaned and checked but he just picked up his things and left. It seemed like he lost interest once I told him I couldn't do any add on services until I speak with my husband. not worth what I was charged read more

Quick and efficient service. Opted for dryer vent cleaning. Cost seemed reasonable but take that with a grain of salt as this is my first time using a service like this but they were slightly lower than another company I had reached out to. The woman who answered my call was super friendly and informative. I didn't meet the techs who came out as my husband was the one home at the time but they were quick and let us know we could probably wait a little longer to get a cleaning next time. Will use again. read more

Very reliable and efficient. Showed up early and finished quickly with an extremely fair price.

Easily recommended. They were able to give me a quote over Yelp, and honored the price. We just had to get our dryer vent cleaned out, and they did it in about 30 minutes. Quality company. read more

Definitely good service and very good prices compared to their competition. There was No attempt to upsell which contributes to their value and sense of being honest in their services. read more

We were apprehensive about what would happen if our ducts were cleaned. Dirt? Disruptions? Noise? We are so happy to report A-Z Air Duct made the duct and dryer vent cleaning a piece of cake! They were very efficient and professional in every way possible! No dust. Minimal disruption. They were in and out in a couple of hours. They used video to show me the dust in my vents before they started and how it was gone when they finished. I would highly, highly recommend the professionals at A-Z Air Duct Cleaning!!! read more

They were very prompt and pleasant providing a quote and getting job scheduled. Friendly crew that came out ... they covered the areas up where they were cleaning out the vents. The crew worked great together and did a good job in a timely manner. Showed before and after photos of the dryer vent. I had all the bathroom vents, ac returns and main return where ac filter is cleaned as well. The company called the next day to follow-up/ensure I was satisfied with the crew and results. I would recommend and use them again. read more

The two techs that cleaned our air ducts were EXCELLENT. They were professional, efficient, and friendly (that's important, too!). The price was less than I expected which is always a plus. This is my second time using A-Z Duct cleaning and the customer service was excellent. The scheduling department answered all my questions and promptly scheduled my appointment. The technicians arrived a few minutes early and explained the process. They respected my house during the entire visit by placing plastic down in their work area. They were professional in every way. Highly recommend. read more

Aaron and Eric provided great service - Indeed they were very thorough, and explained every procedure as well as future maintenance to us. The cost was on par (in some cases less) than what we'd been quoted with their competitors. If you live in Arizona you're going to need to have this done every 5 years. A-Z Air Duct is a great choice. read more

I had them come and clean my dryer vent, as it was a few years since I had it cleaned. AZ Air Duct came out and did a great job, left no mess, and vacuumed the area. This is my first time using a duck cleaning service. I had expected them to arrive between 1030 and 11 and it wasn't till just after 12 until they got to my house.I had called to have them clean and service my dryer vent, my wife and I did it ourselves and we are pretty sure we screwed it up and possibly tore the vent inside the wall leading up to the roof. When the team arrived I told them my story and they got right to work, One member stayed inside the garage and checked for airflow and another member climbed up into the attic space to inspect the connection. They ensured me nothing was torn and in fact we did clean it and they only charged us a trip charge. The piece of mind they provided was a relief and the honesty was very refreshing. I am sure I will be using this company in the near future to clean my air duct system. read more

Very thorough and professional. The team that did our house was very efficient, dryer vent was also cleaned at no extra charge..

The quote was immediate when I called. Office stated that it wouldn't be more than the quote but might be less depending on how many registers I had...well, it ended up less and the crew did a good job, came on time, cleaned up well after. read more

I called A-Z Air Duct to schedule a dryer vent cleaning and they were able to come out next day. The receptionist was very nice, and so were the technicians. It turned out we had a clog in the dryer vent so it was perfect timing. The service was affordable, they made no mess and finished very quickly. Will definitely call them when it's time to have the ducts cleaned in our house. read more

I reached out to A-Z Air Duct to come to clean our dryer vents in Cave Creek, I had limited days/times available and they were wonderful in working with my schedule. The two workers showed up even a couple of minutes earlier than our set appointment time. They were courteous, polite, and cleaned up after their work. In and out in a much faster time than I'd anticipated. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. read more

Very professional ... the team arrived on time. They were wearing uniforms. They had their equipment. They quickly looked around the house to see what needed to be done and then they did it. We have been in the process of remodeling our house for about a year. We needed to COMPLETELY clean our house, including the vents. The guys were on time, polite and very efficient. We did a walk through, and they were in motion like a well-choreographed operation. Money well spent to breath cleaner air. read more

Great job, arrived within the time window, explained the process thoroughly, cleaned up afterward, great job, no complaints, 5 stars!.

These guys are machines! They were polite and very efficient! They came in, and like a well oiled machine one guy put down plastic protection covering, another started unscrewing vents, and the third started walking the house and explaining things to me. They were here less than they said they'd be, they helped fix our dryer connection to the wall, and then they cleaned up everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, and were gone! I wish more businesses worked so well! and as a PS, they were recommended by a competitor who only does dryer vents and I needed both dryer and duct vents work done. That should tell you something! read more

Spoke to Frank the owner and he was so knowledgeable about air duct cleaning and why his company was the best to use. They have hoses that reach the entire length. The process from start to finish was about an hour and Eric & George cleaned up anything that had dropped. They coveted our furniture and thoroughly cleaned both sides of each vent. I highly recommend using them. read more

I went by the advise from when I got a new AC. They said in order for it to work optimally, I should get the air ducts cleaned. A-Z Air Duct was the company I went with. They were local near me, and they kept me informed about my appointment, which changed a couple of times. Sean was the spokesman among the 3 workers. He was very informative. We had not had it done for the 40 years we have lived there, and they were very thorough. They knew it was a very dirty job and they did it cleanly. Thank you, I will call them again. read more

I was able to schedule for next day dryer wall vent cleaning and they were courteous, fast & affordable! Thank you!

I don't review many businesses but these guys (Josh & Bryan) were AMAZING and earned this review. So, I bought a washer/dryer which stopped working after a couple of loads with a message "check vent". I had an appliance repairman stop out and he said it was the dryer duct. I called these guys, talked to Frank and when he asked when I wanted them to come out I said in an hour he said OK and in fact they were there within an hour. Professional and knowledgeable Bryan even leveled the leg of my dryer so it didn't vibrate. In 2 words...USE THEM!!! read more

True Review Start to Finish (not related or friends of) Request appt by internet - The call back was prompt next day to set an appt. Quote $35 per vent and same for the return, 6 total. I had called back with a question about the "summer discount" listed on the web site and received a somewhat rude response man said "the truck doesn't move for less than $250 there is no discount". Regardless, I had asked for a call before my appt which I did not get. Two young men showed up on time and were very nice 7:20 AM. Service - Their equipment used was very delicately handled. The rubber strands on the end of the vac looked extremely used and broken compared to the new one that was under the hose around the system, the vacs electrical cord was taped around the outlet as it may have shorted at some time. My concern for the boys coughing was they did not wear air masks and I was told they get taken all the time. Pictures were taken of the before cleaning but I never did get to see any of the after pictures. The hose was sent through the vents a few feet some debris was falling out and they did clean it up afterwards. End - removed all the equipment and asked for payment. BUT WAIT, what about the sanitizer and fresh scent? Bringing in another pc of equipment with a short hose. I asked to see what was being sprayed out as I didn't see or smell a thing. After a quick adjustment on the wand I then saw a very weak mist, it was put up only a few inches in only the two returns and adjusted again? I can tell a can of Lysol would be much stronger and just as well a better option to smell something other than air. Final Paid my bill $209,they left a card and a polite goodbye. The boys were very nice but as for my vents? Eh.... Two of the four vents were put on backwards blowing up at the ceiling which I now have to change. I still don't smell anything and if I could add the picture they were not cleaned they are still dirty. I gave two stars only for the fact that the two boys were polite and clean. Ive had the ducts cleaned before off a junk mail add and got to see the dirt out of the vents for LESS THAN HALF what I paid without the rude comment over the initial appt. that my house would not net over $250 charge and forget about the "summer special" ""THE TRUCK DONT MOVE FOR LESS THAN $250"" Sorry but to much for to little. read more

Totally satisfied with A-Z Air Duct services! Office staff kept me informed the whole time, confirmed day ahead & very professional. Faster and better than the national chains on television. I called at 11:00am and the work was done by 1:30pm. the vent was 80% blocked; 15 minutes later 0% blocked (fantastic). I appreciate the person that answered the phone but I apologize I don't remember her name. Back to the the National chains: they won't give you a price without an inspection, then wait 24 hours for email quote, then schedule the work after that for a job that takes 1/4 of an hour? I will be calling back for our HVAC ducts; could not be happier with A-Z. Call them and support a local company! read more
