So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!

Ragan's Heating & Air made a stressful situation so much easier. When my AC went out, they came out…read morepromptly, assessed it honestly, and determined a replacement was the better call rather than throwing money at a repair. Their quote was fair and in line with market pricing, and they offered financing that made the expense manageable. What really stood out was the turnaround; they had the new unit installed within just a few days. They walked my tenant through how to use the new system, kept a portable AC on hand so we weren't without cooling in the meantime, and answered every question I had along the way. Great communication and customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. We called John for a needed water heater service, and he was kind,…read moreprofessional, and prompt from the very first phone call. After talking everything through, he made time on his schedule for the very next day. He serviced the unit, fixed a code-compliance issue, and even gave us a second opinion on an A/C repair that a larger company claimed was "unavoidable." Turns out that larger company was simply not telling the truth. They gave us information that was impossible given the actual setup of the unit in our attic, recommendations that would have led to an unnecessary A/C replacement. None of it was needed. All the system required was a bit of TLC and someone who truly understands what they're doing. What a value add. Needless to say, the BBB received an email about that other company, and John will be our go-to from now on. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

He explained what the special covered and what this did for a home. He also explained the other options that were available should the system inticate additional work. He did NOT try to sell me anything. He went around to the main intake vent opened it and had a look, we also went to other vents and had a look. Now, these ducts had not been cleaned in well over the 11 years I have been in the house. It was obvious that my ductwork was in need of more cleaning than the special allowed for. We did discuss the benefits of clear vents and they were all positive relative to my lifestyle. After further discussion, and again at no time did Greg try to upsell me. My quetions were answered and after my evaluation, I authorized Greg to complete the next level cleaning. He got his gear, equipment, hoses, cords, etc and began work. It took him a good two plus hours. The interior condition of my ducts was noticably different after the cleaning. I could tell the air flow from the AC better and when I turned the temp back down, it took half the time to cool. He also cleaned out the dryer vent....quite dirty. All in all very satisfied with the service, I am clear for another 10-12 years. Greg did a super job, was honest and tranparent with his professional expertise and I appreciate that. Owner Steve Troup tried contacting the complex and get my information because I made a police report on the incident, the owner was told by the complex they cannot give any residence information because it's against the law , the complex then contacted me and stated the owner wanted me to give him a call and that he wanted to resolve the issue . As soon as he answers the phone the owner starts going off on me saying I am lying that his employee never stole the item, he then stated he is willing to pay $2000 for me to drop the case with the police and to remove the review I left on here , after the jewelry store quoted $4k for the exact piece of jewelry he instantly got annoyed and denied trying solving the issue and wanting to pay me . The review was removed but will be back up here and other sites as well as this situation has affected my mental health and still want to pursue a lawsuit against him and the company as he tried scaring me sending me a letter saying if I didn't remove the review I will be going to court . Yelp states 95% of the court cases that go for a review get dismissed as United States has freedom of speech in the first amendment and this was from my experience.
