While the service was effective, the communication beforehand was lacking--I didn't receive the promised arrival text and the office didn't respond to my calls during the wait. Follow-up: I reached out afterward because I was disappointed not to receive before/after photos (which I've seen in other reviews). The manager clarified that they only provide photos for air duct cleaning, not dryer vents. I also asked about upgrading my flexible hose to a semi-rigid one. The manager followed up with the lead tech who confirmed my current hose is in good condition and is actually better suited for the tight space in my condo. They were very on time, courteous and nice, and my house smelled fresh and clean after they were done because of the deodorizer. They spent plenty of time and went through everything twice due to a smoker as a previous tenant. Definitely worth the money.

Do not use them!! Had them out a year ago, two weeks ago our dryer stopped working, lint and extreme condensation. Had appliance guy come out, dryer was fine he stated we had clog in the vent. We called them they denied not cleaning the vent properly (they never went outside, just inside) and said they would come back but would charge us for it. We called another company, they came out and the vent had so much moisture, water was actually falling from the outside vent when he tried to reach the clog. He stated this is ridiculous, Integrity obviously didn't do the cleaning correctly. He didn't even charge us because the vent needs at least a week or two to dry to reach the clogged lint. Called integrity to report what this company said. Again refused to stand by their work or even admit that their workers didn't complete the job correctly. do not use them they are untrustworthy, no integrity and create fire hazards with shoddy work!! read more

I have received many sales pitches, and very few become reality. However, this company is one of the few that did everything they said they would do and the work was exceptional. First I had the duct cleaning service performed on my home, followed by the AeroSeal. Integrity Duct Cleaning arranged the times so they were one day followed by the next, making everyone's job easier. Even the AeroSeal team stated they liked the work because they never lost a register screw. The duct cleaning team reset the screws into the holes after they took off the registers so they did not get lost. The people that came were clean, professional and nice. They did a thorough job. The before/after pictures taken show the duct cleaning; and after the AeroSeal was finished, and the A/C was turned back on, I can already tell the difference between the amount of cool air from my A/C coming out of my vents from this morning before the Aeroseal, and this afternoon, after the job was completed. Integrity Duct Cleaning did seem to do a decent job at performing the task of cleaning out my dryer vent. They did come prepared and executed the job. However, there were three younger men that came to perform the job and at least one of them loudly used inappropriate foul language on two occasions and unfortunately it was not only loud enough for me to hear but also loud enough for my 6 year old daughter to hear. It felt like a violation to have that kind of language used in my house and I had to talk to my daughter after the incident as she was upset. I did address the issue with the lead person on the job and I called their management team and was offered an apology, which I did appreciate. To be clear and fair, this review is more about the lack of professional conduct and the use of unacceptable language at a private residence. I hope they can make some improvements on future jobsites. read more
