The experience was very professional. Zero complaints. Great communication and service.

Integrity did a great job for us cleaning out our dryer vent. Even when I had to change plans at the last minute. Very professional with great customer service. Brian, TJ and his crew are highly recommended and we will be using them again when we have our AC ductwork serviced., read more

Integrity did a wonderful job! I used them for dryer duct cleaning and I highly recommend them.

The response to my quote was fast and so was the service! I chose this company because positive reviews. I have allergies and decided to have the ducts cleaned due to the previous owner of the home having pets. This company not only vacuums out the ducts, but they also mop them so there's no remnants of anything in there leftover. Definitely worth it! Thank you for your great work! read more

Exceptional Company. Their response for quote and scheduling of service was incredibly fast. They also went the extra mile. Thank you for the great work and prompt service. read more

The Experience: The technicians arrived within the 2-hour window and completed the work quickly (about 30 minutes). While the service was effective, the communication beforehand was lacking--I didn't receive the promised arrival text and the office didn't respond to my calls during the wait. Follow-up: I reached out afterward because I was disappointed not to receive before/after photos (which I've seen in other reviews). The manager clarified that they only provide photos for air duct cleaning, not dryer vents. I also asked about upgrading my flexible hose to a semi-rigid one. The manager followed up with the lead tech who confirmed my current hose is in good condition and is actually better suited for the tight space in my condo. Summary: Overall, a solid and honest company. I'm happy with the technical advice and the cleaning, though the initial communication could have been smoother. read more

TJ and his partner were phenomenal. They were very friendly, courteous, professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommended

Don't need to write a super long review for this. Two young men showed up came in. I showed him where the duct was. They brought their machines in, cleaned it, and left. They were very on time, courteous and nice, and my house smelled fresh and clean after they were done because of the deodorizer. The price seemed on par with other quotes that I got as well. read more

My tech arrived late but then I found out they drive across multiple states to get to you. He did a great job and the Groupon price was absolutely unbeatable. I'm very happy with my experience and recommend! Just be sure to give yourself some extra time. read more

Air duct cleaning has, for us, proven to be a good example of "you get what you pay for." We've lived here for 21 years. We know at least one of the two prior owners had a dog. We've been noticing fine granular dust on our granite countertops for months. Our split-level, 2,400 sq. ft. house is 35 years old and, as far as we know, the ducts have never been cleaned, so we thought it was time to see if this kind of service was worth it.Integrity was easy to schedule, and they showed up on time. The 2-man crew was clean, neat, polite, friendly, and professional. They took care to lay down plastic drop cloth over the stove (under one vent) and over upholstered furniture near other vents. They were careful and efficient, cleaning the vents and applying their "mop and scrub" process to the ductwork. When finished, they vacuumed the carpets, leaving the house as clean as it had been when they arrived. We are very happy with our experience and with the results. read more

After doing due diligence I decided to hire Integrity. I spoke to Brian who explained everything in detail. The owner Doug called my husband & answered his questions. I was very anxious about having this done but Corbin & his crew were fabulous. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I was shown all the pictures of the ducts & returns. All I can say is I can't believe we have been breathing this sh*t. Everyone needs to have this done in their home. read more

Repair work throughout our condo was done, and I wanted all air ducts cleaned. Using the Yelp Projects feature, I assessed various responses from prospective duct cleaning companies. Integrity Duct Cleaning impressed me with prompt contact, relevant questions about the potential job, and a call to me to get and give details. After we agreed about the scope of the work, I promptly received an electronic estimate of the cost. The crew arrived on time, were courteous and efficient, and left without a trace (which is a good thing when working in someone's living space). The charge was the same as the estimate. I will use them again, no question! read more

We have a rental that we have owned for a few years and our tenant has been the best! So when they mentioned that the AC seemed to be struggling we had a service come out to check on the system and they mentioned that we had some duct leaks. Well we looked for someone that could seal them and also wanted to have them cleaned at during the process. Brian and his team of tech's took care of everything and reduced the airflow loss by 80%.....that was crazy to think how much air was just trying to cool the attic space. They provided all of the information and our tenant was happy that the system was working better! read more

10/10 recommend this duct cleaning service! They had a solid quoted, which made the decision that much simpler. I don't think my ducts have been cleaned since the house was built, but they are all spotless now. They cleaned all the grates and did a sanitizing mop inside the ducts as well. All in all, will definitely go with this service again. I did add on the dryer ducts cleaning [it's a separate charge] was so glad I did. Tyson and TJ also vacuumed and left everything "Monica clean" (IYKYK)! read more

I highly recommend them for duct cleaning! They were incredibly hard working and diligent in what they did. Their quote wasn't the most expensive nor the cheapest, but their quality of work is top tier! I really appreciated there wasn't upsell tactics, just good factual details and quality work. They felt honest from start to finish. It has been 1 month since they came out. The allergies and coughing we were dealing with in our newly purchased home are gone! It has been a night and day difference! I had put a video camera into our ducts which is where I saw how dirty they were and reached out to various vendors. You can see the before and after photos, dust & dirt is gone! Finally we are enjoying the clean air in our home read more

They spent plenty of time and went through everything twice due to a smoker as a previous tenant. Definitely worth the money.

The techs were Friendly, I did watch them and they seemed to do a good job. The price in my opinion was a bit higher than I would like but they did do a lot of work. The only issue I have is at least one of the vents wasn't secured back in place properly. read more

ryan and quinn did a amazing job. first vacuum all my inside vents and underneath ductwork. then they go back and wash all the ductwork. no more debrie left !!!! i've had my duct work cleaned before but no one has ever gone back and wash after vacuuming... huge difference!!! don't look anywhere else. patty read more

Great service! I had just bought a home and had to have AC put in. I called Doug to get my ducts cleaned. It was a simple and easy process. Doug was flexible with my schedule and I'm really happy with his team's work. I'll be calling them again next year to get them cleaned again. read more

Do not use them!! Had them out a year ago, two weeks ago our dryer stopped working, lint and extreme condensation. Had appliance guy come out, dryer was fine he stated we had clog in the vent. We called them they denied not cleaning the vent properly (they never went outside, just inside) and said they would come back but would charge us for it. We called another company, they came out and the vent had so much moisture, water was actually falling from the outside vent when he tried to reach the clog. He stated this is ridiculous, Integrity obviously didn't do the cleaning correctly. He didn't even charge us because the vent needs at least a week or two to dry to reach the clogged lint. Called integrity to report what this company said. Again refused to stand by their work or even admit that their workers didn't complete the job correctly. do not use them they are untrustworthy, no integrity and create fire hazards with shoddy work!! read more

All great things! Super easy to work with, very considerate of the house and my schedule, i felt safe with them moving throughout the rooms. House is from the 50s, heavy smokers since the 80s, and who knows when the air ducts were last cleaned. We got before and after photos and so impressive! I appreciate every bit of time and attention and respect they gave us. Would definitely recommend them to any family or friends. read more

Solid performance from this team today! lol Earlier last year, my wife and I found out we were going to have a baby, in February. Turns out that she had other plans, and was born 6 Weeks early! I quickly reached out to Doug the owner, since I had previously inquired about some pricing and had a response in minutes. I had an appointment in under a week and would have been even sooner if my schedule had allowed it. The quality of the work done today was great. His team was professional, punctual, and knocked everything in under 2 hours. Dylon the lead was very friendly and courteous. Showing me before and after photos. Highly recommend! read more

Brian, Doug, and Dallas at Integrity Duct Cleaning were fabulous to work with! My husband and I just bought a house, and wanted to have our air ducts cleaned before having new units installed by an HVAC company. Brian scheduled our service and described the entire process so we knew what to expect. Doug and Dallas arrived right on time and did a fabulous job. They were extremely thorough with both duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They called attention to a duct that needed to be replaced, and I had plenty of time to notify the HVAC company in time for the installation. They showed me the condition of the filters and I was able to let the HVAC company know as well. I highly recommend Integrity Duct Cleaning to everyone wanting to have air ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Thank you, Integrity Duct Cleaning, for a job well-done! read more

I highly recommend Integrity Duct Cleaning in Phoenix, Az. They walk the talk unlike other companies I contacted. Brian provided a reasonable quote and detailed what the work included down to the before and after pictures. Very attentive and flexible to address unique needs that I had. Friendly and reliable service. Thank you!

Tyson, Shawn and Hunter showed up on time and started work immediately. They cleaned all the ducts , registers and the dryer vent. We decided to use Integrity because of their mopping and vacuum cleaning process. Tyson found mold in one vent and they took care of it. These 3 young men did an amazing job, much better than the previous cleaning service we used some time ago. They cleaned and vacuumed all their work areas before presenting the invoice to us. The price was very fair considering the amount of labor and the cleaning process they use. The before and after photos tell the tale. They looked like new when done. read more
