Update: 4/11/22 A Sr. Technician came out to see if he could get the filtration system installed. James(Jim) was amazing! He got thr unit to fit and was able to complete all of the work. He showed me the pictures he took of the install and completed product. I am so hopeful this will help us with our allergies! Regardless I recommend this company hands down. They are professional, prompt, and care about their customers and take pride in their work. 4/7/22 So I was looking for a company that would clean our air ducts, dryer vent and install a whole house duct filtration system that would help purify the air. I have horrible allergies and this year the pollen has been out of control. This company was very responsive and professional. They gave me an accurate quote that didn't change once the work was complete. There were no added fees, no upselling and were very open to all the work they were doing. Eric and Jason gave me a call when they were headed over and when they arrived they told me the whole process and walked me through everything they were doing. They went up to look and see if their filtration system was compatible with our unit and discovered it wasn't. They are going to try to find one that might work. Instead of trying to do subpar work and make something "work" that definitely wouldn't work, they were up front and honest. Finally, they cleaned up everything at the end. You wouldn't know they were there! I appreciate l their hard work, honest, promptness, and excellent work ethic. Not impressed with this company. We had a new A/C unit put in and that company sent Dirti Ducts out to clean all of the ducts after our new unit was installed. I had no idea who arrived because they were in an old, nondescript van with no company logo. As they were working, I watched one employee pulled out a cushioned kitchen chair and stand on it wearing his dirty shoes rather than get a step ladder. After they left, we did a walkthrough and found debris on the desk, on the furniture and on the floor. The only "cleaning" they did was to sweep the floor in the living room. And lastly, they did not put a screw in correctly when replacing the vent in the bathroom. It is sticking out and put in crooked so now the vent rattles. All very simple things that could have been done correctly. But they weren't. UPDATE 3/7/25 - [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner of the company responded as well as a supervisor in the company. They sent someone over right away to repair the vent. I applaud their quick response[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Hired by our contractor while we were out of town Left nails they removed from the vents on our bathroom floor and in a pile by the driveway. Left debris in all our rooms including in my son's bed. Someone went through our bedroom closet and took out my vacuum. So overpriced it's not even funny. Was quoted over $500 to clean my ducts in a measly 3 bedroom house, called the very next duct cleaners, only $175 for the exact same job! This company basically tries to upsell you all kinds of unnecessary things that don't really need to be done or they are things that regular duck cleaners already do. Wow, Dryer Vent cleaning. They were so professional and courteous. It's about a 3 story house that the vent goes from the bottom floor to the top of the roof. Austin came in first and explained exactly what would be done first, second etc. I clearly knew what they would do beforehand. At one point he needed to go behind the dryer and instead of doing what most repairmen do he asked first if he could move some hangers to the side. He asked permission first. It was a little thing but it showed his care for my house and belongings. At the end he sent me pictures of the vent before and after. Also when he was behind the dryer he noticed my vent hose had a leak and offered to tape it and he explained that it was designed for high heat. Once I said OK he then did it. Excellent service. I have to wait a bit but when I get my A/C ducts cleaned I will use them. Austin was also excellent in going over exactly what they do when they do whole house duct cleaning.
