Chris and Brice spent 8 hours cleaning our ducts and they did an outstanding job. They told us exactly what they were going to do and exceeded our expectations. They put all of the vents back without any visible damage - even the ones that have been wallpapered - and left our house in the same condition as they found it. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the result. I highly recommend Chris and Brice. They are great! Lou Stahl read more

We are long time lovers of this chain! Super excited they opened one in Chandler. Have been 3 times since they opened this location, and the apple pancake, Hawaiian pancakes, strawberry waffles don't disappoint! Ask for the bacon soft, if you don't like overly cooked bacon. Deluxe potatoes are sharable. read more

They did a great job cleaning my duct work. Very friendly and cleaned up after they were done.

Our ducts hadn't been cleaned ever before we bought our house, and we were referred by another company to have our AC and ducts deep cleaned. Great service by Diego and Connor! Bryce and Jason our techs were very professional and thorough! They took the time to explain the entire process as I asked many questions. They worked as a team and made sure I was pleased with their work, every step of the way. I appreciated the scheduler Brianna who explained the process during our scheduling process over the phone. Update: 4/11/22 A Sr. Technician came out to see if he could get the filtration system installed. James(Jim) was amazing! He got thr unit to fit and was able to complete all of the work. He showed me the pictures he took of the install and completed product. I am so hopeful this will help us with our allergies! Regardless I recommend this company hands down. They are professional, prompt, and care about their customers and take pride in their work. 4/7/22 So I was looking for a company that would clean our air ducts, dryer vent and install a whole house duct filtration system that would help purify the air. I have horrible allergies and this year the pollen has been out of control. This company was very responsive and professional. They gave me an accurate quote that didn't change once the work was complete. There were no added fees, no upselling and were very open to all the work they were doing. Eric and Jason gave me a call when they were headed over and when they arrived they told me the whole process and walked me through everything they were doing. They went up to look and see if their filtration system was compatible with our unit and discovered it wasn't. They are going to try to find one that might work. Instead of trying to do subpar work and make something "work" that definitely wouldn't work, they were up front and honest. Finally, they cleaned up everything at the end. You wouldn't know they were there! I appreciate l their hard work, honest, promptness, and excellent work ethic. Eric and Jason were also very kind to all of my boys... answered all of their MANY questions and allowed them to "help." It was so nice to see them embrace my kids. I highly recommend this company. If you get Eric and Jason, they are an excellent team! Big Bertha does her job well as well! Shane and Brianna are also excellent with communication and scheduling. read more

They were very courteous and thorough. I definitely recommend them for duct cleaning.

Great customer service and friendly technicians. I love that this company is EPA certified and is transparent and not scammy. It's expensive, but good quality air is worth it! They were at my house for probably half a day cleaning my air ducts. I will definitely use this company again in the future. read more

Not impressed with this company. We had a new A/C unit put in and that company sent Dirti Ducts out to clean all of the ducts after our new unit was installed. I had no idea who arrived because they were in an old, nondescript van with no company logo. As they were working, I watched one employee pulled out a cushioned kitchen chair and stand on it wearing his dirty shoes rather than get a step ladder. After they left, we did a walkthrough and found debris on the desk, on the furniture and on the floor. The only "cleaning" they did was to sweep the floor in the living room. And lastly, they did not put a screw in correctly when replacing the vent in the bathroom. It is sticking out and put in crooked so now the vent rattles. All very simple things that could have been done correctly. But they weren't. UPDATE 3/7/25 - The owner of the company responded as well as a supervisor in the company. They sent someone over right away to repair the vent. I applaud their quick response. And after speaking to the supervisor on the phone, I have a different view of how this company operates and would expect only the best from them. I will definitely give them another try. Thank you!! read more

This company was requested to come out and clean our ductwork by Semper Fi HVAC after we had system replacement. The two guys, Aiden and Kaden, were super friendly and professional. You wrote a review for A-Z Air Duct A moment ago 5/9/2022 What you have read is true, this is a really good company. I got five quotes for air duct cleaning. Dirty Ducts was not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. After speaking with them and listening to the way they would service our units, I decided to go with them. The crew was very polite, on time, and did a meticulous job. When any issues arose, Adrian would address them with me before continuing. I appreciated the professionalism as well as the quality of service provided. We have three units and they were here for a little over six  hours, continually working. Our surfaces were covered in plastic and they did a good job of cleaning up  before they left.  I would not hesitate to utilize their services again. read more

Way Cool Plumbing and Air connected us with Dirti Ducts. Michael W. and Kolten M. came to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They were on time, friendly and very efficient. Called to request a quote for dryer duct cleaning which I received a couple hours later. My original appointment was for late afternoon but I was pleased when they were able to reschedule for early morning due to a cancellation. This is an excellent company that we're going to use moving forward for annual cleanings. read more

Dirti Ducts is a super professional business. I used them last week, Brett and Nate were the best and explained what they were doing and answered my questions and took extra care to inform me what and where they were doing things so i could move my dogs around that had to stay in the house because it was 100 degrees. The before and after pictures were amazing. I highly recommend this company and my two service men. The good news is the dust is gone in my house and so is my asthma!! read more

Hired by our contractor while we were out of town Left nails they removed from the vents on our bathroom floor and in a pile by the driveway. Left debris in all our rooms including in my son's bed. Someone went through our bedroom closet and took out my vacuum. They broke it and left it full and dead on our kitchen table Originally told they would replace the vacuum then they changed their minds. Now no contact from them after being told I would be contacted for several days. Total lack of accountability. Would not trust them in my home again. read more

Without a doubt, one of the best decisions we have made was to call Dirti Ducts to check and clean our dryer vent. We were literally a few loads of laundry away from a house fire. They saved our house and potentially our lives. Austin and Dallas were incredible. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Plus they provided pictures for all those folks out there that have to see it to believe it and cleaned up the entire mess! Serious PSA, if you have not cleaned your dryer vent in a few years (and not just the lint trap inside your dryer), please call Dirti Ducts to come and check it out. Completely reasonable and I got scheduled the next day. Thank you Dirti Ducts! read more

As the name implies, this is who you need to call when your ducts are, well, dirty. How do one's ducts get dirty, you might ask? Having tenants that are negligent and/or being a bonehead and failing to put an air filter in or regularly changing your air filter, that's how. We live in a desert that has been dewatered and is therefore extremely dusty. In short, change your filters regularly. Once it's too late and your home stinks and your HVAC is making it hard for you to breathe, call the experts at Dirti Ducts. These guys are incredible and one of the few truly knowledgeable and credentialed duct cleaners in the greater Phoenix area. They did a very thorough cleaning of our home's HVAC and all ducts, and the difference is remarkable. Our home went from smelling old and musty to very clean and fresh. Also, the techs were really professional and were sure to clean up any dusty fingerprints and footprints on their way out. I definitely recommend having your ducts cleaned if you're having issues with air quality; the difference is truly incredible. Note: For reference, I have a HEPA filter that monitors air quality 24/7 and my air quality has improved significantly over what it was prior to having our ducts cleaned. There's still a little bit of dust, but the smell and dust bunnies coming from the vents are gone!! read more

I could not have been happier with the services provided by Dirti Ducts! The scheduling process was easy with optional additional services offered and explained (minus sales pressure). The technicians (Joseph and Chase) showed up on time, clean and dressed professionally, made every effort to do their job with as little mess as possible, they were kind, verified the services I had agreed to and explained everything in a thorough manner. I could not be happier with my decision to use them!!! Thank you so much for such an outstanding experience!!! ** edit: I had to come back and sing more praises because I just can say enough good things about these 2 techs. They had so much pride in the job they were doing it was honestly very refreshing... I will refer them EVERY chance I get!!! read more

So overpriced it's not even funny. Was quoted over $500 to clean my ducts in a measly 3 bedroom house, called the very next duct cleaners, only $175 for the exact same job! This company basically tries to upsell you all kinds of unnecessary things that don't really need to be done or they are things that regular duck cleaners already do. I highly suggest staying far away from this company as they are totally over priced Re: response from owner. No, 100% it was your company that quoted me over $500 for air duct cleaning. Don't price gauge and you won't have to worry about bad reviews And yes the other company did exactly what your did the only difference is they were honest. When I called your company I let them know that the air conditioner was only one week old and that cleaning inside of the unit was not necessary but you guys still quoted me $550 for $175 job. You can keep replying back all you want to but the truth and reality is is that your company price gauges! I have been a homeowner for almost 30 years owning multiple properties throughout my life and you are hands-down three times more expensive than any air duct cleaner I have ever had "and this includes states like New York and California as well! It doesn't matter what licensing you have or if you're a small company that's family owned or a humongous corporate company the bottom line is your company is way overpriced and anyone considering using this company I highly suggest getting another quote. Guarantee any company under the sun quotes lower air duct cleaning quotes!! What a joke having a fixed price for all customers. That is just another clear indicator that you guys are way over priced right from the get-go Avoid this company or you will overpay Plain and simple read more

One service I've been contemplating. Although wanted and needed..between cost and the bad reviews seen on some companies, I am so glad I finally made the decision and had these guys. Sure, may be a little more than some others, you get what you pay for. I can highly recommend DDDDDDD! Sorry, couldn't correct, Due to Ducts. Dakota and Austin came out and were so professional and courteous from the moment they showed up until they left. They explained everything they were going to do as well as what they were doing through the process. They even went beyond on a few things. Secured a vent to the wall i haven't been able to do (crooked wall/builder issue). This was in the kitchen, and can already tell a difference in the airflow there. Also, ask if I wanted living room ceiling wiped down since he was up there. Read my mind! You get it...Enough said! But, great job all the way aroundaround. read more

We were long overdue for lint-vent cleaning/inspection. We were able to book a very rapid response; the techs arrived on-time and completed the clean-out quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and fast. Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend to anyone who needs ducts cleaned.

Amazing old school customer service! Recently was recommended to use them after our remodel by a friend. Had a HVAC company quote cleaning my system and it was $5k with a "if we find anything it could be more." Dirti Ducts was a quarter of that and did a fabulous job. Left the place as clean as they came into. Both units working great after the clean and vents are spotless. A great value, and they showed up right on time. Highly recommend them, a good old fashion small business who truly values their customers. read more

From the moment that I answered the door, the service and communication from Dirti Ducts was fantastic! Chase and Matt spent almost four hours on our AC unit, dryer vent, and ductwork (which hadn't been cleaned by the previous homeowner) to make sure everything was pristine. Chase thoroughly explained the whole process and made sure that we felt comfortable with everything. Furthermore, they cleaned up any and all debris at the end and you would never know that they were here. Thank you for a professional, positive experience! read more

I had Dirti Ducts out to clean my ventilation system after the install of a new air conditioner. This is the fourth time I've had them out. Their technicians were on time, very friendly, and did an absolutely amazing job. Everybody in my house has allergy issues, having this service done once a year has really helped limit that. I cannot recommend these guys enough, and they are absolutely amazing at their job. Oh, and before I forget, they clean out the laundry vent! So much lint gets trapped up there. I always worry about fires, peace of mind is priceless, and these technicians definitely provide that. read more
