Wow! What a great group of guys who showed up on time and did not mess around! The guys cleaned ducts and washed registers etc and they went above and beyond as our system was dirty as all get out. Last but not least they cleaned up and vacuumed everything when done. Brian was also helpful and scheduling was a breeze. Definitely would recommend to my neighbors! read more

Brian quickly responded to my inquiry, explained the process, pricing & recommended YouTube video. (I had already viewed it) Brennan, Jared & Nick show up, make a plan of action and started working. I'm so happy to have these air ducts so clean, I definitely notice a difference, even makes the house smell better. They also did the dryer vent. I highly recommend Integrity because they do exactly that.... (Doing the right thing when nobody's looking) Thanks guys for providing great service! Pricing is a bit higher than some of the other bids, you get what you pay for....Integrity is worth it! read more

I had a great experience with this company that I wanted to share. We recently relocated to Arizona and moved into a newly remodeled home, that although looked beautiful, was still filled with construction dust. I've had an annoying cough that I knew was just irritation in my throat while my husband insisted I see a Doctor. Instead, I asked him to try investing in cleaning our air ducts first because I knew it was dust related. The Integrity Duct Team were able to came out right away because they had a cancellation. They were in and out in under two hours and were very professional and courteous. We also got a HEPA filter and an iRobot floor cleaner from Amazon. BTW- We got the most highly rated version which is also the cheapest, it's called Eufy. We named her Rosie and run her daily. The amount of dust and dirt she finds is astounding -both because she does her job so well but also it's scary to think 2 people with no pets can create that much dirt & dust -but it mostly comes in from the air outside. This was two weeks ago and I have not coughed since! If you are on the fence, this is your sign to hire this company. Their fees are reasonable and it's worth every penny of the investment. You can't put a price on quality of the air you breathe. read more

Could not be more pleased and satisfied with the service that we received. Tyson and team were on time, friendly, professional, efficient and very clean. Tyson explained exactly what they would be doing, walked the house with me to see where they would be working and then got started. They cleaned the air ducts and the dryer vent and cleaned up before leaving. They were very respectful of the property too, which I appreciated. Thank you for doing such a great job! read more

I have received many sales pitches, and very few become reality. However, this company is one of the few that did everything they said they would do and the work was exceptional. First I had the duct cleaning service performed on my home, followed by the AeroSeal. Integrity Duct Cleaning arranged the times so they were one day followed by the next, making everyone's job easier. Even the AeroSeal team stated they liked the work because they never lost a register screw. The duct cleaning team reset the screws into the holes after they took off the registers so they did not get lost. The people that came were clean, professional and nice. They did a thorough job. The before/after pictures taken show the duct cleaning; and after the AeroSeal was finished, and the A/C was turned back on, I can already tell the difference between the amount of cool air from my A/C coming out of my vents from this morning before the Aeroseal, and this afternoon, after the job was completed. I highly recommend using Integrity Duct Cleaning for both the cleaning prior to the AeroSeal, and for the AeroSeal. They have the best price and amazing service. read more

We hired Integrity Duct Cleaning for duct cleaning services at our home. They were professional, prompt and reliable from our first phone call through job completion. We will contact them again in the future and plan to hire them when the time comes for dryer vent cleaning. Their services are expensive, but having no headaches or missteps occur goes a long way. read more

When I called, I loved that I spoke with the owner and he explained everything thoroughly. When the 3 gentlemen he employs showed up, they were just an hour later than we expected, which happened to fall just before my husband had a conference call. They were respectful and quiet, working on the opposite side of the house during his call. Per our square footage, they were in our home for about 3 hours. My asthma had been the motivating factor in getting our vents in our new-to-us house cleaned, after living here for a year. After being cleaned, I was pleasantly surprised to note that my asthma was no longer triggered when the vents went on. Definitely recommend! read more

Integrity Duct Cleaning did seem to do a decent job at performing the task of cleaning out my dryer vent. They did come prepared and executed the job. However, there were three younger men that came to perform the job and at least one of them loudly used inappropriate foul language on two occasions and unfortunately it was not only loud enough for me to hear but also loud enough for my 6 year old daughter to hear. It felt like a violation to have that kind of language used in my house and I had to talk to my daughter after the incident as she was upset. I did address the issue with the lead person on the job and I called their management team and was offered an apology, which I did appreciate. To be clear and fair, this review is more about the lack of professional conduct and the use of unacceptable language at a private residence. I hope they can make some improvements on future jobsites. read more

The crew that cleaned my air ducts and dryer vents were professional, efficient and courteous. They did a great job maintaining their equipment and cleaning up after the job was completed. Thank you to Tyson, TJ and Jared for being super sweet to my pups! read more

Integrity Air Duct Cleaning in Ft. Worth, TX was Prompt, Professional and Proficient!!! The 2 young gentlemen arrived, reviewed what the GroupOn covered then assessed what my house had (# of vents, etc.) and determined what the total price would be. They offered to add 2 additional services at an excellent package price and once I approved it all they set to work! They were more than happy to allow me to watch and ask questions as they worked. When they had completed the job, I was very happy and proud of them that they knew to put all things they had to move out of their way, back into their original location!!! I'll definitely have them back out when it's time to clean the ducts again!!! read more

Called Integrity Duct Cleaning, spoke with Doug. Doug told me what they would do, and asked few questions then was able to give a quote over the phone. Very easy, no hassle. The day before Brian texted me to confirm the appointment. on the day of, Tyson and team texted me half an hour before arrival. They were right on time. Tyson introduced himself then asked if we could show him around the house and explained to us exactly what they would be doing, answered questions that we had then no time was wasted, they started the job right after. They cleaned all of the air ducts and the dryer vent then they cleaned up before leaving. My husband and I were very pleased how they were very polite, professional and also careful with our furniture and things around the house. Thank you for the great job! read more

Did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company for all of your duct cleaning needs.

I called Integrity Duct Cleaning another company just didn't show up or call, and I'm glad I used them. They were quick to schedule me even though it was coming up on the thanksgiving holiday. I received the name of the person coming out and a 2 hour time window. That was followed up with a text with the same info. On the day of the cleaning and the gave me the time they were on the way. They were professional and explained the cleaning process and the large vacuum that the use. They got it cleaned out and put everything back in place. The do a great job communicating the process and cost. I thought it was a fair price and a good valve. I would recommend them highly! read more

We researched Duct Cleaning Services and opted on this one due to the ratings and their price point. . . and now we see why this company is rated so highly. Three clean cut, fresh scrubbed, nice guys arrived right on the dot of the appointed time and worked diligently for 3 solid hours on our air duct and dryer vents. They covered everything that they felt dust might fall on, and then vacuumed and mopped our vents. The end result is amazing! The vents look brand new! I would post pictures, but I haven't received them yet. These guys are so clean and neat, they actually vacuumed their way out the door! My house was left cleaner than what they originally walked into. Thumbs up! This is a 5-star company. I highly recommend. read more

I had a terribly strong smell of curry coming from a home I had just purchased and these guys knew exactly what to do and how to evaluate the smell. A duct cleaning, Ozone treatment (painting and new floors were separate services) later you couldn't even tell it was there! The owner is awesome and the employees are thorough and knowledgeable and polite. All together, came out smelling like roses on this one! read more

I highly recommend Integrity Duct Cleaning and was extremely happy with their service. The 2 gentlemen arrived on time, and were extremely courteous and professional. They explained the process, and also showed me before and after photos. The air ducts were super clean after their mop and scrub process - What a difference! They also cleaned up after themselves and covered my furniture before beginning. The airflow in my home is noticeably better, and I am so happy I called them. I had been having some dust allergy problems, and I feel like I just gave myself (and my family) a wonderful post-holiday gift. Happy New Year to me! What an awesome way to begin a great year. read more

Highly recommend! Professional, no frills, no pressure, just genuine services providers. I spoke with Doug to arrange dryer vent cleaning and Zack was the technician who preformed the services. Both men were very polite and informative. First and foremost I really appreciated that Doug was able to get an appointment for us that worked around my awkward schedule and kept communication with me all the way up until Zack arrived. When Zack arrived, it was clear he is knowledgeable about the process and ventilation in general. He explained where our dryer duct vent lead to as well as the dangers of not regularly cleaning it out. Both things my partner and I were unaware of. In addition to cleaning our dryer ventilation, Zack also cleaned out the back of the dryer, which was welcomed. He informed us of the other services Integrity Duct Cleaning offered, which we'll definitely keep in mind for our future needs. A big thanks to both Doug and Zack for making this an incredibly easy process. read more

I can not recommend this company enough! I called them to get a quote. Doug sent someone out a few days later. I had a very difficult duct cleaning job which required him to have someone return the next day to actually have to cut into my duct work. Doug never charged me more than originally quoted. He and his company resolved my problem so quickly I was amazed. You really don't find customer service like his anywhere anymore! I would give them 10 stars!!!! Never call anyone else for your duct cleaning! read more

Doug seemed like a nice guy at first. Scheduled and agreed to an air duct cleaning last Friday. Doug called and asked if I could reschedule for Saturday because he had a bigger job offer. I agreed. However some overtime became available for Saturday and I took it. I asked him if we could reschedule for Monday but again the same story about his big clients and he couldn't squeeze me in on Monday. All down hill from there couldn't find a date that would fit my schedule until the following week. I guess it's only Integrity depending on how fat your wallet is. Oscar read more

Excellent Experience Today! Top notch crew, very professional and thorough. The two step sterilization process is worth the investment. We just bought a 25 year old house and they cleaned an entire industrial vacuum bag of impacted lint out of the clothes drier vent. Saved us from our house catching on fire. They even vacuum the floor before they leave. Highly recommend this service! read more

Ian and the other crew member did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. They were very professional and we would def use them again! Saw the before and after pics. Very thorough and I liked the upfront pricing. No surprises! read more

I had a dryer vent problem, and after calling around, I decided to use Integrity. Doug was communicative, professional, reasonably priced, and did excellent work! I had to move appointments on him a couple of times, but he was very flexible and accommodating. After about half an hour or work, he had removed more than a plastic bag full of dryer lint that got stuck in my vent, along with some branches and leaves. Apparently birds like the warmth of dryer vents and try to nest in them sometimes! He also cleaned up well after the job, and had multiple options for payment. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended! read more

My husband and I are so thankful to have hired Integrity Duct Cleaning. Well, I'm really impressed by this company. My mom was recently diagnosed with COPD and I wanted to improve the quality of the air in our home if I could. When I called, I got Doug on the phone who gave me a quote and walked me through the process. He was really friendly and transparent. Not a whiff of shady sales practices. He told me everything that was offered and available and gave me all of those prices in advance Should I want any add on services. He made it clear that they wouldn't come to the site then try to upsell me in the moment by telling me I needed some thing else, he was good to his word. On the day of the duct cleaning a team of three guys arrived, all in uniforms and all with masks on. This was clearly a professional company and they looked like it. These three young guys were all super polite with smiles and happy to answer questions. I had previously searched companies on Groupon who simply do the suctioning part, but after digging into the reviews and checking out the Better Business Bureau I discovered a lot of those companies were shady, and I feel so much better that I went with a company that inspired confidence every step of the way and treated me with kindness. Sometimes you have workers that are careless with your home, track dirt in, don't care if they leave doors open, and don't clean up after themselves. Not these guys. When they saw me sweeping the kitchen one of them ran in and said oh please don't worry about that, we're going to take care of it! They left the place very clean and there was no trace of the massive amount of dust and grime left from the vents. This air duct cleaning company gives a competitive price for a full mop and scrub clean that doesn't just vacuum out your ducts (that's what those super cheap options do, just attach a vacuum for a while & walk away) but Integrity actually actually washes them. They provide before and after pictures, the ones I'm attaching are of my actual vent. It was a rental before and as you can see it was pretty disgusting. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. I felt I could trust their workers in my home and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If I need my vents cleaned again I know where I'm going. read more

My mom's air conditioning ducts needed to be cleaned so I called Integrity Duct Cleaning after reading so many great reviews for them online. They came out and scrubbed, mopped, and sanitized her ducts. Her home smelled so much better afterward. We got a text from them when we scheduled the service and then they sent another text the day they came out reminding us of the appointment and letting us know the name of the team leader. They worked hard and were so professional. We will use them again and have already recommended them to others. read more

I rarely post a review, but when a service is exceptional, I feel very obligated to do so. Being asthmatic, I'm very affected by dust, dander, and many cleaning products and aerosols. As a homeowner, who is very careful about keeping a clean and well maintained home, I have used many different duct cleaning companies over the years. Having no way to inspect the job, I pay the serviceman when he says he's finished -about 90 minutes after arriving. This spring, my lungs were especially troublesome. I knew it was time to have the ducts cleaned. I called INTEGRITY DUCT CLEANING from a mailer that I saved. The owner Doug spoke to me and my husband for quite a while answering all our questions. He elaborated on each and every detail of his service. I stressed my health concerns and asked just how his serviceman would approach our job. We're now nearly 20 minutes into this initial contact, and price had not yet been discussed! The job description that Doug outlined was so detailed my husband and I set the appointment for the cleaning. Then we asked his fee. A little backwards I know- After we hung up, I received an email with EVERY detail that we discussed as to "personnel masking, Sanitizing hands, covering areas of house, diligence to not kick up dust while cleaning, working around a nervous dog". On appointment day 10 am the door bell rings and there were 3 immaculate looking men. Daniel, crew leader, introduced himself and his men, and began the setup for the duct cleaning. Before and after photos were taken to show us the condition of the ducts as the work was in process. After the cleaning, the ducts were sanitized. The grills were carefully replaced. The men, vacuumed the floors and cleaned surfaces where some debris escaped their machines Part of the job was to also clean our clothes dryer vents. It was almost 3pm when they said they were finished. 5 hours x 3 men!!! Epic really. (Our home is only 2200 sq ft) We couldn't believe the thorough job that was just completed. Yes, this review is long- it's commensurate with the detail of the service. Would I recommend INTEGRITY- you bet I would. And of course, I plan to call them again for the next duct cleaning service. STAY SAFE EVERYONE- WEAR YOUR MASKS! read more

Integrity Duct Cleaning did a superior job at our home. We contacted Integrity for a quote to clean our ducts and dryer vent. I left a message and received a call back within minutes! I called Integrity last week to fix or reinstall my dryer hose vent. My dryer is in my garage and I noticed my garage was full of lint all over. I was thinking perhaps the hose connection had a hole in it and needed to be replaced. I would've paid whatever they charged to rectify this problem! Brian suggested I could do it myself. I'm elderly and wouldn't have called them if I could do that. He told me he would send someone out Saturday. He then texted me to ask if I could reschedule to Friday instead. I said yes! Nobody showed up and I received no phone call. So I figured they would be over Saturday. Again nobody showed up. I texted him Monday and he said the tech tried to call me Friday. Untrue. I texted Monday to give this company another chance and he rescheduled me for Wednesday, today between 1:30 - 3:00. I was happy. AGAIN by 4:00 I heard from NOBODY!! My frail husband helped me reconnect the dryer vent hose and cleaned up the dust. My husband is in poor health. I wouldn't have hired this company if I didn't need their help. This is NOT A COMPANY OF INTEGRITY AT ALL!! Watch out for this company. If they don't like your review, they then try to take zero responsibility for what they have done wrong and then cut down your character after they harass you! The worst customer service!! Doug, you are very rude and very childish and very unprofessional. read more
