Great service and a super friendly crew! I called Integrity last week to schedule duct cleaning, they were very professional and walked us through their process including telling us about some of the additional services they offer. We scheduled duct and dryer vent cleaning for the following week. Zach and another gentleman (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) arrived a little early after calling to see if that was ok. After they'd suited up, I walked them through the house to show them all the vents and they were immediately off to the races. First they tackled the dryer vent, including going onto the roof to make sure the entire length of the vent got cleared. After that they moved on to the AC vents and had completed all the work in about 2 hours. When they'd finished they left it cleaner than they'd found it. read more

We have lived in our house for 19 years, and it is 26 years old in total. We decided it was time to get the ducts cleaned as there was dust accumulating on the registers and surrounding drywall and the filters are usually pretty dirty when I change them. Don't you love living in AZ? This company arrived on time and first took all the registers off and cleaned them. Then they used a vacuum brush to clean all the way into the ducts. Finally they repeated this with a wet mop brush, again, all the way into the ducts. Very thorough and the team was professional and friendly. They gave me some before and after pictures inside the ducts and the dust is gone, looks like brand new. In our case it was time to finally clean the ducts but I don't believe people in AZ need to do this very often. It depends on your house and situation, but if you do decide to clean your ducts, this is an excellent company to consider. read more

It was a "No Brainer" after talking with Doug that this was the company I wanted to do the job. He sent me a crew of 4 guys who immediately got to work. These gentleman were professional, polite and efficient! They even vacuumed my whole house when they were finished! They pointed out areas of concern before they started (I'm moving into my new home and still finding hidden treasures), which I was grateful for, they tried to see if they could fix it but, I'll have to call an HVAC technician. Integrity Duct Cleaning was able to schedule an appointment within a week of our call, and they were accommodating to our schedule. Their servicemen were clean cut, friendly, professional young guys who knew their business. They were on time, courteous, and careful as they went about their work. In addition to our AC duct work, they cleaned out the dryer vent as part of their process. The Mop & Scrub process they use is more effective at really getting the ducts clean than the "Stir Up & Suck" process used by most other companies. We're confident that our newly cleaned duct work will cut back on dust and allergens being spread around the house, and that our AC performance will improve. I cannot say enough great things about Integrity's customer service, process knowledge and actual work ethic. Doug, the owner, went above and beyond in getting me worked into their schedule that day, knowing I had been having dryer issues for several days. His employee, Zacharius, arrived on time and got right to work. He was persistent in working through the duct issue, even when he discovered that it was more complex than originally thought. The job ended up taking almost an hour longer than anticipated, however, the price I was quoted by Doug over the phone was indeed the price I was charged, even with the additional work time. Since I haven't cleaned my dryer vent or Air duct vent it cost me a little bit more but overall all it was worth it.

I have just recently completely remolded a house. I had a service clean my air ducts, they did a good job, however we still had to much dust coming out of our vents. When Integrity opened the vents i could see that the ducts were a gray color. unlike my previous cleaner integrity wet moped the air ducts. when finished the air ducts looked like they were brand new. I had a great experience dealing with Integrity Duct Cleaning. The owner (Doug S.) was very patient and thorough going over his process in cleaning air ducts and dryer vents. He had great communication skills and responded quicking to questions on yelp and phone calls. Doug team (2 individuals) came to my house and were polite and respectful. They did a great job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. They took pictures and showed me what my vents looked like before and after and even showed me the pile of lent that was in my dryer vent. I got to say they did a great job cleaning my vent covers. I will use this company again for my vent dryer ( once a year) and air ducts ( 6 to 7 year). I even notice a difference in my allergies in the morning. I have never had this service before and called through a friend's recommendation. The owner answered and explained the processes and expectations, disclosing potential additional needs and costs. He offered a variety of times (even got lucky for one as prompt as the next day!) And dates. Isaiah showed up before me to my home after a courtesy call to inform of arrival time and explained again the procedure and costs. He let me watch a portion and stopped intermittently to explain. He cleaned up the walls from loose lint and dust and re-secured my dryer to the wall. He evaluated my air vents for their health and cleanliness as well then gave me an expected time frame within which to expect any negative signs prompting me to call them back. I've lived in my house since it was built in 2000 and knew cleaning our vents was overdue. Today, Integrity Duct cleaning came out and cleaned my ducts as well as my dryer vent. They called me before they arrived to let me know when to expect them, which I appreciated. They were very proficient and professional in handling all of the work that I had requested. My HVAC guy didn't have any recommendations for a good company to clean vents. He told me if I found one to give him the number. I went in search of the number of different companies and found a bunch with different gimmicks to lure you in. I saw this company that had very few reviews, but all were good. Doug the owner answered the phone and was extremely courteous. One reason I chose him is by the picture with his family and wanted to support his efforts to support them. Doug was so informative and by the time we got off the phone I knew he was being fair and honest. His employees were prompt and did an outstanding job. I had them clean my dryer vent and they took out a Walmart shopping bag filled with lint. Bad deal, but great timing. That could have caused a fire. These guys do a great job.
