5 Stars!!! Thank you so much Integrity Duct Cleaning. Right from the start Doug was friendly, honest and able to work me into the schedule right away on such short notice! I received a phone call 10-15min prior to arrival. Ian and the rest of his crew were very professional from the start. Worked very hard, fast and efficiently. Very happy with the work!! Just had ducts cleaned and after being in our home for 8yrs we were concerned the ducts might be dirty. They were great at communicating and scheduling and showing up on time. Upon arriving the employees got to work. They were not going to wear shoe covers until I asked them to do so. They had a bucket of water to clean the vents with I'm assuming. It must have splashed out a couple times as our carpets were wet enough that my wife's sock had to be changed. She ended up shampooing the carpets in those areas. I was shown some photos of the before and after. The ducts weren't that dirty after all. Was it worth the $655 for our single level home? The jury is out I guess. This is a service where I guess you don't notice it, but gives you peace of mind. I recommend you get a ladder, remove your duct, put your phone up inside a couple of them and take a look yourself to see if you think the service would be worth it or not. They reinstalled a vent off center from its normal position. Overall I'd say they are a trustworthy business, just could tie up a couple loose ends and become great. read more

I had been concerned about my home ducting after getting new AC unit last December, and was referred to Integrity Duct Cleaning. I am so very happy that their team was professional, easy to schedule the cleaning. Then when their team came out at scheduled time, their staff were on-time, friendly and clear on what work was being done. In addition to getting the ducting cleaned out, they took photos before and after of inside the ducts showing how what they were able to tackle made a huge difference to clean up all my house ducting. Their billing was discussed before the scheduled appointment and payment was easily online, did not need to present a credit card to the rep on site.....although the team was very trustworthy. So, great work, easy to pay, and now I am breathing much easier. If you need duct cleaning , I recommend Integrity Duct Cleaning read more

We just recently got our air ducts cleaned and they were so thorough and did a fabulous job. They were on time and showed my husband the before after pictures of our ducts. They use a unique way to clean your air ducts and the owner takes the time and explains that process to you. I also love that this is a small family owned business. Definitely would use them again. read more

They thoroughly cleaned out the ducts and made sure to clean up any mess created through the process. After reading several reviews with various companies, I chose Integrity Duct Cleaning. They arrived on time and were professional. In fact they were very personable. They even covered my furniture with plastic to help with debris. The before and after pictures were amazing, I used the mop & scrub method and I'm extremely satisfied. They even did an excellent job on cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Great service and a super friendly crew! I called Integrity last week to schedule duct cleaning, they were very professional and walked us through their process including telling us about some of the additional services they offer. We scheduled duct and dryer vent cleaning for the following week. Zach and another gentleman (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) arrived a little early after calling to see if that was ok. After they'd suited up, I walked them through the house to show them all the vents and they were immediately off to the races. First they tackled the dryer vent, including going onto the roof to make sure the entire length of the vent got cleared. After that they moved on to the AC vents and had completed all the work in about 2 hours. When they'd finished they left it cleaner than they'd found it. read more

Great quality work and people! We love the Integrity Duct Cleaning team. Doug's knowledge is unparalleled.

We have lived in our house for 19 years, and it is 26 years old in total. We decided it was time to get the ducts cleaned as there was dust accumulating on the registers and surrounding drywall and the filters are usually pretty dirty when I change them. Don't you love living in AZ? This company arrived on time and first took all the registers off and cleaned them. Then they used a vacuum brush to clean all the way into the ducts. Finally they repeated this with a wet mop brush, again, all the way into the ducts. Very thorough and the team was professional and friendly. They gave me some before and after pictures inside the ducts and the dust is gone, looks like brand new. In our case it was time to finally clean the ducts but I don't believe people in AZ need to do this very often. It depends on your house and situation, but if you do decide to clean your ducts, this is an excellent company to consider. read more

Carson and his crew were great from start to finish. Walked me through what they were going to do and the end result.

It was a "No Brainer" after talking with Doug that this was the company I wanted to do the job. He sent me a crew of 4 guys who immediately got to work. These gentleman were professional, polite and efficient! They even vacuumed my whole house when they were finished! They pointed out areas of concern before they started (I'm moving into my new home and still finding hidden treasures), which I was grateful for, they tried to see if they could fix it but, I'll have to call an HVAC technician. I can't say enough positive things about these guys, they treated my home like it was their own. I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone! read more

Awesome Job!! Thanks guys!! House smelled great after the duct cleaning. Very courteous very well done

Super impressed with my experience and could not recommend these guys more! Spoke to the owner Doug to set up the appointment to clean my dryer vent. Our house is just over 20 years old, and we've never had the ducts cleaned before. Integrity Duct Cleaning was able to schedule an appointment within a week of our call, and they were accommodating to our schedule. Their servicemen were clean cut, friendly, professional young guys who knew their business. They were on time, courteous, and careful as they went about their work. In addition to our AC duct work, they cleaned out the dryer vent as part of their process. The Mop & Scrub process they use is more effective at really getting the ducts clean than the "Stir Up & Suck" process used by most other companies. We're confident that our newly cleaned duct work will cut back on dust and allergens being spread around the house, and that our AC performance will improve. Very grateful for Integrity Duct Cleaning and the reasonably priced, quality service they provided. read more

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Integrity Duct Cleaning. We are a chemically sensitive family, and Doug was able to accommodate our request to not use any chemicals during the duct cleaning process. He even made sure that the hvac being used was cleaned and ozoned before entering our house. After the cleaning, our duct system was immaculate. Both techs that came were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company. read more

Absolutely fantastic experience, from start to finish, with Integrity Duct Cleaning. The response to my initial inquiry was fast and thorough. Prior to the cleaning and duct sealing Integrity was verified the appointment via phone, and showed up right on time. Both the cleaning and sealing crews were friendly and great about letting me know the steps they'd take throughout the process. Oh, and the results? AMAZING. I'm confident the sealing will make a HUGE difference in my SRP bills and the cleaning a HUGE difference in my home's air quality. Sincerest thanks to the entire Integrity team for their amazing work. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Integrity's customer service, process knowledge and actual work ethic. Doug, the owner, went above and beyond in getting me worked into their schedule that day, knowing I had been having dryer issues for several days. His employee, Zacharius, arrived on time and got right to work. He was persistent in working through the duct issue, even when he discovered that it was more complex than originally thought. The job ended up taking almost an hour longer than anticipated, however, the price I was quoted by Doug over the phone was indeed the price I was charged, even with the additional work time. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, professional, kind and trustworthy! This company has earned my loyalty as a customer!!!!! read more

I highly recommend this team. When I first called to inquire, Doug gave me the best possible and informative explanation about what they do, how and why they are different. I was immediately sold. He was quick to call and text with updates on scheduling etc. Ian managed the team on day of arrival and he called ahead and then updated us all throughout their process while they were here. Very kind and professional team of 3 worked for several hours and did a wonderful job! So glad we found them. Thank you!! read more

Bought a house whose previous renters were not the cleanest, had stinky dogs and smoked in the garage. Between the duct cleaning and their sister business of ozone air treatments the smell is gone! I was really worried about it but now I can breathe in peace. Thank you guys so much. read more

I am an avid user of Yelp for the services I need. I have found the reviews placed on this website are spot-on. The services and contractors that I have used from this site have been excellent...based upon reading multiple reviews of a company. I know the importance of seeing multiple reviews most helpful. Thanks to those of you who post reviews to help me determine who to pick. So, I dove in here once again to find the right service for my next job...duct cleaning. After reading numerous reviews of the many duct cleaning services, I did gather 4 promising possibilities. Integrity Duct Cleaning was the first I called, and within minutes, I knew they were the only one I needed to call. I hired IDC to clean my ducts...wow!...I'm so glad I did! They explained the process clearly over the phone and gave me a quote based on the square footage of my home. The price was reasonable, the workers were super cool and professional, the job was very thorough, and they took great care of my grates, vents and walls. I was extremely pleased as they did the work, and with the final results. With my 5 star review I hope it helps to reiterate and further pad their other great reviews. I had a great experience with this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would absolutely hire their team once again should I need another duct cleaning. read more

Since I haven't cleaned my dryer vent or Air duct vent it cost me a little bit more but overall all it was worth it.

I have just recently completely remolded a house. I had a service clean my air ducts, they did a good job, however we still had to much dust coming out of our vents. When Integrity opened the vents i could see that the ducts were a gray color. unlike my previous cleaner integrity wet moped the air ducts. when finished the air ducts looked like they were brand new. I couldn't believe the difference. I couldn't be happier, the workers are very professional and kept me updated through the entire process. Thank You Integrity. Marty Nodilo read more

I had a great experience dealing with Integrity Duct Cleaning. The owner (Doug S.) was very patient and thorough going over his process in cleaning air ducts and dryer vents. He had great communication skills and responded quicking to questions on yelp and phone calls. Doug team (2 individuals) came to my house and were polite and respectful. They did a great job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. They took pictures and showed me what my vents looked like before and after and even showed me the pile of lent that was in my dryer vent. I got to say they did a great job cleaning my vent covers. I will use this company again for my vent dryer ( once a year) and air ducts ( 6 to 7 year).
