Amazing - from the first phone call to the end result. They were friendly, efficient, thorough, showed up on time, did a great job, were careful not to let the cats out. So great! We felt so comfortable having the guys in our home - they were careful and thoughtful with our space and even asked if I would mind if they moved a piece of art rather than just sliding it out of the way - I felt like they were just so respectful of our home. I am a crazy perfectionist and I can't think of anything I would have improved about their work or our experience. They also showed up on time and even called to give us a head's up when they were on their way! They even asked me to check their work to ensure I was pleased. And not in a weird way like it was a requirement, but to genuinely ensure I was happy with the work. I'll never need to look for another company for vents - I'll hire them again in 3-5 years. Also, the price was VERY reasonable. And their method was what I was specifically looking for. So many companies will just hook up suction to your house or just run a brush through the vents - um....what about all the crap that gets loosened? Just a vacuum won't get that stuff! They use a WET scrub method to actually WIPE OUT all the crud and that gets unsettled by the agitation. Perfect. Thanks, guys! See you in a few years. I live in Sun City West, Arizona, and had Stanley Steamer clean my furnace ducts a few years back, and by the time they included all the "extras" they said I "MUST" have, the cost was shocking. They made me feel if I didn't buy the extras, the job wouldn't be successful, and it would be my fault. A few months after that expensive cleaning, small black particles started blowing from my interior vents onto the furniture and under each vent in the house. I called Stanley Steamer, but they informed me it would cost for them to clean again. I put up with this for a couple of years because I didn't think I could afford another cleaning, but the black spots were increasing to dozens a day. I ended up covering the furniture with old sheets to keep them from being damaged by the black spots! Finally, getting tired of the constant cleaning of the furniture, and after more research, we found Integrity Duct Cleaning last year. (This review is a long time in coming.) Too bad I hadn't found them earlier! They were amazing! They were thorough, very personable, aimed to please, and no "strong arm forcing of add ons"! Their final process of WIPING DOWN THE INSIDE OF THE DUCTS was the perfect solution to the constant black spots on the furniture! We just moved into a 30 year old house. After a while we noticed that the level of dust inside the house was pretty alarming. We contacted several duct cleaning companies. Integrity was the only one who did not limit my call to give me a quote, they explained what needed to be done and how they go the extra mile by using unique tools. Today they came to our home at the time we agreed (not late), Once they arrived they got started right the way. We have two children (3 years and almost 1 and a half years old). Normally we have to run after the children and after the contractors coming to our place to make sure there are no tools left unattended, the doors are closed (specially because of the mosquitos and other flying insects, etc.) but not this time!!! These guys were, first of all, super friendly with our kids and super thoughtful about not leaving doors opened, or tools all over the place where children could take them. After they finished they cleaned everything an left our place cleaner than it was when they came in. As a real estate professional I see a lot of delayed house maintenance (ducts and dryer vents especially). Recently, a severely blocked vent became an actual obstacle to sale! The service the seller had used previously hardly got a fraction of the compacted lint out and the buyers were very upset that the work requested was not performed. These guys were awesome from initial contact/inquiry to cleanup. Excellent communication all along the way (estimates, texts, calls, links and confirmations of dates/times etc.) Corbin's crew was awesome, professional, clean and efficient.
