Ian and his team were wonderful! Answered all my questions and were very friendly and professional. They were able to show me pictures of before and after and went above and beyond. I will use them again and refer friends to use their services. Thank you! read more

I have never had this service before and called through a friend's recommendation. The owner answered and explained the processes and expectations, disclosing potential additional needs and costs. He offered a variety of times (even got lucky for one as prompt as the next day!) And dates. Isaiah showed up before me to my home after a courtesy call to inform of arrival time and explained again the procedure and costs. He let me watch a portion and stopped intermittently to explain. He cleaned up the walls from loose lint and dust and re-secured my dryer to the wall. He evaluated my air vents for their health and cleanliness as well then gave me an expected time frame within which to expect any negative signs prompting me to call them back. I feel so fortunate for such a great recommendation - courteous, explain at your level, professional and prompt....keep their number!!! read more

I've lived in my house since it was built in 2000 and knew cleaning our vents was overdue. Today, Integrity Duct cleaning came out and cleaned my ducts as well as my dryer vent. They called me before they arrived to let me know when to expect them, which I appreciated. They were very proficient and professional in handling all of the work that I had requested. Ian showed me before and after pictures of the ducts during our walkthrough and I was very happy with the results. When they were finished they made sure everything was cleaned up as well. Great company with great hard working staff, I definitely will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs their ducts cleaned (which is everyone eventually). read more

I am so impressed with this company and their professionalism, customer service, and excellent duct cleaning service. Ian and his crew were right on time even calling ahead to let me know they were on there way. During the service they covered and moved furniture and once the duct cleaning was finished they cleaned up and moved everything back in place. They even were careful and considerate of my cat and finished the master bedroom first so that he could go back to 'his' room since the noise of the machines were freaking him out a bit . The before and after pictures told the whole story demonstrating the value of the mop and scrub method and I am so glad we decided to do this service. I would recommend Integrity Duct Cleaning to anyone and everyone!! read more

My HVAC guy didn't have any recommendations for a good company to clean vents. He told me if I found one to give him the number. I went in search of the number of different companies and found a bunch with different gimmicks to lure you in. I saw this company that had very few reviews, but all were good. Doug the owner answered the phone and was extremely courteous. One reason I chose him is by the picture with his family and wanted to support his efforts to support them. Doug was so informative and by the time we got off the phone I knew he was being fair and honest. His employees were prompt and did an outstanding job. I had them clean my dryer vent and they took out a Walmart shopping bag filled with lint. Bad deal, but great timing. That could have caused a fire. These guys do a great job. I highly recommend them! Thanks Doug read more

Integrity Duct Service came out and cleaned out my dryer vent and duct last weekend. They did a great job - they were on time, thorough and honest. I highly recommend their services. Great company to work with. read more

I was drawn to this company due to how professional they were! Initially it was the website that explained their technique. Then, when I spoke to Doug about a quote, he gave me a quote over the phone. He seemed very honest and that is what convinced me to go with them. I had to reschedule once and he didn't make a fuss of it. Come day if cleaning, two employees came. They were very nice and got the job done well. I was also impressed by how cognizant they were about keeping my house clean. They wore shoe covers and they also vacuumed the floor near/in the areas they worked. They showed me pre and post pictures. It is as advertised!!! My house smells much better now without all that dust. Also, they left and I realized they forgot to reinstall one vent cover. I was in the process of reaching out to them when the employees came back on their to reinstall it. He actually remembered it. I was extremely impressed because most people would just forget. It's amazing. After they received my payment, I received a paid-in-full invoice via email. I highly recommend these guys! read more

This company did a great job. They let you know what they are going to do, then they do it well. Communication is excellent. Time is taken to lay floor covering to protect each room from dust then they vacuum each room before leaving. Very pleasant workers. Great job! read more

Moved into a new home and while I have never considered having the ducts cleaned anywhere else I have ever lived, based on the condition we got the house in, I knew there was no nook or cranny that didn't need to be touched here. I reached out to Doug over the weekend and got a response relatively fast. After taking a look at his website and getting a few other quotes I ended up using Integrity. The team came out a few days before I moved in and did a great job cleaning the ducts, the returns, and replacing filters in the 10 ft ceilings which I appreciated because I did not have a ladder with me as of yet and it didn't appear that the filters had been changed in months (maybe years). The team was friendly and continued to educate me throughout the cleaning process; showed me before and after pictures and even chaulked around the returns for a small upgrade fee. I truly believe that this process has helped in removing some of the lingering odors in the home and certainly took out a good amount of fine dust and dirt. I can say now that this made a difference and I am glad Doug's team was able to come help us out. read more

I was very pleased with the professionalism and concerns for my needs and questions . Carson and his team were very nice and efficient with their job . They left my house and my vents really clean . Carson took special care to show me the before and after pictures of my vents and ducts . What an amazing job I would highly recommend them especially in this dusty desert conditions read more

Really impressed with how Doug operates. Open communication, upfront pricing, and great work. I didn't get upsold things, and the two additional services he offered felt very FYI, not "you have to do these things or your world will collapse." Doug and Peter were respectful of our schedule, even working around my kids' naps, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, vacuuming my floors and everything! I would highly recommend using Integrity Duct Cleaning. read more

We had our ductwork sealed by an energy efficiency company. They did not clean the ducts, and told us their seal would eliminate the dust issues we were having. Our system was more efficient and our bills dropped dramatically. Unfortunately we continued to have dust issues. We learned that we had a negative pressure issue, causing a lot of dust to come in through doors and cracks, etc. We had the energy company come back out and they couldn't locate the issue. They suggested getting the ducts cleaned. We then called Integrity/AZ Odor Removal, and their estimate was in the ballpark of others. Their mop and scrub procedure just made more sense to us. They came out on time, cleaned the ducts, and left no mess whatsoever. Even though we didn't hire them to locate the source of the dust, they gave us some tips on sealing a few doors, as well as a dryer vent. The other energy company (that was supposed to locate things like this) missed all of that. We took Integrity's advice and sealed two doors and the dryer vent. The amount of dust decreased dramatically...I would say 80-90%. I highly recommend this company. read more

This was a fantastic service in every way. Professional, knowledgeable, timely and priced as presented. Highly recommended!! I could not have a higher recommendation than Doug and his team. read more

Just bought a new (to me) 1951 house that I wanted to make sure had the air ducts cleaned in. On short notice Doug of Integrity explained his company's process as distinguished from others, was willing to schedule me for only a couple days later, and actually set a very high expectation. I was curious whether his company could meet it. They did! Very thorough cleaning: agitate and vacuum, then mop out any residue. They were able to provide before and after pictures, too. I recommend the Integrity Duct Cleaning team highly! read more

Highly recommend integrity duct cleaning!! Don't look anywhere else. We called several places to get a quote--and Doug was by far the most personal, professional and thorough in his explanation on his duct cleaning services and why he's far superior than the rest. They are fair priced and no gimmicks or hidden fees. Will explain exactly what they did for the cleaning and you'll see a drastic difference in the air quality of your home instantly- we are so happy we went with Integrity Duct cleaning and will definitely recommend it to others - 5 stars!! read more

Fast, Friendly and a competitive price! I will def be calling them back when I need more than a dryer vent cleaned!

We just moved into a 30 year old house. After a while we noticed that the level of dust inside the house was pretty alarming. We contacted several duct cleaning companies. Integrity was the only one who did not limit my call to give me a quote, they explained what needed to be done and how they go the extra mile by using unique tools. Today they came to our home at the time we agreed (not late), Once they arrived they got started right the way. We have two children (3 years and almost 1 and a half years old). Normally we have to run after the children and after the contractors coming to our place to make sure there are no tools left unattended, the doors are closed (specially because of the mosquitos and other flying insects, etc.) but not this time!!! These guys were, first of all, super friendly with our kids and super thoughtful about not leaving doors opened, or tools all over the place where children could take them. After they finished they cleaned everything an left our place cleaner than it was when they came in. My wife and I are very happy with their services and will recommend them to anyone that needs their services. KUDOS!!! Keep up the great job and service you guys are providing!!!! read more

Do not go anywhere else for air duct cleaning or odor removal. The owner Doug is awesome. He truly cares about his customers and treats your home as if it were his own. Honest, professional, efficient, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained his method of air duct cleaning/odor removal. I bought a house that the seller had been using carpet deodorizer powder and it was so overpowering you couldn't breathe in there. My Mom who is on oxygen lives with me and I had to do something to get the odor out. I tore out carpets and it did help some but smell was still there. So I figured that the powder must have attached itself to everything including air ducts. Doug and Ryan were great. They cleaned all of my vent registers spotless, cleaned all air ducts, intake register, hvac and dryer vent ( Doug even cleaned the outside of dryer) and the next step is their mop and scrub method which they are the only company that does this and then last they sanitized with a fogger that smelled like cinnamon. I could have also had them do a pure air treatment which is a complete sterilization of duct/hvac, all air and surface area of the home but after all of my unexpected expenses I am going to have to wait. But I will definitely be calling them in the future. I cant say enough how great Doug and Ryan were. Explaining and showing me everything as they were working. They specialize in both air duct cleaning and odor removal which their other company is called AZ Odor Removal. read more
