We were very impressed with how professional and polite Jeremey was. He even called to say he was a little bit late with car troubles, which was nice. He was very informative and kept us apprised of everything he was doing and how it worked. The carpets looked better than we've seen since they were brand new. The price was extremely fair. Definitely give Jeremy a call and we will be using them again next time as well. read more

On time (a big plus), Professional, thorough, and good price. The carpets came out clean. Highly recommended!

Disappointed. Had grout cleaned in the main part of the house, that part was good. Had Martin come back to recolor my grout. Pics show what I was left with. I texted concerns and got nothing back. Buyer beware. read more

Martin showed up on time and did a great job at a fair price as quoted . No extra charges. Added another spot cleaning task and it also was done well. Highly recommend! read more

This is a fly-by-night operation. If the bid is too good to be true, there is a reason. They are very polite, (father and son) and seem professional at first. If you choose to do business with them, I encourage you to check for damages and job completed to satisfaction before payment. We were left with damage to the walls and flooring in worse condition than before. We basically paid for damage. Buyer beware indeed. read more

They were on time and their work was absolutely AMAZING!! Their rates are unmatched and attention to detail is superb!!

Martin & his son were excellent. Part of why I chose them was how fantastic & responsive they were via the Request A Quote feature here on Yelp. Fast responses with all of the needed details. Their pricing is also fantastic. They truly care about the customer. They were super kind to work with & very efficient. I'm pregnant & Martin made sure to tell me where everything was still wet so I wouldn't slip. They were able to come earlier than anticipated & gave me a heads up as well. They were able to move our furniture as needed & treated everything with care. Our rugs & couch looked amazing! We will definitely be repeat customers. read more

Great service, they were able to accommodate our difficult schedule. Carpet look great, very pleased!

Great communication, on time, fair price. Martin and his son were great. I called them to come clean the tile floors in a small condo. The tile had not been cleaned for 30 years and I did not have high hopes of it ever looking good again-but Martian assured me they could fix it and the did! It looks great now! read more

Excellent work getting up stains that others couldn't. And very competitive on pricing. Even though they had a mishap on scheduling - they communicated throughout and showed up on time when rescheduled. I'll definitely use them again. Highly recommended. read more

I had Martin out to do a move-in carpet cleaning for 3 bedrooms and an area rug. He and his son worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done beautifully - even though my A/C was out and the temp inside was 93 degrees! I was so impressed with their service and attention to detail I had them back to clean my sectional sofa which now looks brand new. Once I'm more settled, I'll be calling Martin again for my floor tiles. Family owned local business who covers quite a large geographic area. Great people and great work. Martin and son will be my go-to guys in the future... read more

We have used Martin at Steam Right for 2 years now. He is always reliable, responsive, and most of all does a STELLAR job. We've had Stanley, and the other major competition come out before and there is a noticeable difference in Steam Rights work. We have referred Martin to many of our friends and family and will continue to ONLY use him for our homes. He takes great care in our expensive rugs, couches and hides too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Martín did a great job. Punctual, friendly, and respectful. No upselling, what he quoted is what we paid.

Martín and his son did an amazing job. My carpets hadn't been cleaned in a decade and now they look like new. They were prompt, professional and quick. They also gave me a great price which was a flat rate and did not change due to the condition of the carpets. I have already referred them to two different people. Highly suggest using their services read more

Found Martin on Yelp when I was looking for couch cleaning and air duct cleaning. WOW! My couch and rugs look brand new and my vents are spotless. I can even feel the difference in airflow! Martin also offers handyman services. He built a bunk bed for me, installed smoke detectors, and also helped a friend that I referred him to, with a few tasks around their home. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Martin goes above and beyond and is extremely affordable. I will absolutely be hiring him again and referring him to everyone I know. Thank you Martin! read more

Fast friendly and efficient! Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks again Martin

They showed up on time. Carpets look beautiful, even got out spots we had treated for puppy potty training accidents. They were very nice & professional. Would recommend them, and their pricing for all that they do is amazing. Thank you both for the wonderful job you did on our carpets. read more

Scheduling went ok. At first, the appointment was cancelled because Martin was sick. They rescheduled over a holiday weekend, which was convenient for us. Martin and his associate showed up on time. They were friendly and quick to get to work. We had bathroom tile sealed in an upstairs bathroom and about 1000 square feet of tile cleaned. The were clean and mindful not to damage new kitchen cabinetry, etc after a recent remodel. The only complaint is they planned to return and put another layer of sealer on the bathroom shower tile. I was promised a text message the next day to coordinate it. That never happened. If it did, this would have been a 5-star review. read more

I can't remember the last time I was this happy with the service! This duo team is incredible. I had a quick response on the price and availability to get my duct vents cleaned out. Martin the owner does awesome work! Very responsive to all my questions including giving me a very fair and competitive quote. Very professional and on time. Had all my tile, grout and carpet cleaned. Everything looks great, my tile looks brand new now. Martin did everything quoted and then some. Martin and his son did our ductwork. They found a disconnect in our bedroom which was why it wasn't getting as cool as it should. They fixed that and did an excellent job on the rest of the system.
