This is a fly-by-night operation. If the bid is too good to be true, there is a reason. They are very polite, (father and son) and seem professional at first. If you choose to do business with them, I encourage you to check for damages and job completed to satisfaction before payment. Found Martin on Yelp when I was looking for couch cleaning and air duct cleaning. WOW! My couch and rugs look brand new and my vents are spotless. I can even feel the difference in airflow! Martin also offers handyman services. He built a bunk bed for me, installed smoke detectors, and also helped a friend that I referred him to, with a few tasks around their home. Scheduling went ok. At first, the appointment was cancelled because Martin was sick. They rescheduled over a holiday weekend, which was convenient for us. Martin and his associate showed up on time. They were friendly and quick to get to work. We had bathroom tile sealed in an upstairs bathroom and about 1000 square feet of tile cleaned. The were clean and mindful not to damage new kitchen cabinetry, etc after a recent remodel. The only complaint is they planned to return and put another layer of sealer on the bathroom shower tile. I was promised a text message the next day to coordinate it. That never happened. If it did, this would have been a 5-star review. read more
