This company was a pleasure to work with. Everything about the process was fun and pleasant. The office manager Brian texted the day before to confirm the appointment as well as after to make sure I was happy with their services. He was pleasant and professional, yet charming which is tough to pull off. Hats off to him. I suspect he is very handsome. Their on-site technician Elian was friendly and and also professional (and handsome). He was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about his work. I felt very at ease with him in my house and for that alone, 5 stars. The services were well priced and they fit me in to their schedule asap even though I made the appointment last minute. They even called to say they could come earlier (as requested if possible). I was able to get my last day of moving finished up even sooner than I hoped and deserved given I had procrastinated to the literal last minute. 10/10 would recommend. I love a company with a family and "real people" feel and this one certainly has that. I'll be in touch with them likely next year when I move again. I used the Yelp quote feature to find a rug cleaner for my fairly-large, somewhat-shaggy 8x10 rug. I'm having company over (for once) for the holidays, and I figured it would be worth the $ to have said rug deep-cleaned... an overdue deep clean! The rug was given to me by family a few years ago. Mr Clean was quick to respond to the RFP sent out via Yelp. With my mom's advice on pricing, I went with them. And they could quickly add me to their schedule (within a few days). I snapped and sent a pic of the rug tag to confirm they could clean it. The guy who came was in and out in about 20minutes. He recommended not walking on it/not vacuuming it for ~6 hours. Stay away from this company, they are not professionals in this industry!!! I was fooled to think a 4.5 star yelp rating was meaningful. This company failed at being reliable, professional, respectful of my home and respectful to resolve the mess they created in my home! The owner hung up our call when I attempted to get the issue they created resolved. This company showed up in a neglected un-marked van. The tech onsite did not verify that the his floor cleaning machine actually worked before soaking my floors in a cleaning solution. The tech did not protect my carpets or wear booties from walking on the cleaning solution and then on my clean carpets. The worker from "a cleaning company" asked me for a mop to clean up the solution he spread all over our floors, after realizing his machine did not work!! He attempted to mop using rags from his van and rinsing them in my freshly cleaned sinks and counters. The tech left his dirty tools on my clean carpet without putting down any protection. The tech was unable to do the job I hired them to do, which was to clean tile floors and grout. This company left my counters and sinks a mess after I paid for cleaning the day before! The owner would not take responsibility for his workers mess that was created or for the neglected machine that failed to do the job they quoted they could do or that his worker had the appropriate tools to mop a floor in a event like this. We the owners had to cleanup the workers mess and the floors that were left in worse condition after this horrible experience! Do yourself a favor and run away from this shady company that has no professional standards and no accountability for their shortfalls!! read more

I am absolutely repulsed by the communication that I just had with Mr. Clean Carpet Care. I called to get a quote and advised them that I would call back to schedule and that I was quoting out other companies. The rep demanded to know why. I told him that I'm in sourcing and procurement and that I always get multiple quotes. The rep then stated that he supposedly gave me a good and discounted rate. I said, I needed to confirm that it was a good rate and that I would be calling others. Additionally, he didn't initially tell me that I was getting a discount...nor did he tell me what it was.I believe that to be a falsehood. The rep did however, arrogantly bark that I called them first because they're the best in the business. What an assumption (called first? LMAO) and assertion! I won't be bullied into business. I had Mr. Clean come out to upholstery clean my sofa, loveseat, arm chair, dining chairs and one throw rug and at first I was drawn to them by their competitive pricing and quick communication. Overall the technician Elian was thorough and professional. When I noticed the tech was only cleaning one side of the cushions, I asked him why he wasn't cleaning the backside and he informed me this was not included in their price. I was not satisfied with the price change that occurred during the appointment, charging me an additional $100 to clean the entire sofa (front/back, top/bottom of cushions). The estimate/quote I received originally from Mr. Clean including cleaning of all of the furniture. In my prior experience with upholstery companies, they have never said they only clean one side. So this felt like a bait and switch technique. As far as my dining chairs go, the stains on the fabric did not come out fully. It would probably benefit from a second pass but the tech told me at the beginning of the appointment that he makes no guarantees with stains. At the end of the appointment when payment was asked for, and I was about to provide him my credit card, he then informed me there is a 4% transaction fee. Again I was taken back by this as none of this was disclosed up front so I paid with check. For future, I'd recommend being fully transparent at the outset when the bid is provided about what is covered and not. They have great reviews for carpet but unfortunately I would not recommend them for upholstery cleaning. The office manager Brian reached out to me following the appointment to inquire about my satisfaction with their service "so they can uphold the quality of our services", I provided the exact same feedback that is in this review now and the only response I received was "I am sorry." Unfortunately I don't feel like they upheld the quality of their services. Also whatever cleaning product they used on the upholstery, left cleaning deposits on my tile. read more

Days later, I noticed there was some discoloring in areas that were not prevalent before the cleaning. I was disappointed and reached out to Shawn. I called two days before they come to my house. I'm selling my house so I wanted my whole entire house carpet cleaned before selling it.. The price is great. I also love that they work with your time/schedule and they're so quick with it.. The guy that came to my house arrived on time which was great. However, he was too quick and when he left the house had this nasty urine smell and the carpet still had stains on the carpet. It wasn't cleaned. I had to vacuum my entire house myself again...
