JJ has been cleaning our carpets, tile floor and family room couch for years. The carpet and tile floor are 25 years old, but when JJ is finished cleaning them they don't look that old! Also, his prices are very fair. We will continue to be customers for many years and highly recommend Ultimate Floor Care! Thank you, JJ! read more

This is why I go to Yelp to find reputable businesses. Especially those that come into your homes. My experience with JJ's UFC was nothing short of excellent. I started my search on Yelp and within minutes, had several quotes. All seemed very good and I ended up choosing UFC. My quoted time of arrival was 8-10am. JJ arrived just before 8am. I told him to start as I had to get ready for work. As I started my shower, he started in our bedroom. By the time I got out, he was already in my wife's craft room. He helped me move a couple couches in the living room and before I knew it, he was done! Carpets look great! I like when contractors arrive not only on time, but early. Finish quickly, but thoroughly and then they're done! read more

JJ was very communicative, very helpful and did a great job! He even went back to spot treat a few stains.

This is how you do it! Quote a fair price upfront, show up on time, do a neat, clean job, and charge what you quoted in the first place with no-nonsense or double talk. Thanks JJ! read more

Ultimate Floor Care - Clean :) - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

What do you do when your little furry kid (see image) decides he's using the carpet as a pee-pee pad? Call JJ at Ultimate Floor Care. We have 3 carpeted bedrooms. One would think a single bedroom would be enough for the disobedient pup to use as his toilet. Unfortunately, he used two bedrooms and doubled the stink. We cleaned it by hand multiple times using various cleaning products but without luck and needed the help from a carpet cleaning Superman. Enter JJ from Ultimate Floor Care. We messaged JJ through Yelp on a Sunday afternoon--the day before President's Day--along with a few other vendors that Yelp recommended. JJ responded quickly and surprisingly offered up his time the following day. JJ arrived early. He was thorough with assessing our needs and quickly began prepping. JJ had to pull hoses through our house and was sure to protect every corner of our walls--a nice touch especially since we recently painted our baseboards. JJ cleaned each room and left our carpets smelling fresh and looking plush. The entire job took about 30 minutes with a few added minutes to clean up behind himself. It was nice to see someone interested in not just getting the job done but leaving the workplace in as good, if not better condition than it was when he started. Simply put: when you can't get the stink out of your carpets leave it to a professional and call JJ at Ultimate Floor Care. read more

JJ did a great job on our carpets. Our cat had some accidents and I was worried the carpet was ruined, but JJ treated the spots and now it looks like it never happened. I reached out over Yelp and quickly got a response (on a Sunday too!) and after a few more messages got us booked within 24 hours. He was on time and got in and out in under an hour, great service and I would highly recommend! Showed up on time and job was complete in an hour so I was a little skeptical. I think it's safe to assume no spot treatments were applied. The carpet is definitely cleaner but it was quite stiff after drying. Also, whatever was used to clean was pretty harsh on my sinuses. I woke up with a migraine the following morning that lingered for about three days. The pricing was straightforward. There were no hidden fees. read more
