He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in the 4-bedroom home I was renting and helped ensure we got our security deposit back. Rob was honest, professional, and upfront about what we actually needed. He also gave us helpful tips for maintaining the carpets between cleanings. I contacted a few other companies before finding him, and their prices were unreasonable in comparison. I truly believe in supporting small business owners who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Rob is exactly that kind of business owner. If you're looking for quality work, honesty, and great service, I highly recommend him! Thank you, Rob, for doing such a wonderful job!

Then, at 2:30 PM on the day of the appointment, I received a call saying the houses ahead of me were taking too long and they would need to reschedule me for Saturday. Poor time management and last-minute cancellations are not a great way to treat customers or demonstrate respect for their time. Rather than rearrange my schedule and wait around again, I decided to go with another company. I can't speak to the quality of their work since I never received service, but the scheduling experience and lack of reliability were enough for me to take my business elsewhere. EDIT: Management just contacted me to ask when I wanted to reschedule. I explained the situation and what had occurred, but they continued to insist that I had canceled the appointment

I had them clean the white porcelain tile where the grout in the high traffic areas started turning brown. They scrubbed everything CLEAN. They also worked hard on cleaning wool rugs (not an easy fabric to clean), they did an amazing job. I had them seal up the grout and the house looks fantastic.
