The padding that arrived looked and FELT exactly like any other padding I've always had from any carpet installation. the people that show up to do the work are underpaid PoC that speak little to no english so if there are any concerns it's incredibly difficult to communicate them to the installers. the installers did a great job, but this company doesn't care about their workers or their customers. not satisfied with the work? they've already got their money so they'll just ghost you like your ex. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete!
