I recently had my backyard completely landscaped by Oscar and his team, and I couldn't be happier…read morewith how everything turned out! I originally came across Oscar's advertisement in a neighborhood Facebook group and decided to reach out. He responded almost immediately, and from our very first conversation, he was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. What really impressed me was that he offered to come out that same evening to take measurements and discuss my vision. He arrived around 6:30 PM, after his sons' baseball game, because I had mentioned I wouldn't be available over the weekend. To me, that spoke volumes about his customer service and willingness to accommodate his customers. I received a few other quotes from landscaping companies, but Oscar's pricing was the most reasonable for the work I wanted done. I also thought it was really sweet that he brought his two teenage sons along to help take measurements. It's always nice to see a family working together! Oscar sent me a quote the very next day, and we spent the next several days discussing different options, making adjustments, and choosing colors for the pavers and decorative rock. He was extremely patient throughout the decision-making process and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Work began just a couple of days later, with irrigation installation starting that Thursday. Unfortunately, we experienced some pretty significant rain and flooding, which delayed the project until the end of the following week. Obviously, the weather was completely outside of anyone's control, and I appreciated Oscar keeping me informed throughout the process. I also want to give a special shoutout to Luis, who was the primary person working on my backyard. He was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and personable. We chatted every day, and I genuinely enjoyed having him around. I made sure he had a cooler of cold drinks each morning and even baked some homemade bread and cookies for him during the project. He was such a pleasure to work with! There was one minor hiccup that I think is worth mentioning cause it also shows how great Oscar is. We ran into a small misunderstanding when the pavers were being installed. I had selected particular colors, but it turned out that one color wasn't available in the style of paver being used. Oscar was very understanding and genuinely tried to make the situation right after we realized the miscommunication. Ultimately, I decided to stick with the pavers that were already being installed rather than pay additional costs to change them. Although it wasn't exactly what I had originally envisioned, I really appreciated his willingness to work through the issue with me. Despite those minor concerns, I absolutely LOVE my backyard! The transformation is incredible, and it's exactly the kind of outdoor space I was hoping to create for my home. Oscar was consistently responsive, approachable, and communicative from beginning to end, which made a big difference throughout the project. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Oscar and his team to anyone looking for quality landscaping at a reasonable price. Thank you, Oscar and Luis, for helping turn my backyard into a space I can finally enjoy!

Communication was solid throughout the project, and they even connected us with a glass company for the shower doors, which made the process easier.
