FIRST of all I'm a Veteran, and it's been a week and a nightmare from hell. Starting with Alex Suarez came out and took measurements on my flooring in home lami floo which I've already purchased. Alex literally wasted my time after a week sending emailing me the proposal which I signed. And it was revised because I went brought the baseboards at Home Depot. His work esthetic is lousy misleading in all aspects from beginning to end. Including measuring he put down 100 more square foot on proposal. When I called the offioffice and Alicia answer the phone she was a bit Rude, unpleasant in my experience. Said they would credit the propos by $50 there way of making a mistake. Third of all Jose came out We'd at 11:00 with ALEX instead of measuring everything again Jose mentions we will adjust to 800 sq ft. Everything was recorded by me. Jose mentions that there a few weeks out. And have to find out from CORP if we can warranty the work. I have all the paperwork, text messages recordings from Alex, JOSE Letting me know that they had a meeting with corp, and they can't do the job. Which is bull Shit. Never received a voicemail from THE Owner OSCAR saying they couldn't do the job. Wasted our time we are now Writing the BBB. WE signed the initial agreement. Never RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER BEWARE. HM flooring responded to a bid I put out on Yelp for carpet install. The job: 1500 square feet plus closets and stairs for an unfurnished house we hadn't moved into yet The sale: They were patient and allowed me to search around to make sure I was getting the right value. They even price matched when I found a local competitor giving a better price. I worked specifically with Josh who texted back and forth with me for a few weeks while we locked down specifics. We have a newborn so being cautious of VOCs was important to us and Josh helped us find the right carpet for us. The install: they quoted 2-3 days for the job and were able to complete it in a day and a half (as I let them stay as long as they wanted on day one). The team did a good job cleaning up after they left as well. They also took away our old carpet, apparently included in the sale price. The result: the carpet looks great and the stairs are in good shape as well. There are some scuffs across a few base boards, but I imagine this is to be expected on any carpet install. read more

They quoted $1800 for just the labor to put on 45 square feet of kitchen backsplashes. We provide our own tiles, mortar and grouts. They indicated on the quote that they added $300 for removing the granite border. We ended up doing the backsplashes ourselves. It took my husband 30 minutes to remove three pieces of granite border which they charged $300 for 30 minutes' work. read more

I needed help with a small installation of indoor/outdoor carpet in my garage. I already had the carpet special ordered from Home Depot to match an adjacent piece. I tried a lot of places and none of them would do the work because they could not sell me the carpet and it was only 400 square feet. I found HM Flooring Group on Yelp and gave them a call. Eduardo not only accepted the job, he arranged to have his crew pick up the carpet from Home Depot for me. His installation crew did an excellent job of preparing the surface and putting down the carpet (it had to be glued down in the garage). It looks great and the service I received was outstanding.
