From start to finish, the team at HM Flooring Group was fantastic! From providing a timely quote, to finishing the work, the team kept us up to date, in budget, and close to our original timeline. The installation crew was also fantastic! We will recommend HM Flooring to anyone looking to use them for a new floor.... we will definitely use them again if we have any other flooring needs! read more

HM Flooring group is an extremely professional, & fair company, whom do excellent work in a very timely manner. Our project manager Alex Suarez, was extremely "hands on" our project, from start to finish, with impeccable communication. My husband & I have a higher end custom home, so our job was rather large. Anytime something unexpected came up (as it almost always does with home projects) the HM team put their heads together to come up with the best possible solution while trying their best not to add too much additional cost to the project. Our flooring came out absolutely beautiful!! We are beyond happy that we found Alex & HM flooring. I highly recommend them! read more

Great company to work with. Competitive pricing. Very responsive. I would not hesitate to use them in the future

We are so happy with our new floors. They look great. It took about one week from the time we picked our flooring to completed installation. We were so pleased that they got it done so quickly. They broke our oven handle and gave us credit off the final payment with no argument. Eduardo, the salesman, was great to work with and very knowledgeable of the entire project. The installers are very hard workers and did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend them!! read more

They were able to meet with me right away. Project ended up costing more than I thought, so they worked with me in identifying different solutions that would fit my budget. I was very appreciative of that. The installer got started soon after and stayed late to get things done in time. The workmanship was excellent and they asked me lots of questions to make sure they were doing things right. Couldn't have asked for more. Very satisfied how it turned out. read more

HM Flooring has High Mark in Flooring in my book! I had limited supply of original laminate and needed to do a repair. They did a clean good job with the limited supply! It was 3 1/2 hr job as Able and Ernesto got a High Mark! I strongly recommend them for any flooring job. Also I need to thank Alicia and Oscar for their planning and coordination. read more

Alicia came out to our home to take measurements for a carpeting project. She scheduled a follow up appointment with us for a few days later to bring carpet samples. On the day of that appointment, she ghosted us. No call, no show. I had rescheduled a work call for this appointment. Very unprofessional. read more

FIRST of all I'm a Veteran, and it's been a week and a nightmare from hell. Starting with Alex Suarez came out and took measurements on my flooring in home lami floo which I've already purchased. Alex literally wasted my time after a week sending emailing me the proposal which I signed. And it was revised because I went brought the baseboards at Home Depot. His work esthetic is lousy misleading in all aspects from beginning to end. Including measuring he put down 100 more square foot on proposal. When I called the offioffice and Alicia answer the phone she was a bit Rude, unpleasant in my experience. Said they would credit the propos by $50 there way of making a mistake. Third of all Jose came out We'd at 11:00 with ALEX instead of measuring everything again Jose mentions we will adjust to 800 sq ft. Everything was recorded by me. Jose mentions that there a few weeks out. And have to find out from CORP if we can warranty the work. I have all the paperwork, text messages recordings from Alex, JOSE Letting me know that they had a meeting with corp, and they can't do the job. Which is bull Shit. Never received a voicemail from THE Owner OSCAR saying they couldn't do the job. Wasted our time we are now Writing the BBB. WE signed the initial agreement. Never RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER BEWARE. HM flooring responded to a bid I put out on Yelp for carpet install. The job: 1500 square feet plus closets and stairs for an unfurnished house we hadn't moved into yet The sale: They were patient and allowed me to search around to make sure I was getting the right value. They even price matched when I found a local competitor giving a better price. I worked specifically with Josh who texted back and forth with me for a few weeks while we locked down specifics. We have a newborn so being cautious of VOCs was important to us and Josh helped us find the right carpet for us. The install: they quoted 2-3 days for the job and were able to complete it in a day and a half (as I let them stay as long as they wanted on day one). The team did a good job cleaning up after they left as well. They also took away our old carpet, apparently included in the sale price. The result: the carpet looks great and the stairs are in good shape as well. There are some scuffs across a few base boards, but I imagine this is to be expected on any carpet install. read more

We installed new carpeting with HM Flooring. Not only did they help us find the carpet we loved, but at a much lower price. Their installation was clean and superb. I would highly recommend this company as the end result was fantastic. read more

I hired HM Flooring after meeting with several flooring contractors and was not disappointed. The quality of the LVP and carpet I selected from their large selection is top-notch. The installation crew was on time, hard-working and very pleasant. They cleaned up every day and moved all my furniture before and after. Alicia and Jose in the office went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner, and both were quite patient with me and my million questions. I couldn't be happier with the finished product; the floors are absolutely beautiful!! read more

They quoted $1800 for just the labor to put on 45 square feet of kitchen backsplashes. We provide our own tiles, mortar and grouts. They indicated on the quote that they added $300 for removing the granite border. We ended up doing the backsplashes ourselves. It took my husband 30 minutes to remove three pieces of granite border which they charged $300 for 30 minutes' work. read more

I needed help with a small installation of indoor/outdoor carpet in my garage. I already had the carpet special ordered from Home Depot to match an adjacent piece. I tried a lot of places and none of them would do the work because they could not sell me the carpet and it was only 400 square feet. I found HM Flooring Group on Yelp and gave them a call. Eduardo not only accepted the job, he arranged to have his crew pick up the carpet from Home Depot for me. His installation crew did an excellent job of preparing the surface and putting down the carpet (it had to be glued down in the garage). It looks great and the service I received was outstanding. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Had been searching for a flooring company to finish/redo a project I had tried to do on my own. It was difficult finding a company that would use the materials I had already purchased but would also offer a reasonable price because of that and the size of the room being relatively small. They were able to come out and give me a quote very quickly and had me put on the schedule within a few days. Daniel came out to do the project and he was the BEST! Very nice, respectful and went above and beyond to do a fantastic job! He was very detail-oriented which I loved! My dogs now have the perfect room to rest in when I'm out and no more stinky carpet from their potty-training days! read more

Eduardo came to my condominium twice to help with the measuring and selection of carpet. He was very helpful, arrived on time, and got the process started. After placing my order, the carpet arrived within a week, and was installed a couple of days later. The installation looks beautiful. For a small charge they also re-stretched carpet in a different room that had somehow developed waves and wrinkles. I really recommend these guys. read more
