The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. I stopped in Sept 05, 2019 to take a look at some Anderson Tuftex carpet. I spoke with Nathan. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about what he can and can't do for you. He did offer the carpet we were looking for but was higher than the store we ultimately chose to do business with. He was able to call the manufacturers rep and find a bit better pricing. While we weren't able to reach the pricing we needed I am highly impressed with him and his business. The next time we need something I will certainly stop back in and see if we can do business. Sometimes you can end up doing business and sometimes you can't. But Nathan kept it professional, helpful, honest, and even when he knew we wouldn't be doing business. Arizona Wholesale Floors has done it AGAIN! We decided it was time to redo our bathroom so we took a trip to AZ Wholesale Floors to see what they had. They had a HUGE selection of products to choose from. We told them what we were looking for and our price range and they guided us the entire time. We picked our bathroom tiles on a Saturday morning, and on Monday morning their guy was at our home tearing out our bathroom! He then showed up everyday from about 9am-5pm working on the bathroom. The work ethic of the gentleman was INSANE!!! I was super impressed! It was so cool to see the whole process take place since we were all home due to COVID-19. The entire remodel was 5 days total. I would highly recommend Arizona Wholesale Floors! We had looked at a few places and then just decided to go with Home Depot to put in something affordable. Then I had AWF out to our house, still hoping we might be able to afford to use a local business. Surprisingly, our quote came in at $1000 less than Home Depot (and we were looking at HD's featured value carpet), and the carpet we put in was 75% triexta (smart strand silk), compared to Home Depot's 50%. They ordered the carpet I wanted and within a week they had it installed. The installers were excellent. They were fast and professional. This store is Great After our home had been flooded we were in need of replacing the hardwood floor in our bedroom. They gave our insurance and us realistic quotes in a very timely manner. This included all demolition, removal, material and installation of a comparable floor. Our insurance company was happy with their fair pricing with work scheduled in a reasonable time frame. We also decided to upgrade our wood molding throughout the house with tile molding at this time. This company's installers were all top of the line completing a perfect job. They were able to demolish and remove our glued down wood floor without even a single nick to our newly painted walls. There was not a trace of adhesive left behind after their cleanup with these installers, extremely careful with our belongings and polite and courteous to us, never appearing to be rushed yet very busy. Likewise the completed tile molding is beautiful. We did not chose to use bull nose due to the high cost, but had the installers grout a beautiful finished line.
