Carpet Chris did a fantastic job stretching my wrinkled carpets. From the start, his responsiveness was excellent--he replied quickly and made booking straightforward. His attention to detail is remarkable. He is incredibly meticulous, taking the time to ensure the tension, seams, and tucks are completely flawless. He settles for nothing less than perfection. His pricing is highly competitive and honest, with no hidden fees. Furthermore, his customer service comes with real integrity: he guarantees his work and will return to fix any issue for absolutely no extra cost if the job isn't completely perfect. I highly recommend him for anyone needing carpet stretching. read more

I found Chris through Yelp and so glad I did. I had carpet that was torn up from the tack strips in two rooms due to water saturating the carpet along the perimeter walls. Chris responded promptly and came out to put the carpet back in place; stretching, trimming, smoothing around corners and in the closet, as well as fixing two areas in which we had to cut the carpet to pull it back after the saturation. It looked great afterwards, as if nothing had happened. Overall, a very easy and pleasant experience and we would definitely call him again if in need. read more

I am extremely late in writing this review but i need to give Chris mad props for doing an amazing job fixing the carpet at our house. We had multiple rooms where the carpet was raising at seams and near the edges of the rooms, and we lived with the carpet like this for more months than we should have. Chris came in and in no time had the carpet stretched and looking amazing. On top of that, he was a great guy and enjoyable to chat with while he did his thing. Chris is very punctual and communicates effectively. He fixed the carpet beyond expectations!

On-time, highly competent, pleasing results, fair-priced...and a friendly, decent guy, Chris is excellent. In fact, he found some moisture under one portion of the carpet due to HVAC condensation in the attic above that would have caused damage if it had remained unknown much longer. He gladly came back later to finish the carpet in this small area after we remediated the HVAC issue. read more

When you see a business on Yelp with an overall rating of five stars, you automatically have high expectations and trust that you will be completely satisfied with their service or product. Chris definitely lived up to the five star rating and expectation! We had just recently purchased a home with some carpet damage on one of the stairs. It was small, but it bothered me and I was worried that it would be expensive and it would look like someone fixed that area if we got it fixed. I busted my Yelp app and found Chris. He responded quickly and his quote was extremely reasonable. We scheduled an appointment and unfortunately a day or two before, I had to reschedule and Chris was extremely accommodating. When he got to my residence, he was early!!! Oh, how I love punctual people! My husband actually was there to greet him and he was in and out in less than an hour. I came home later to inspect the stair. Here's the funny part: I couldn't distinguish which stair he fixed. My husband had to point it out to me. That's how much you couldn't tell there was a carpet issue in the first place! I was so surprised. Then, I asked my husband where he took the carpet from and wanted to see how much damage he did. He took a small piece from a linen closet and although you can tell slightly, it was way better than I ever thought it would look. I definitely would recommend Chris to anyone I know. You got carpet issues? Call this guy! read more

Chris was such a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt and easy to schedule. He is very knowledgeable with carpet. He fixed mine perfectly and even went above and beyond with tacking areas down that poked your feet if you stepped just right and reversing a tack strip that was installed wrong. I was so appreciative of the extras he did. He gave me an estimate based on rooms that needed help and stuck with that....NO surprises. He even sent me the before and after pictures. read more

Very satisfied with Chris and definitely recommend him and will use his services again in the future. Found him via a Google search, sent me to Yelp, messaged him in Yelp and he promptly replied, set up a time, easy breezy. The work itself was just two spare bedrooms of carpet that needed restretched. Chris texted me with his ETA, showed up right on time. All I had to do was move the light weight stuff out of the way prior to his arrival, he took care of moving the beds as he needed. About 90 minutes later he was done. Wrinkles gone in the carpet, beds moved back into place. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Besides the good work, Chris just seems like a nice, professional guy, willing to chat about tangential subjects (for instance he noticed a potential water leak coming thru a window into the wall).
