They made needed grout repairs for a few months as some of the tiles settled free of charge. He managed all of the logistics, checked in with us regularly, and made us feel comfortable with every step of the project. He even had his crew move our heavy bed in our Master Bedroom as part of the project, which I was worried about because my husband has a bad back. I had them back to remodel my kitchen afterward, since I was so impressed with their work! That included granite countertops, the backsplash, and new cabinets, and we are thrilled with how they turned out. Again, we had three companies come and give us bids, but Albert and Amcor was always the lowest cost and least hassle! Now (4/8/25), I had Albert come and give us an estimate for shutters. I had priced them out and expected to pay over $15K to do all of our windows. But for 4.5" clearview wood shutters in our choice of color, our price was well less than half of that!!! I had a safe in place for several years and when the movers removed it there was a rust stain under it on the cart. Items have been left out, plans not followed, inspections failed frequently, no crews show up. When someone does show up it is 2 people that is not a crew. Nothing is organized, the street in front of our home is filled with materials and is hazardous, neighbors are complaining . It is now 1 year 2 months and the garage is not finished. We also contracted with them for a patio project at the same time to have all construction going on and to be completed before summer. That project was suppose to start in February and be 4-6 weeks tops. It is now September and we only have travertine layed that is uneven, puddles and have grass growing between the seems. We have been made promise after promise that have not come through. Told in January by owner Christopher John we would be a priority and our home should be complete in less than 60 days. This company is a nightmare. We have whole houses being built all around us and we can not seem to get a garage built. 1-2 Workers show up for 1-2 hours and leave. We can not get answers. Empty Promises! Contractors stop by weekly to see if we need them to finish the job, and investors stop by almost daily to see if the house is for sale because it has been sitting like this for so long. Porta Pot in the front yard, neighbors are ready to call in more complaints. All of my friends having projects done have been far completed and I cringe to hear how great their contractors were and how organized, communicative and on top of the job.
