Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. She's been in the industry a long time and it shows--she has deep knowledge and great long-standing contacts for the different parts of the job. Javier handled the demo and cleanup, and I was seriously impressed that he got it all done without damaging any of the baseboards. Herberto is a master with tile; he laid large-format marble across a whole wall with perfectly consistent grout lines. The tile was also laid exactly level- making up for our uneven walls- which even the Shower Glass installers were impressed with. He also tackled a complex diamond pattern on the floor in a really tight space using large porcelain tiles, and the precision was spot on. We honestly, don't know how he did it.
