As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

The aisles of the store are wide enough to tote around anything heavy and peruse comfortably. They have everything organized well and it's easy to load up boxes of needed tile. The staff is always super friendly, helpful and available for assistance. They offer pick up too, which is great if you know exactly what you want. Bonus, the recently just started offering a military discount this year, I believe 10%. They have a great selection and it's a great option for tile needs. Some of the additional features online for calculating tile needs is also quite nice and I recommend for project planning.

The demo was done quickly and without any major dust or issues as we went with the dustless removal. That team was in and out and very profession. No mess either. Guy and Mike were fantastic though the entire process constantly chatting with us as they went. We had a few small things that needed to be done and Guy and Mike were all over it. She's been in the industry a long time and it shows--she has deep knowledge and great long-standing contacts for the different parts of the job. She was incredibly patient with all my questions and gave me some really solid educational advice rather than just trying to push a sale. The crew was also top-notch. Javier handled the demo and cleanup, and I was seriously impressed that he got it all done without damaging any of the baseboards. Herberto is a master with tile; he laid large-format marble across a whole wall with perfectly consistent grout lines. The tile was also laid exactly level- making up for our uneven walls- which even the Shower Glass installers were impressed with. He also tackled a complex diamond pattern on the floor in a really tight space using large porcelain tiles, and the precision was spot on. We honestly, don't know how he did it. On top of the quality, the pricing and quotes were very fair--especially considering the level of craftsmanship you're getting. I have had a wonderful experience with them and I would highly recommend using them in the Phoenix market. The tile is exactly what I wanted (a hip, exciting, not your average pool tile vibe) and the travertine....you guys--the travertine is so freaking cool! It compliments EVERY color that I have going on back there and it is currently being installed by our hardscaping as I type. Look at how stunning the travertine is! EEEK!
