Scott was responsive, punctual with his appointment, brought all of his samples along with him, and whipped up a very competitive proposal right there on the spot, all highly transparent and with no pressure (though you do feel a bit guilty seeing him lug those samples in all by himself!). Carpet Direct is one of the best, most professional companies I've worked with. Scott has helped us get great pricing on two different complete flooring overhauls now, and has been nothing short of spectacular. He can have his installers take care of things or have you use your own installer, no problem. In the midst of massive supply chain issues in 2021, Scott updated me every step of the way, and helped us in the meantime by referring us to great pricing and service for Cabinets, counters, and blinds while we waited to put in the flooring. This review is long overdue. We have been relying on Scott for several years now. Originally he redid all of the flooring in our house. Last year my daughter purchased her first home. Unfortunately, the floors were completely trashed throughout the entire house. Of course, we knew that was not going to be an issue since we knew we could call on Scott to replace everything. My daughter just loves the way everything turned out, and the price was extremely affordable.
