Israel has done 2 projects for us. We had water damage from a water leak from refrigerator and he…read moretook out the old cabinets and rebuilt new ones. Everything looks identical to the original. I was worried that the granite countertop would have to be removed but he jacked it up to secure it and no cracks. Then we had another bathroom vanity that had termite damage. We had some other cabinet companies look at repairing but they all said the marble counter top would have to be removed. I doubt they could be removed without cracking. He came over and looked at the damage. No problem, supported the countertop with jacks. Measured the cabinets, went to his shop and rebuilt the cabinets. He came out a week later and reinstalled. Everything turned out perfect and no evidence that 2 of the cabinets were replacements. Thankfully we were able to reuse the drawers. He even fixed scratch marks on our dining room wood door! He is very professional, precise with his work. We have other projects for him and won't consider using anyone else. Hats off to Israel and Julie for a job well done. 11/21/25 AG2 installation day!…read more Background We began consulting with C&S Home Solutions Remodeling September 2025 about our goals for updating our Kitchen, laundry and Bathrooms. The kitchen was a complete remodel eliminating an arched wall extending the kitchen to increase counter and cabinets linear feet. It also incorporated a breakfast bar. Two bathrooms were being remodeled. To accomplish our design continuity we visited Arista Stone to look for slaps for our design. Once we selected our slaps C&S Home Solutions remodeling enlisted the talents of small women owned business Brenda Rodriguez of AG2 Design LLC. Brenda personally visited our home and took all the measurements the day after our cabinetry was installed. She developed the template(s) for all countertops in the rooms. Her expertise quickly shifted to maximizing the use of the slabs minimizing waste and assuring we had enough slab from the same slab lot. Installation day came five days later after the rough bulk slabs were cut and polished. The craftsmanship of the beveled edges and smooth radius corners was amazing. Brenda's team began the installation by custom building the slab to countertop beds to support the heavy countertops. As each countertop was installed the Kitchen quickly transformed from design concept to a beautiful sculptured smooth line modern contemporary kitchen. Brenda also added a slab notch cut to tastefully incorporate a stub wall leading to our laundry room. Maybe a little detail to some but this extra touch of class showcases the talents and personal touches she delivers to her customers. Brenda arrived at the time of installation to personally see everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied. I can't say enough about Brenda and her company AG2 Design! we ordered new kitchen cabinets through the Gilbert location. Cabinets were order in November 2025…read moreand scheduled for installation the week of January 19 - 23, 2026. We were told it would only take these five days to install the cabinets. Countertop measurements took place at end of January and countertop installation took place on February 18th. As of today, March 16th, the installation is still not complete and finished. DKB was last out on March 2nd and only completed most of the cabinetry related items and has yet to install some under countertop lighting, and install surfacing on the bottom side of some upper cabinets. Our project would only be this far if not for our constant follow up and phone calls. We were promised our concerns would be addressed back in February by a upper manager of DKB when they didn't schedule sufficient time for our installation the first time around. It is now two months this week since the one week when all work was supposed to be complete. Still over $1,000.00 in paid for work to be complete and no phone call or follow up by DKB to complete our improvements to our satisfaction. This whole process has been a bit frustrating and disappointing. We were not informed that the countertop installer and plumber are two different subcontractors. Our Designer was not experienced with cabinet lighting and electrical rough in needs and requirements. Unable to assist with any type of coordination efforts when requested to make sure power sources were prepared and ready. it wasn't until after the cabinets were installed and countertop measured that we learned our selected countertop as it turned out is not available in the size needed without additional joints in the slab. This caused more delays to our schedule. Had the limitations of the countertop material been discussed at time of design back in November, the design could have been changed. Again, just another example of inexperience we had to learn the hard way. Still no telling if or when our new cabinetry will be complete.

Dan the owner spent a lot of time at our in home visit to review the scope , made great suggestions on 2 new pots and pan drawers and assured us we would not know they were refaced but would look like new cabinets . We chose a beautiful Maple wood with new drawers on amazing soft close silent hardware . The work crew was professional , skilled craftsmen that figured out every little corner and angle to perfection . I am amazed at the quality of work . The transformation is stunning . We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid. There were also gaps along the baseboard) I believe that things will occassionally go wrong - it's how the response to those issues are handled. The staff at Mesa Sales were on top of it and I felt they made me a priority. They sent someone out that same day and fixed the problem and, when he was done, you couldn't even tell there were any issues. The staff was super helpful and, in the end, I'm a very happy customer.

Victor did some kitchen work for my Gilbert house that we are selling and in the end, I am glad we did. The start of the process was a little iffy to me because he wanted to have a deposit before going to the house for measurements and instead used existing numbers that I sent him from another contractor, which he used to give ball park quote from. In the end, his quote was lower than the others we received (4 others) and we ended up using VM Stoneworks to install our countertops and once we committed to using him, Victor went on-site for an official measurement and did not change his initial quote price. Victor arranged to have the counter slabs picked up from Granite Karma outlet store which we had ordered online (we are out of state) and he had them fabricated a few days before we scheduled installation. Since I am out of state, I was not able to see the work up close but once he sent pictures and I had my realtor confirm the quality of work the next day, I knew we did the right thing. He is also very responsive via text which is always nice. I highly recommend Victor for any kitchen remodel. read more

We solicited bids from 3 companies to replace the old granite in our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and an entertainment room. Home Depot only offered a limited selection of granite and we were not satisfied with what they had. We got a quote from a local small business who delayed getting us a complete cost proposal and we could not see what the bottom line would be. This company wanted about 75% of the cost up front which was a non-starter. We selected VM Stoneworks because the owner, Victor, came to our house and helped us with the selection of tile to match our granite and explained how he was going to do a complex installation of granite and backsplash in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We asked Victor to complete the job before Thanksgiving. We are extremely satisfied with Victor's quality of workmanship and attention to details. Victor has an amazing crew who are superb craftsmen. Additionally, VM Stoneworks has very good reviews on Angie's list and other places) helped us decide to go with Victor. We got the kitchen counter top replaced, new sink and backsplash installed. Then we got rid of the old bath tub ands got a new shower installed with tile and also got the shower drain moved. Victor suggested we do it for aesthetics and charged a very reasonable price to do it. Victor was very professional and polite and responsive. He takes his work seriously and does a good job. He calls / texts / visits on a regular basis and makes sure things are progressing the way we want it and puts a lot of importance to quality and customer satisfaction. These guys are the best! I spent a few weeks getting quotes from other companies in the valley for counter top installation services and to purchase a slab for our home. The other companies took days to come out and gave quotes so high I was thinking I would never be able to get the counter tops I wanted. I called Victor and he came out the next morning, gave me a VERY reasonable quote on the spot and handled the whole process for me from then on out. The crew that came out to do the installation was polite, fast and very talented. I had them make a few additional cuts on the spot and they did it without question. We found VM Stoneworks online and called I spoke to Victor and I told him about our project and he took my information down and came out on a Sunday! Took some measurements gave us a list of stone warehouses to choose from, And pick whatever material we wanted,When we got to the granite store the owner their knew Victor very well, recommended him highly that they've been working together for a long time so we felt comfortable right off the bat!! I selected VM Stoneworks because of their high rating and was not disappointed. I was purchasing a house that needed the countertops replaced. Victor came in gave me a quote, suggested the type of stone and color as well as tile for the backsplash. Words cannot say how GREAT everything looks. Victor and Rico saved my kitchen!!! After the guy we hired to do our kitchen backsplash walked away mid-job, I had to find someone fast to come in and pick up where he left off. I called Victor and 2 days later he had someone out at my house. Rico was amazing and asked me a ton of questions because I wanted a very specific look that took extra cutting and time. 2 days later and everything is done and exactly what I wanted. VM stoneworks did a fabulous job on my bathroom! I show Vic my pictures of what I wanted and they made it happen! They also did my granite counters tops in my kitchen and both bathrooms. Tile in the kitchen back splash. Workers are very accommodating and get the job done the way you want it. Both projects were done in the time frame that I had asked for! Highly recommended. The install team did a great job on our beautiful new granite countertops. They took noticeable detailed care through the whole process. Wow, Victor the owner and Victor the installer are awesome! I had called several places for a quote on our kitchen backsplash. They definitely came in at the best price, they were honest,professional and did an amazing job! Many companies saw the type of tile that I chose and said they would not do the job because it took too many cuts and too much labor. I just did my kitchen and had Victor do my granite counter tops and back splash. Victor and his team gave me a kitchen to dream for. Great work and gave me great ideas on how to make things work and look better in my kitchen. His price was more then a great deal .
