We were needing to switch the carpet in our spare room to tile. A neighbor had recommended Ron and his team. They did not disappoint! From the first call Ron was awesome with answering questions and also offering to help find more matching tile since we didn't have enough leftover from a previous project. In the name of professionalism i will keep the first part of this review strictly to my experience with this company. They were hired to do a kitchen job, a remodel, were given clear instruction as to how the finish product should look and the quality expected for the price they asked for. Upon completion of the project they not only failed to meet the standards set, but the finished result required further intervention and repair. The next company hired to repair their work did an excellent job and met the quality standards that are expected to be met in the first place. Now for my personal opinion, this is the second time i've had to post a review for this company and in my experience as an ex business owner, any company who's owner has to swat away honest, negative reviews on their yelp page to save face, is not a company to be trusted. Good luck to future customers, but beware of the damage this company has shown itself to cause and the cost afforded to repair such work. Better in my opinion to hire a company with no history of being shady. read more

I have a unit in my MHP that needed a complete remodeling of the floors and bathroom. Prior to hiring Ron and his guys, I hired two contractors/handymen who were absolute clowns and left the unit in shambles. My last hail mary was to try Ron and his guys. I them to gut the unit out and start on the flooring and the bathroom. I could not be happier with the results. Mike and the crew are quick, thorough, and very reliable. I am sharing my experience with the quotation process. I cannot speak to their quality of work. We were looking for a company to install an engineered hardwood. Jonathan came out and measured our home. He promptly provided a quote. We submitted our deposit and scheduled a crew to come out on Thursday, 7/25. I will add that the quote did state that it EXCLUDES BASEBOARDS, GRINDING, LEVELING, DRYWALL, PAINTING, MOVING OF: ELECTRONICS, PERSONAL ITEMS, FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES. The crew of two arrived at 8am on Thursday. Marco was very pleasant. He explained how they evaluated the floor to determine if leveling was required. We knew a couple rooms would need the floor grinded. He did not mention that he would be calling my husband later that morning with the additional charges. I left the house so we would be out of their way. In fact, I put my kids in camp for two days so we would not be in their way. At 8:36am they contacted my husband to let him know that an additional ~$3200 of work was needed to prep the floor. We were very surprised. I would have expected Jonathan to explain during the initial quotation visit that the crew would come in, evaluate the floor, and an additional quote would be provided before any work started. After some back and forth, Jonathan came back out to the house Friday morning to discuss the lack of transparency regarding the additional costs face to face with my husband. In the end he offered to return our deposit which we accepted. One last effort was offered to lay the floor without prepping it if we signed a waiver. We declined. We have received a refund receipt for the deposit minus $261 for labor. My last disappointment is that, again, no one choose to call or text to communicate that $261 would be withheld. Surprises are not good business practice. read more

Terrible and wouldn't recommend to anyone, they were supposed to take several days and fill which they didn't and rushed to do in one day. Numerous area's not filled these are a few samples. Massive streaks everywhere from the top coating which are visible to eye however don't appear to show on the camera well. This will cost us thousands to have fixed. Highschoolers could have done a better job. We had them out to quote and identify what needed to be done before hand as well. Highly disappointed. Owner has been defensive and deflective and didn't do the job requested, filling never occurred. This was a total waste of 4k read more

Incredibly happy we went with New Interior Finishes for our new custom made shower. Ron and his family were great to work with and they did an amazing job. Ron was straight forward and honest with all the pricing. They were also quick to respond. They gave a lot of good information and were really helpful on picking out tile. Michael and his team that did the job were very professional and did a great job (see pictures). They helped a lot with running the LED lighting for the niche and bench also. Definitely recommend them and we will hopefully be using them in a year or 2 when we remodel our kitchen. read more

I'm new to the area and just bought a house with old and ugly tile floors. I was lucky to find Ron who was about 1/2 the price of my other quotes and extremely honest and professional. After spending about an hour with me answering all my questions, I still couldn't decide on a color and type of flooring. Ron is a patient man and he knows everyone in the industry. I was so happy with the flooring installation that I also asked him to do my countertops and backsplash in the kitchen and two bathrooms. We had our guest bathroom floor tile removed and new porcelain tile installed. Ron was very thorough with the quote, clearly outlined the work to be performed, and was very responsive. The price quoted was what we were charged when the work was completed. My father In law has been trying to get the flooring done that was damaged from a leak in the bathroom since August. He called Angie's list and OMG...what a nightmare. From call offs to being able to work 3 hours at a time but only came out twice and caused more damage than anything else. Finally at the end of October telling him that they're canceling the job since they can't get anyone to commit to the job and refunding him when they weren't supposed to charge him until the job was done (they charged him 2x). Obviously I could go on further. We are so happy we were able to find New Interior Flooring. Within 2 1/2 weeks the job was done (from quote to finish). Ron came out to look at the floor. He was honest and pleasant. Emailed us a quote and than about a week later his son Mike did the job. Awesome work and it was a little less than the original quote. We are so pleased and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors done. read more
