Kami installed my LVT click and lock flooring with excellent workmanship. He showed up on time and installed in the number of days he told me. After seeing a bad area in the floor, he had to fill with self-leveling material and it turned out great. Now, when I walk over this area, it feels level and flat. Kami is a hardworking and honest. I would highly recommend him for your next flooring project. read more

Best decision to hire Kam T-L Flooring. I contacted Kami to get an estimate to replace our tile ( kitchen and laundry area), vinyl ( dining and living area) to tile flooring. I had 4 quotes but Kami stands out so we decided to go with this company. Kami and Shawn are excellent, exceeded our expectations. They did the 950 sq ft area in less than 5 days. So happy with the new look of our house. He even recommend what flooring to use. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Kami for a wonderful job if there's a 10 stars I will definitely give 10. read more

Great experience with Kami this past week. Called him after seeing his reviews on Yelp (of course), and decided to give him a shot. A big part of the reason I chose Kami over the couple of others I called was his availability, I needed my 2 bedrooms in my towns house done as soon as possible as I had to move out of my condo within a week or so and the other providers quoted me two weeks out to get the job done - kami told me he could do it the same week once he saw the job and gave me an estimate. Upon meeting kami at my place, he was suuuuper friendly! Quoted me an extremely fair price (I thought), roughly $2,200 for the labor because I bought the vinyl from Floor and Decor. Kami and one other dude did the job on Tuesday this past week and it came out incredible! Would highly recommend kami, and would definitely use his services again in the future if needed! I hired Kami 2 years ago to pull up travertine tile in my bathroom and installed click and lock flooring. His work was great and there was not a spec of dust even though ripping up travertine is a very dusty project. I recently had the need to pull up tile in my new house but because I thought it was more convenient to have one contractor provide several services I went with another contractor. This was a mistake. The contractor I selected did not take the same care to protect my property from dust and I regret my choice. If you need a professional flooring contractor who does great work I recommend Kami. read more

Detail oriented, thorough, fair price, would recommend to other who need tile installation

Kami was an awesome choice for our project for luxury vinyl and tile floor installation for the rental property. We started off with wrong material to be installed, he offered his help returning materials to floor and decor with no extra charges. He helped us picking the best Vinyl floor. After installation the floor really looks amazing. His crew was very fast and professional. His charges are reasonable. He is very good man with good ethics and very easy to work with. We have recommend him to out friends. read more

Just finished my flooring and baseboards. Kami was very communicative, explained everything, and was amazingly efficient. For a 2300 sq fit house he was done in less than 5 days. Demo surprisingly clean, the install was top notch and he installed 4 in baseboards. I highly recommend him. read more

We had our flooring installed by another contractor earlier this summer. They did not install our baseboards, so we went with Kamis T-L Flooring based on all of their great YELP reviews. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. They were very professional, meticulous, and reasonably priced! We wish we would have had them install our floors. They fixed several areas that were installed incorrectly from the previous contractors we hired!! Thank you so much! We highly recommend Kamis T-L!!! read more

Kami's T-L flooring is outstanding. Quote was quick and thorough. He was friendly and broke down each item and we could select the work we wanted done. Do not hire this company to do your flooring if you want to get insulted and ridiculed. I hired Kami to do a Flooring project for my home and instead he lambasted me for not having enough flooring material to do the job on the day that he was supposed install it. I then contacted another flooring company that came out and told me that I had enough flooring to do the job. read more

We recently replaced approximately 1500 square feet of carpet and slate with laminate flooring and couldn't be happier with Kami. After receiving multiple quotes from large stores which provided terrible customer service, lengthy lead times and a much higher price we were relieved to find an alternative with Kami. He came to quote almost immediately, was open to using the flooring we selected, started the project promptly and was gracious enough to work around the painter we inadvertently scheduled for the same time. Kami was communicative and responsive to questions I had as they came up. I am so glad we didn't use any of the other installers as I know we would have just ended up frustrated. The floors look great and I will absolutely use and recommend Kami in the future. read more

Kamis TL Flooring. Excellent service. After four years of looking at flooring options for our 24 year old home, chatting with and obtaining quotes from big box, little box stores, vendors...and of course going through several decor phases (gee...wood, wood look, luxury laminate, variety of tile options?) we settled on a stone look tile...5+ pallets from Floor & Decor and contracted with Kamis TL Flooring. We are slow. LOL. We are at the tail end of this intense 2 week project. Base boards are going in on Monday. Kambiz is very professional, polite and a perfectionist. We are so pleased and can't wait to put everything back and clean off the light layer of dust. We are going for minimalist decor. The flooring is that beautiful. We did not move out. Hmmmm. The demo day was active with seven men, jack hammers, cement grinders and ultra large vacuums, screaming dog, screaming kids and terrified cats. We holed up in bare cement floor bedroom when one became available... with 4 pets. Quite the experience. All in all, well worth the experience. read more

Yelp sent a message in my behalf asking for help with my flooring situation and this company wrote me back very rude. Accusing me of "waisting" their time. I'm not the one who reached out to them. I highly recommend Kami T-L Flooring. Kami was responsive from initial contact. He installed tile and baseboards in 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. Kami was able to coordinate with them and the painter commented that Kami was accommodating and easy to work with. Everything exceeded my expectations. read more
