Nik and Katheryn were very helpful and answered all of my questions for our second kitchen remodel. I'm super happy with our new tile, cabinets, and countertops. We will continue to use Builders' Flooring to remodel each of our rental properties.

11/21/25 AG2 installation day!…read more Background We began consulting with C&S Home Solutions Remodeling September 2025 about our goals for updating our Kitchen, laundry and Bathrooms. The kitchen was a complete remodel eliminating an arched wall extending the kitchen to increase counter and cabinets linear feet. It also incorporated a breakfast bar. Two bathrooms were being remodeled. To accomplish our design continuity we visited Arista Stone to look for slaps for our design. Once we selected our slaps C&S Home Solutions remodeling enlisted the talents of small women owned business Brenda Rodriguez of AG2 Design LLC. Brenda personally visited our home and took all the measurements the day after our cabinetry was installed. She developed the template(s) for all countertops in the rooms. Her expertise quickly shifted to maximizing the use of the slabs minimizing waste and assuring we had enough slab from the same slab lot. Installation day came five days later after the rough bulk slabs were cut and polished. The craftsmanship of the beveled edges and smooth radius corners was amazing. Brenda's team began the installation by custom building the slab to countertop beds to support the heavy countertops. As each countertop was installed the Kitchen quickly transformed from design concept to a beautiful sculptured smooth line modern contemporary kitchen. Brenda also added a slab notch cut to tastefully incorporate a stub wall leading to our laundry room. Maybe a little detail to some but this extra touch of class showcases the talents and personal touches she delivers to her customers. Brenda arrived at the time of installation to personally see everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied. I can't say enough about Brenda and her company AG2 Design! Cost 5/5 There are many big fabricators out there, most chasing large commercial cookie cutter jobs but no one can match the turnaround time, customization and value of AG2 Design. I was worried that the granite countertop would have to be removed but he jacked it up to secure it and no cracks. Then we had another bathroom vanity that had termite damage. We had some other cabinet companies look at repairing but they all said the marble counter top would have to be removed. I doubt they could be removed without cracking. He came over and looked at the damage. No problem, supported the countertop with jacks. Measured the cabinets, went to his shop and rebuilt the cabinets. He came out a week later and reinstalled. Everything turned out perfect and no evidence that 2 of the cabinets were replacements. Thankfully we were able to reuse the drawers. He even fixed scratch marks on our dining room wood door! He is very professional, precise with his work. We have other projects for him and won't consider using anyone else. Hats off to Israel and Julie for a job well done. And they are 2 of the nicest people. Thanks again to Israel and his staff. Barbara Slegel San Tan Valley

Of course, my insurance company wouldn't pay for all of the damage, that's when I received help from Cabinets and More. Isarel stepped in and made cabinets to fit my unusual configuration of cabinets. He had to make cabinets to fit under a 10' piece of granite without cracking it. I was skeptical but it was handled easily with "jacks" placed strategically under the countertop. Isarel is an artist! He stripped, sanded and painted the rest of my cabinets to look like something out of Better Homes and Gardens. I would recommend Cabinets and More to everyone, their pricing was fair, and their work was beyond anything I could have imagined! Thanks to Isarel and his staff! Sandy Abbinanti Mesa AZ

We had quartz and sinks installed by Custom Stone Works at our condo. After install we noticed that…read morethe kitchen faucet was extremely lose. We contacted Mr. Karidas about the problem and he came back out and attempted to tighten the faucet. We received a text from Mr. Karidas that he had tightened the faucet. Upon inspection the faucet was still lose. We advised Mr. Karidas that there are too many holes and was drilled incorrectly. Mr. Karidas agreed to meet us at the job site. Upon arrival Mr. Karidas was immediately defensive and refused to look under the sink nor the pictures taken of the issue. His only response was he's been in business for 30 years and he knows holes. Nothing was resolved as Mr. Karidas refused to even look/acknowledge/discuss the issue that was caused by Custom Stone Works and nothing was resolved. Not only did we have a handy man but a licensed plumber confirmed that due to multiple holes drilled through the sink lip, the faucet wouldn't secure. As well we advised Mr. Karidas during initial walk thru that we wanted to save and use the 3 bathroom faucets and Mr. Karidas agreed. The only communication/direction received from Mr. Karidas was to have our plumber disconnect the faucet. We have it all in writing that this was what was asked of us. This was done however the demo team hired by Mr. Karidas through out the faucets and we had to replace them. Mr. Karidas blamed us and our plumber for not removing them. Pictures can be provided to show the double drilling in the faucet sink.*******************Since I'm not able to respond to Mr. Greg K. I will update my post here to respond.... First of all my name is Alisa not Alicia. Absolutely not false accusations. Why haven't you responded to the BBB complaint? The ROC only closed the case because we had to have the issue fixed. Once someone else besides the contracted company touches the issue the complaint is then null and voided. That is the only reason the case was closed. When I talked with the ROC the person advised he wanted to pursue as he has received several complaints on Custom Stone. Second, please provide where we were told to remove the faucets? I have all written documentation that we were advised just to disconnect, which proof can be provided, as well the pictures of the double drill. Why would we want a plumber that Mr. Karidas was to hire after the way he treated us and how the demo team was that he hired? Why wasn't there someone from Custom Works there for demo or why didn't Mr. Karidas advise that we wanted the faucets kept? We were never in contact nor given the demo companies information. Is this how customers are treated? Why wasn't Mr. Karidas behavior addressed? Not once has Custom Stone admitted or apologized for the problems.

We just completed a whole-house remodel with Tanner--including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring,…read morepainting, etc.--and we are more than pleased with the outcome. The Tanner team, both Al and Bryce, are the best. For such a large-scale remodel, there are 3 important qualities we were hoping for in General Contractors, and Tanner met all 3 hands down. #1 - Flexibility: A remodel such as ours had quite a lot of changes midway, delays due to decisions that we had to make, backordered materials, etc. Tanner was very flexible and accommodated last-minute changes with reasonable cost additions. They did not nickel and dime us; instead, they focused on ensuring the end result looked good. #2 - Dealing with issues: Any remodel is guaranteed to have issues. What differentiates a top GC like Tanner is how they deal with those issues. The control that Tanner has over their subcontractors is amazing. Any time an issue arose, Al would make a call and the subcontractor would pick up on the first ring--even when we couldn't reach them ourselves. That's the power Al and Bryce have over their subcontractors. We had issues where subcontractors were pointing fingers at each other, but one call to Al or Bryce and they immediately worked with them to fix the issue together as a team. This is something I believe is extremely important in a general contractor, and Tanner came through every single time. #3 - Having your back: You need someone watching over the work and the outcome at all times. Al and Bryce truly care about the quality of the work. Al has an eye for mistakes and has literally made contractors redo work when it wasn't up to par. He genuinely cared for us and wanted us to have the best. He ensured we got the best floor tile installer, who did an amazing job with large-format tiles. He also found us THE best Taj Mahal slab that we literally could not find anywhere else. Bryce stepped in when the cabinet colors were delivered incorrectly--even though we didn't initially recognize the mistake. He worked behind the scenes with the cabinet company to have all the cabinets redone. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome, which looks amazing. We are incredibly grateful to Al, Bryce, and the Tanner team!

Harold dropped by soon after we called and not only dud he give us a great estimate, he also provided some valuable suggested improvements. We decided to go with Tanner and glad we did. Not only was Harold monitoring and following up with the subs and expected progress and quality of workmanship, the guy he pulled in (Salvador) was AMAZING! Salvador built the shower and jacuzzi tub walls and did ALL the tile work - and his attention to detail on the tile work was some of the best I've seen. I would highly recommend these guys if you're doing any remodeling. We're gonna bring them back to do our kitchen next year!

Stradling's Cabinets & Remodeling

Stradling's Cabinets & Remodeling

Long review incoming!…read more We hired Stradling's to replace all of our kitchen cabinets along with adding a "coffee bar" cabinet to an empty wall. The process started by meeting with Emmy (our salesperson) and going over a design and pricing. We gathered a few quotes from multiple different companies and after much review, decided to proceed with Stradling's. Per Stradling's, 50% of payment is due in order for cabinets to get built and installation scheduled. We paid the 50% and had a very reasonable time frame for installation. Prior to install, the other 50% is due. To me that's a very odd practice but figured what the heck, and paid the balance in full (prior to any work being done). A week prior to installation, Emmy reached out and mentioned that one of the wall cabinets was incorrectly ordered and would delay the process just slightly. Original install date was still set but completion would be a little bit longer than expected. Not ideal but hey, no biggie. Install date comes and the installer (a sub contractor for Stradling's) was hard at work. Everything was chugging along with the exception of a few things. One being that one of the new floor cabinets was larger than the previous one, so they were going to shim it and elevate it compared to the other floor cabinets. This made a noticeable 1.5" elevation difference between the left side floor cabinet and right side floor cabinet. Thankfully I caught this and told the installer I would cut the floor tile that evening to ensure a proper fit. The following day they returned to complete what was left (minus the wall cabinet from earlier). This was good news because I had my countertop guy scheduled for two days later to get fabrication started. Well, here's where things got really interesting. Once Stradling's left for the day, my wife and I were inspecting everything and realized that our sink cabinet was 2" off center to the left from the kitchen window! This was a BIG deal obviously as having things centered is important. Thankfully Emmy was able to get her installer out the following day to fix this, but even more thankful that WE caught this (another issue that we had to point out) because if countertops had been fabricated and installed this would have been a catastrophic mistake! Finally got the countertops in and then the final wall cabinet was installed along with microwave and crown. The finished product was sloppy so we had them back out for the fine detail touch ups. In short, here's my closing thoughts. This company would benefit tremendously from having a superintendent follow up on the work performed by subs. The mistakes that we, the homeowners that are paying top dollar for this job, had to catch is unacceptable. If we did not catch these mistakes, this kitchen would have been a disaster. Luckily I'm a tradesman myself and caught these issues. The reason they get a 3 star versus a 1 or 2 is the responsiveness of Emmy and prompt nature of fixing their mistakes. While I would hope the mistakes never happen, the fact that they took care of it quickly helps. Additionally the final product was good. We are happy with our kitchen. Would I recommend Stradling's? 100% I would NOT recommend them. Nevertheless I hope they can improve from this job and learn from mistakes made.

Decided upon Stradling's Cabinets and Remodeling to assist us in our kitchen remodel. It was rough…read morefrom the beginning, but we were flexible. Strong, opinionated designer. When we got to the point of construction is when the true nightmare began. Construction plans were not followed which affected balance and use of kitchen. This was corrected. New cabinet were scratched and had to be replaced-with owner Mr. Stradling's approval. Grout color was completely a different color than our existing grout. We were told, " It would lighted up over time." They eventually replaced the grout so easily, we wondered why did we have to fight so hard to get it done! Nail heads show throughout our kitchen-still. We were told by owner that the cabinet company doesn't make a wax pencil in the cabinet color we chose and bought from Stradling's. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. They came to repair the nail heads 2-3 times only to make things worse. They "gleam" now. The designer, Margo told us that we were just being too picky about the nail heads showing. I have two pictures below, but there are more examples of nail heads throughout. Once, while bringing up a needed repair, she told us, " What do you expect? You didn't buy expensive cabinets." Which after spending over $30,000, it was like a knife in my heart. That really hurt ! Top trim is over shadowed by the cabinet doors. The top trim should extend out beyond the doors. Owner, Mr Stradling said, They do, it's just an illusion." Nope, it's not an illusion. Cabinet trims do not meet the back of the walls. They were cut too short. So, there are gaps. Some are left with empty space, some they filled with putty(?) Looks pretty bad. -See pictures. We just wanted the job done right without the delays, stress and anxiety. Stradling's were having issues with the contracted, and we had to pay the price! It was awful!!! We asked Stradling's owner to just please send someone else to our home to finish up, but there they were day after day making more mistakes that needed to be repaired. So upsetting. Well, they have their money now, so we have given up on anything being corrected. This was the last resort. Started bathroom remodel! Needless to say, we Did Not go with Stradling's.
