I had found this business from Yelp and Google reviews and all the positive feedback is true. I had spoken to Victor on the phone to see if they may have the color wood flooring and price point I needed. I came in the next day. I must say that their store front is very well organized and displayed- the best I've seen ( been to 8 other places this month). I took quiet a long time looking around and Victor was very kind and helpful. At one point, I asked if they happen to have bottle water so I could feed my infant. He had another gentlemen go to a near by store to grab us water. Phenomenal customer service! Definitely contact Victor if needing any construction services too! Earlier today this review was inaccurately flagged as 'false content' by the owner, so I've attached a photo showing that this review is indeed related to this company and their affiliates. If Yelp wishes I'll happily add more photos showing invoices received, business cards from staff and the work that was done in the house. --------- I would not recommend Phx Floors/Phx Reno to anyone. I added a renovation budget to my mortgage for some updates to be done to my home - new floors and an updated kitchen. I was provided a total project estimated duration of 3-4 weeks. The floor was first and it took them almost 2 months to complete it. I ended up having to involve my mortgage company in order to get them to even communicate with me and finish my baseboards. Only at that point was I then informed that my kitchen cabinets had not even been ordered (even though I was told they had been for quite some time) and had a lead time of at least 2 months. At that point I fired them. It is now almost 4 months later and because of having to deal with this company, Sean the owner specifically, I still don't have an updated kitchen and I am back to square one trying to find a contractor who is willing to pick up the work and complete it with the money that is left. Do not hire this company. I did everything that I could to be accommodating and understanding and in the end I was repaid with dishonesty. I couldn't be more disappointed with how it all played out and because of this company a happy home purchase has been turned into a massive headache. read more

This company was awesome! Not only do they have their own product, they will install as well. They had to tear up 25 year old ceramic tile, level the floor, and install new tile, along with baseboards. They were super efficient, pleasant to work with, fun to be around, highly responsible, reliable, and the best installers I've ever worked with. They went above and beyond what any other installers would do to get the job done right and to be considerate of me living in the construction. So impressed. A year later and now I'm finally doing my review as I've gotten a lot of compliments on my vacation home. As a out of state homeowner I was nervous hiring contractors to work on my home. Victor & Mario met me in person after viewing the property I just bought and gave me a bid. They were very flexible with my constant changes and adapted to my vision. I replaced old carpet with "hardwood" tile flooring, took out a tub and shower in the master, they even found matching tiles to convert it to a huge walk in shower system in the master. Threw out the gold shower doors and ugly brown tiles, replaced them with something more modern. Brand new frameless shower door too! The work didn't stopped there. I removed glass blocks walls and reframed a couple area to be more inviting to my guests. As a realtor in Seattle I will say you are in good hands with these guys. I trusted them with my home being farther away knowing things will get finished and not have contractors flake out on you. I've referred clients to PHX Floors already. read more
