We selected/reserved our slabs only to come back a week later to have them sold to someone else.

I looked at their website and found some tile and mosaics that looked like they'd work for my bath remodel. I went over to their showroom and I was helped by Tricia. Ended up buying the tile and the mosaic at a great price (it was on sale). Picking up the tile was a very smooth process as well. Definitely recommend. read more

We installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in our home...2700 sq ft. The flooring peeled, cupped and came up. Product was from Bedrosian. They didn't even take the time to come out and look at the problem. They said that all of my issues were caused by the contractor. (I was told that Bedrosian owned part of my contractor). The contractor has since had its license revoked and is out of business. (Maxum Construction, Jeffrey Beckham was President.) We are now out of pocket $50,000! Flooring is being replaced by a new contractor. My strong recommendation is to not procure vinyl plank flooring from Bedrosians and to not do business with any outfit that is associated with Jeffrey Beckham. read more

Terrible customer service. Walked into this place, again not greeted. Someone else walks in a few minutes after and greets that lady. As we're walking around the employee greets us, we say hi back, but instead goes to the other lady instead of giving us a chance to ask our question. I guess they don't want our business. read more

After going to a few local places on my own my contractor sent me to check out Bedrosians. I am very glad he did. The staff was great, we drove them crazy going back and forth and being very indecisive. The staff is great, especially Ileana. She was so patient and very knowledgeable of their products. She stayed 45 minutes late one day just to let us choose the actual slabs for our kitchen. She actually cared that we got what we wanted, and didn't make us feel bad for keeping her there almost 1 hour after they closed. Top notch place, make it your first stop! read more

My husband and I have been to several stone yards and tile places over the past year. We were so impressed with Bedrosians in Phoenix. They have the best selection of large porcelain slabs and matching tile. Not to mention the most beautiful natural quartzite slabs! They had just what we were looking for. Working with Iliana made the experience so much easier. She went out of her way to help us achieve the look we wanted for our remodel. I would highly recommend working with Iliana if you can. Terrible customer service. I was trying to get answers on the phone and kept getting talked over and rushed off the phone. The rep literally transferred me in the middle of the conversation. Incredibly rude. I will go somewhere else and pay twice the amount but I wont go here. read more

What a great customer experience. Unlike our experience at Arizona Tile (read my review on Yelp) Bedrosians made us feel welcome and even allowed our children the cook experience of going into the slab lot. They grabbed the slabs we were looking for without hesitation and even moved them into an area that had direct sunlight so we could see fine detail. The customer service was stellar. Their selection while good, wasn't nearly as wide as Arizona Tile, but that doesn't matter to me. If you are doing a remodel, shop for your slabs at Bedrosians for great service. If they don't have what you need, you might be stuck shopping at Arizona Tile. I pity you if you have to go there. read more

This is a fabulous store with top notch customer service. I'm getting a kitchen renovated and new flooring installed throughout the house. My contractor suggested Bedrosians and I am so glad he did! I wanted a hardwood floor but was worried about the durability and upkeep with my pets. I looked at other tile stores for wood look tiles instead, but I wasn't impressed. Bedrosians had a huge selection with different colors, styles and plank sizes. I even found one that had the look of hand scraped hardwood! No other stores had such variety. They had styles at many different price points, so I got the look I wanted and I stayed on budget too! When it was time to select my backsplash, I looked online for ideas but I was stumped. When I saw something that matched the cabinetry, it clashed with the countertop. I found a couple that might have worked, but they were way over my budget. I was getting super frustrated and worried that I'd chosen the wrong countertop, so I was relieved to finally have a chance to go to Bedrosians. I brought my cabinet & countertop samples and searched thru their large selection, but I still couldn't find anything. I went to get help and I'm sure glad I did! Ileana was amazing. She looked at my samples, asked about my style and budget and walked right up to the perfect backsplash! All that stressing and searching and she found the perfect backsplash in about 10 seconds flat. Once again, it was beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and well within my budget. You can't get any better than that! I would highly recommend both Ileana and Bedrosians without hesitation! They are awesome! read more

Had another tile store call the Phoenix Bedrosians location to verify stock at that location. The girl at the Bedrosians told my sales person that they had more than enough on hand. So now I make the trip all of the way down there only to find out that she looked at the wrong tile. She didn't even match the numbers to verify or name of tile. She just found something close and said that "Oh yeah....we have 80sqft of this tile on hand". This is common practice in today's world of nobody being accountable for their mistakes. Nobody there even tried to help find something else, or even to try and order it in. They just said that she made a mistake and that was it. That doesn't site well with me. So, now for every time someone does not do their job correctly, I will write a review and not go back to that location. I've been building a new house for the past 6 months and I find this type of activity on a daily basis. Who else deals with people who do not follow through nor do what they say? Either way, I'm losing hope for society as a whole. read more

I have to agree with all of the other reviewers, in terms of customer service, hands down Bedrosians is amazing. Prior to visiting Bedrosians, I visited multiple well known stone and tile stores in Tempe, North Scottsdale and Phoenix. I told my cabinet maker that I was really having hard time finding anything good and he recommended Bedrosians. I worked with Iliana for flooring and Savanah for slab. Both of them are amazing. Their prices are comparable to the other store but their selection is excellent. We purchased a 16" x 32" porcelain tile that is just beautiful. Other well known stores had nothing larger than 12" x 24". You don't need an appt but I would recommend making one as they do get very busy. They wholesale to a lot of the smaller kitchen and slab stores, so I recommend stopping by rather than buying from a middle man. read more

Bedrosians was the granite provider for our new home build. I went to view the four large slabs of granite but was told by the customer rep I could not view all four pieces because "they are all just mirror images of the top slab." I could see large chunks missing from the sides on all the slabs. I told them I would not sign off the approval form because the size identified was too small and I wanted my husband to view the quality of them. They asked if I wanted them to hold them until my husband could see them and I could confirm if they would meet the builders size requirements. I agreed to sign the "hold" only form until my husband could see them and the size could be confirmed. I communicated clearly that I did not approve the slabs and would probably need them changed. I was told it was no problem and they would only hold them until the following week when my husband could view them. A few days later I was contacted by the builder and told Bedrosians told them the slabs were approved and shipped them out to be cut and installed. I contacted the customer service manager Patrick at Bedrosians and asked to understand why they shipped the granite without our approval? He said he would look into the problem and get back to me that day. Patrick never called me back and we are now stuck with the granite we didn't want or approve. I do not appreciate the lying and deceitful practices demonstrated by the customer service reps at Bedrosians and I would not recommend doing business with them. read more
