I chose J & B Carpets as my first choice based on their location and reviews. The first thing I did though was check to see if they could accommodate a quick turnaround time. Mom had already mostly emptied the room and wanted to move things back into the room for us to come visit. Again she is 87. I did not want her to have to do this twice and it was obvious she was stressed. I spoke with Vikki from J & B Carpets and she assured me that they could do the job within a couple days of placing an order. My mother visited J & B Carpets on a Friday afternoon and selected an in stock carpet. The room was measured on Saturday morning. They installed the carpet on Monday!!!! Mom is thrilled with the carpet! Her granddaughter who is now staying there assures me the carpet is soft, well-padded and beautiful. The price was very reasonable and the customer service is excellent. I am so happy I sent my mom there and not to some big box store where she would be just another number.
