I personally think BMO is a genius idea. I only gave them 4.5 stars because they do sell things that are boxed and cheaper (think of an IKEA as-is section) but they don't say what the reason is for the discount.. You just get the lovely surprise of what the problem is when you get home. There was one thing I bought that was closed box so that was my lesson learned. Luckily it was in the side and mostly cosmetic, so it isn't really visible after unreal. As far as the rest of the items I purchased, they were not closed box so I knew what was slightly defective and could make a judgement call. Still worth it!! I found GREAT deals. There are cabinets aplenty, Windows galore. I found their granite slabs were more pricey than the AZ Tile clearance yard so I didn't bother picking out from there. All the staff were helpful at the desk and in the back.. They were very useful for helping pull out big items and load things. I def recommend you at least browse here if you are hunting for deals on a huge project. Remodels are expensive!! read more

Thought this place was great at first. Ordered cabinets, baseboards, crown, etc. Cabinets came damaged and missing pieces. BMO tried to get out of replacing their own mistakes at every turn. Had to go directly to CFA cabinetry to have them call Eli, to have him order the correct parts at the correct price. Not only was he telling me I needed to repurchase something that was not my liability, he was trying to have me order much more than necessary. Very sleazy Bought my quartz from Aracruz even though we had it picked out at BMO. I will never do business with BMO, nor would I recommend them. On the other hand, CFA cabinetry and Aracruz were both extremely helpful and great to work with. Avoid BMO at all costs read more

How has this place not had a review yet? It is also known as 'The Handymans Candy store' to some. Being a new homeowner I wanted to check out this place as it came recommended by many people I know. They have a huge selection of products that are insanely cheaper than their competitors. I bought trim for the entire house at about half the cost of what I could get at Home Depot. Yes, 1/2 the price. We couldn't find a full selection of cabinets to redo our entire kitchen. This place would be great for smaller projects like bathrooms or laundry rooms. I wouldn't recommend it for a full kitchen remodel but you should definitely check it out regardless. Great prices, helpful people and they are Minnesota Vikings fans. SKOL, VIKINGS! read more

Bought two quartz slabs that were supposed to be similar as no slabs can be identical. My fabricator comes and the business loads the two slabs on his truck. He tells them they are not the same, but they don't care about it. Fabricator is not able to get a hold of me and has to leave. He leaves with what is on the paper and what they loaded. I am finally able to review a picture of the two slabs from the fabricator and they look nothing alike or close. Called owner "Joe" who blamed it on the fabricator and that he should have noticed. Bottom line, Joe is completely unreasonable and went on a rhetoric that "you people" do not take responsibility for the mistake and it is not his fault. Joe also proceeded to call my wife a liar when she explained the events the day we purchased the slabs. He wasn't even here. He has no customer service experience and does not know how to make it right when he is wrong. Just look at the other reviews. I mainly lurk on yelp and other review sites but felt necessary to post something here to paint a picture of a bad experience from a bad business person. read more

Great prices and they have everything you could want for a home remodel. I would have given this place 5 stars except for 2 things: 1. they charge 12% over the listed price. Didnt know that? I wish I lived closer! Fantastic countertop selection. Plus a zillion cabinets of all shapes and sizes. I would love to outfit my garage workshop with stuff from here---it would look like a million bucks but the prices are so inexpensive it would be cheaper than crummy stuff from Home Depot or elsewhere. My friend is renovating a house and his contractor said this place is called "The Handyman's Candy Store." After visiting, we know why! If you're doing one house or a handyman job, this place is PERFECT to get some really upscale stuff for very little money. They don't sell tools, and I didn't see any lighting. i stopped by multiple places today just to find a kitchen cabinet door. Finally I found a single cabinet with the right door still on it here. $40. That's all I needed but the rest of the place had a huge selection of doors, windows, granite, etc. I wish they sold appliances and more lighting fixtures. read more

They have lots of materials, but really give everything you buy a good look over. Some of the products have damage and sales are final. The main reason I am writing this review is due to the employees. They do not help, and honestly, I can't understand why they have any staff there. They stand around talking to each other and are not helpful at all. They don't carry tape measures and won't get one if you need one. They also don't help with product handling or answering questions. When we finally got one to come over, we were wrapping up a phone call about the product, and he walked away. We were told they would help us handling the products but while we were trying to lift our heavy items into the cart they were nearby talking to each other. The lack of help and the complete apathy makes me want to never shop there again and pay three times the price at Home Depot. read more

Excellent place, this is a hidden jem. As a new home owner we have made several visits to this place. They charge 12% tax because it is "consignment" but the prices are still MUCH MUCH MUCH lower than your typical retail stores. We got brand new trim for the entire house (2600+ sq ft) and the men who work there even helped us load it. Went to this store today looking for a window. Sign says NO RETURNS !! Measure 3 times ! Everything here is sold as is. Found a window that had $230.00 written on it after freezing our #$#%$ off for an hour looking. Rolled it up the window to pay for it and discovered that all their windows are on consignment and a 12% adder would have to be applied. Then tax as well. I understand the tax but no where did I see the consignment adder warning posted. After they did the math our cost with adder and tax went up to $280.00. I walked. I can get the same window elsewhere for less money and a warranty at least (I checked). read more

Bought a nice red exterior door for my garage. Was $195 but Jose gave it to me for $125. It was way way cheaper than Home Depot. Also got business cards for 2 people who can install the door for me. I wish we had read some prevoius reviews before entering this store. To say I'm disappointed in my experience is an understatement. My husband and I bought two quartz slabs here - We found a color/design we loved and they had four available slabs to purchase. The person helping us at the time of purchase said that the quartz slabs behind the first looked the same with slight variations in the veins. This we found out later not to be the case when our fabricator went to pick them up. We did not want to switch our slabs for two different slabs - we just wanted our money back. After much argument with the owner (who is extremely unprofessional) He agreed to have us return the slabs for our money back. Our fabricator returned the slabs the following day only to have them denied at the door. This is extremely unprofessional! I will never step foot in this store again simply because of how I was spoken to by the owner of this company. read more

Bought 2 granite slabs , was not able to pick them up for a year do to a fire at my home, I had conversations with them to explain this and they acknowledged my issues. When I finally made it back to pick up my fully paid for granite in the amount of 679.26 the owner said it wasn't there anymore and there was nothing he could do. I accept some responsibility for not picking up my granite sooner yes. However they would not right the situation in any way. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please do not pay for anything unless you take it right away. read more
