This store is a sensory nightmare. If you have any sort of migraines, sensory issues, hate loud…read morenoises, or just want to talk to the person you're with, don't go to this location. As you walk in, there is a high pitched store alarm going off at the entrance. You can see the box and the lights flashing, indicating an alarm is happening. No employees seem to notice or be able to do anything about it. They just keep doing whatever they're doing. Then as you walk further into the store, that aforementioned alarm gets much louder to the point where at least 1/4 of the store is unshoppable. It gave my wife and I both terrible headaches almost instantly. We tried to escape that area and went further back into the store. Guess what? Another loud and annoying section with a broken air conditioning system vent that sounds like a jet engine. It is so loud you literally have to yell to communicate with someone 2 feet from you. All the while, employees just wander around doing their job. One did stop to apologize for the noise while my wife and I were shouting over it to pick out throw pillows. We honestly had to give up and get out of there. What a fun environment they've created at this store! If you or your loved ones suffer from migraines, headaches, or sensory issues, avoid this store at all costs!!!

I was looking for outdoor lounge chairs to replace my old sunburnt ones I recently tossed. I ended up buying 4 of these beautiful lounge chairs with this terrycloth like fabric. Absolutely awesome looking. They were on sale plus I asked the woman if she could mark them down any more because I was buying 4. She said ok and marked down an additional $30 off each chair. Wow very impressed. Just goes to show that their is no harm in asking. So then I pulled to the back with my van to pick them up. And whoa they have a huge warehouse with inventory out the wazoo. They brought out my new lounge chairs still in boxes and helped put them in my van. Everyone that helped me here was awesome and very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for outdoor furniture to come check this place out. Also I found out that they will reupholster lounge chairs for only $159 and regular chairs for $99. Located in Scottsdale Quarter, CC Patio provides custom made outdoor furniture that you design for yourself . . . you choose your piece, the size, frame color, fabric, etc; they claim they will make/modify it however you'd like. While never busy during our numerous visits to ensure we chose the right pieces for our space and settled on a fabric we would continue to love, the showroom staff was not consistently friendly. I often felt as if we were asking too many questions or were taking time away from other tasks they would rather be doing. But perhaps this is because they sell large quantities to commercial businesses (I've seen their furniture at many restaurants around town) which don't require the same personal experience. Some team members (Liesl, Jasmine, Allison) were very friendly, helpful and courteous while others simply seemed aloof. We experienced a few hiccups when arranging for someone to reinforce our covered patio ceiling so we could hang a swing, and we had trouble with response time from someone they recommended to us, but in the end it all worked out. I was surprised that our designer never followed up with us to see how we liked the final product since we never actually saw the fabric on the frame prior to delivery (a rendering with design choices was provided). That was a final big miss, in my opinion.

All American won't do it because they said the warranty is only for the original purchaser, but that is not what Patio Renaissance says (their warranty policy is also on the website). I spoke with Jason from Patio Renaissance who works in their warranty department and he even called All American and spoke with Andy in their warranty department and was told that they won't do it. Yesterday I called to talk to the owner of All American Outdoor Living, but he was not available. I left a voicemail, but he did not return my call. So now I am the owner of an incredibly expensive purple patio dining set.
