I wanted to love this company but the experience was not what I expected. The furniture is beautiful (although not the most comfortable) but the design showroom (both sales and service) proved to be less than expected for such a high end store. Located in Scottsdale Quarter, CC Patio provides custom made outdoor furniture that you design for yourself . . . you choose your piece, the size, frame color, fabric, etc; they claim they will make/modify it however you'd like. While never busy during our numerous visits to ensure we chose the right pieces for our space and settled on a fabric we would continue to love, the showroom staff was not consistently friendly. I often felt as if we were asking too many questions or were taking time away from other tasks they would rather be doing. But perhaps this is because they sell large quantities to commercial businesses (I've seen their furniture at many restaurants around town) which don't require the same personal experience. Some team members (Liesl, Jasmine, Allison) were very friendly, helpful and courteous while others simply seemed aloof. We experienced a few hiccups when arranging for someone to reinforce our covered patio ceiling so we could hang a swing, and we had trouble with response time from someone they recommended to us, but in the end it all worked out. I was surprised that our designer never followed up with us to see how we liked the final product since we never actually saw the fabric on the frame prior to delivery (a rendering with design choices was provided). That was a final big miss, in my opinion. read more

We ordered custom patio furniture for our new home from CC Patio. They worked with us to get it exactly what we wanted from the minute we walked into their showroom. We even got custom covers. We did have a bit of an issue with a couple of them being blown off, but after 1 quick call, they came right back out to rectify the problem. Our new home's backyard looks like a resort! CC Patio designs and manufactures the most beautiful, high-quality custom outdoor furniture in the valley! The quality surpasses RH, Pottery Barn and the like. Hamid, the owner, took the time to customize the furniture for our space, which includes many areas to entertain: a covered patio with a TV, a pool, a view deck with gas fire pit, and patio with a wood-burning fire pit. He first met us at our home, as the backyard landscape was under construction. He listened to what we had in mind, made suggestions and measured our spaces. We then met him at his spacious showroom and discussed the furniture options. We sat on different style sofas and chairs. My husband and I are tall with long legs, so Hamid designed our sofas' seat height a little higher to fit us comfortably. We selected our furniture frame color and Sunbrella fabrics and within a short time, he and his staff gave us a presentation with colored renderings that included measurements, fabric choices and pricing. The products are all made to order by his company. The metal frames are heavy, extremely durable and custom powder coated to withstand the Arizona sun. We chose a Sunbrella fabric with a tight weave so a swipe of a wet cloth removes the dust. The comfortable cushions are attached with sturdy velcro straps, which withstand our canyon's high wind. The tops of our tables are made of Dekton, which is similar to quartz and highly durable, not to mention very beautiful. CC Patio staff delivered and set up our furniture as promised. Hamid's attention to detail and functionality is fabulous. Each of our entertaining areas required unique pieces (sofas, chase lounges, chairs, benches, end tables, drink tables, a dining table with bar stools). Our furniture is coordinated, but not the same in each area. This is something we could not achieve at a retail store. We are extremely happy with our CC Patio furniture and highly recommend them! I had no idea what I was looking for and they helped me to create the most amazing patio. It is true the Art. I'm very creative person myself so I wanted to have something unique, that nobody had and that fits perfect to my space. I have them my requirements, colors, size, style and budget. They gave me free site plan design, blue print and initial estimate, which was totally reasonable. At first they made 3d CAD design of all my future furniture and I picked the colors and fabric that I want. Now they are handcrafting my masterpiece. With the pandemic as our motivation, my husband and I decided to purchase patio furniture so that we could spend quality time with friends and family outdoors. The process started when Hamid visited our home, took measurements, and thoroughly discussed our needs/desires. We realized fading of the Sunbrella fabric on our custom furniture and contacted CC Patio since there was a warranty. They said we needed to contact Sunbrella to discuss the warranty; at our request they agreed to contact them. Sunbrella agreed to replace a portion at no cost and didn't think some of the pieces were faded (which they were but not as bad as some.) Replacing only certain pieces would show a noticeable difference in color between the new cushions and original cushions so we really we had no choice but to replace all. This is a large sectional plus 3 ottomans so we incurred $$$ we were not expecting. We selected a lighter fabric color (we have since been told by CC Patio lighter is a better option to help hide sun discoloration). CC Patio said they did the work for the additional cushions at their cost which was appreciated. read more

We had done some comparative shopping and when we came across CC Patio we were surprised with the quality of craftsmanship for the price.
