We love our new patio and finding the correct pieces for it was important. We made numerous trips to today's patio and found items on their sidewalk sale and followed up with matching items inside. Corey from today's patio was a big help getting it all together and delivered. Will always recommend Today's patio for their quality furniture and helpful staff. Thank you! The Blise Family

I truly cannot thank him enough for his years of support, and I was so sad to see him leave his local role with the nursery. Honestly I haven't found a "new LP" since he left. His dedication, customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond set the bar incredibly high. Those are some pretty big shoes to fill. So, consider this my official posting: I'm taking applications for a "new LP". When we replaced our old Palo Verde, we went with a Desert Willow - which has been extremely happy in its new home. We ended up getting the warranty on this new tree and recently they changed their plans. I still don't know all the ins and outs of it, but I do know they make several visits to ensure your tree is set up for success. The staff are great and can do the work even if you're not home. They'll leave you a "report card" so you know how your tree is doing. Overall the warranty was good, but I'd definitely favor it for plants that have a harder time adapting to the desert. Oh how useful this plan would have been for some of my problematic trees in the past. I do think they should have a "lite" warranty for desert plants as I feel most of them tend to be pretty fool proof on their own and don't necessary NEED check ups. I stop by often to check out what's new in the nursery and love when they run promotions for free fertilizer products with a $49 purchase.

Taking away a star today...probably won't go back…read more I was extremely disappointed with the manager today -- the Harry Potter look-alike. I found his attitude condescending and felt like he was speaking down to us, which is especially disappointing considering we shop at this store almost every week. An employee had been helping us with a woolly butterfly bush that had obviously been there for a while and was growing significantly sideways. We were concerned about whether it would recover. The employee was very helpful, said he thought it probably would, but understood our hesitation and suggested that we ask at the counter if they would consider a small discount. So we did. The manager came out and told us, "I could have sold that for full price yesterday." Okay... then why is it still sitting there today? He went on to say that he would give us the discount only because his employee had told us to ask, but that in his opinion the plant was not discountable. The discount was 15% on a $29.99 plant. That comes to approximately $4.50. Let that sink in. A regular customer who shops in your store almost every week, whose large backyard is filled with plants, flowers, and trees purchased from your business, was made to feel uncomfortable and talked down to over $4.50. The money was never the issue. We were concerned about purchasing a plant that might not make it, and one of your own employees suggested we ask. Instead of simply handling a very minor request graciously, the manager turned it into an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction. Apparently $4.50 was worth risking the goodwill of a longtime customer. I purchased the plants we already had and then left. I continued on to Home Depot and purchased the rest of the flowers I needed there. All over $4.50. Sometimes customer service costs a business far more than the tiny discount they were reluctant to give.

All the managers/employees, especially Manager Jason, are awesome there. Unfortunately they were out of the Midea portable floor AC unit I needed and had to go to the N Hayden location. I had purchased this unit from the Bell Rd Home Depot location on May 29th, 2026, and unfortunately it already died. I filed a claim with Midea, and provided them with all necessary documentation. After several days of review, they sent me a "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) for a direct exchange at Home Depot. I originally went to the Bell Rd Home Depot, but they were sold out of the unit. They were very nice and called the Hayden location, who had the item in stock, and had them set it aside. I drove 25 minutes to the Hayden location and went to customer service with my form and unit. They had the new unit waiting. The customer service employee had never seen the form. I asked her to call a manager, as a manager should be familiar with this form and process. It took her about 20 minutes to locate the manager via phone. When she finally located the manager, Travis, she explained the situation to him. Travis never came to the Customer Service area in person, and on the phone, he just said that he would not exchange it. I told her he is wrong, I have all the documentation and he should at least come look at it because this is pre-approved through Midea and Home Depot. Travis refused to present himself in person, and they sent me packing, refusing to exchange. I hauled my merchandise back out to the parking lot and into my vehicle, and called the Home Depot customer service line. I explained the situation and the customer service representative was awesome and apologized regarding Travis. She asked for the case # and RGA# on my form and placed me on hold. She came back a short time later, apologized, and said go back in the store, that she spoke with Mr Travis, and they would exchange it like they were supposed to. She said I would probably see Travis back at customer service when I went back in. So I went back in, of course no Travis to be found, and they did exchange the unit like they should have. The employees were not overly friendly, but I understand they were following Travis' direction. Travis is a HORRIBLE representative for Home Depot and he represents the worst in customer service and not what Home Depot is known for. My guess would be this isn't their first issue with him. If you do have to shop this store, just hope you don't have to deal with Travis. Travis, at the minimum, you could've done your job. For me, I'll avoid the Hayden location and continue to shop the Tatum/Bell store as they represent everything great that Home Depot is known for!!!

Not only do we go to them during the holidays but rely on them throughout the year when we need additional plants and trees for our backyard. We first started using Whitfill back in the early 2000's when they were on 40th street south of Roeser. We literally lived across the street from their nursery and when they moved to their current spot on Southern we followed! We have decades of photos with our boys standing next to the tree they choose for Christmas and the tradition continues now with our Sphynx cats! They used to have a peacock walking around but unfortunately he is no longer there. They are pet friendly and we are comfortable taking our cats there in the stroller. Not only are their prices and tree selections the best in town but their customer service and knowledge of anything tree related is vast! They know what they are doing and don't try to upsell or get you to buy unnecessary items. They are the real deal!

I shouldn't need to walk all the way back up front to ask -- and I've been giving the wrong information before anyhow. Its important to know what kind of plant you're buying for multiple reasons. The other Whitfill location (off Guadalupe and Cooper) doesn't have this issue. Overall I think the plants are pretty healthy but after having an issue with lack of labeling (on both the kind of plant and pricing), having been given the wrong plant info on a plant, and after having asked if they had Pink Fairy Duster and being sent off in a direction to wander and never find it on my own, I'm really over this location.

The quality surpasses RH, Pottery Barn and the like. Hamid, the owner, took the time to customize the furniture for our space, which includes many areas to entertain: a covered patio with a TV, a pool, a view deck with gas fire pit, and patio with a wood-burning fire pit. He first met us at our home, as the backyard landscape was under construction. He listened to what we had in mind, made suggestions and measured our spaces. We then met him at his spacious showroom and discussed the furniture options. We sat on different style sofas and chairs. My husband and I are tall with long legs, so Hamid designed our sofas' seat height a little higher to fit us comfortably. We selected our furniture frame color and Sunbrella fabrics and within a short time, he and his staff gave us a presentation with colored renderings that included measurements, fabric choices and pricing. The products are all made to order by his company. The metal frames are heavy, extremely durable and custom powder coated to withstand the Arizona sun. We chose a Sunbrella fabric with a tight weave so a swipe of a wet cloth removes the dust. The comfortable cushions are attached with sturdy velcro straps, which withstand our canyon's high wind. The tops of our tables are made of Dekton, which is similar to quartz and highly durable, not to mention very beautiful. CC Patio staff delivered and set up our furniture as promised. Hamid's attention to detail and functionality is fabulous. Each of our entertaining areas required unique pieces (sofas, chase lounges, chairs, benches, end tables, drink tables, a dining table with bar stools). Our furniture is coordinated, but not the same in each area. This is something we could not achieve at a retail store. We are extremely happy with our CC Patio furniture and highly recommend them! Wish I could give them 6 STARS!

Located in Scottsdale Quarter, CC Patio provides custom made outdoor furniture that you design for yourself . . . you choose your piece, the size, frame color, fabric, etc; they claim they will make/modify it however you'd like. While never busy during our numerous visits to ensure we chose the right pieces for our space and settled on a fabric we would continue to love, the showroom staff was not consistently friendly. I often felt as if we were asking too many questions or were taking time away from other tasks they would rather be doing. But perhaps this is because they sell large quantities to commercial businesses (I've seen their furniture at many restaurants around town) which don't require the same personal experience. Some team members (Liesl, Jasmine, Allison) were very friendly, helpful and courteous while others simply seemed aloof. We experienced a few hiccups when arranging for someone to reinforce our covered patio ceiling so we could hang a swing, and we had trouble with response time from someone they recommended to us, but in the end it all worked out. I was surprised that our designer never followed up with us to see how we liked the final product since we never actually saw the fabric on the frame prior to delivery (a rendering with design choices was provided). That was a final big miss, in my opinion.
