We walked in & no one greeted us. We headed to the tile dept. & 3 girls were sitting/standing around talking. Finally we walked up to them & one gal pointed to the hallway for limited sample viewing. We didn't see anything like the piece we brought in. She said "you can Google it". Then, we asked about carpet. She said,"we're a tile store." We asked about viewing some quartz. She pointed and said "you need to check in." Well, there were 2-3 sales people & not one said "hello or we'll be right with you." We left & went around the corner to another store who were happy to help us. Our flooring guy recommended we go find what we wanted as he orders through them. No thank you!!!! I would recommend that you go to this store first if you are shopping for a quartz countertop. We were greeted by Jason, told him what we were looking for and he took us right to it. Amazing. Had a bit of a hiccup but things were ultimately rectified and I'm really happy with the beautiful granite that just got installed in my repaired kitchen. Will enjoy using it once plumbing and electric work are done, but looks great. Glad problems were resolved and definitely recommend this store and company. Concerned I spoke a little too soon since now having significant issues with order. I will just say it straight out.... If you are choosing new granite or other stone for new counters, etc... Go to Arizona Tile! After a "restoration" company destroyed my counters, cabinets and more - I obviously had to replace. I decided to upgrade to granite. I was sent to this company. I looked online at their granite slabs and chose 2 slabs. The day I was to go to look at the slabs (which is strongly suggested), I had car trouble. I let them know and was told if I got it fixed come anyway. I did, and had the pleasure of working with Cynthia. It was close to closing, people were trying to get out. Not Cynthia! She took me back to look at what I had decided on... sort of. The two I wanted were not available. The two picked in the same line, there was just something about them. When people were turning out the lights, Cynthia turned them back on. I looked at my second choice and no, that wasn't it either. While looking, I came across my 3rd choice. Cynthia telling me take my time. I took photos, was going back and forth. We went back to the showroom. She wasn't pushing for a sale - she in fact, told me to take my time. She put it all on hold. She reminded me that this was likely a decision I would live with for a long time. I did that and ended up choosing my 3rd choice! I chose the Lapidis and it is beautiful! So glad that I worked with Cynthia instead of someone who wanted me in and out and maybe a wrong choice. There are so many possibilities, I can't say enough. I honestly don't know if they cut it there or not, but I do know they had a great selection, a knowledgeable sales consultant, and treated me like a person, not a dollar sign. My first review of a 'building supply' category business - woohoo! We went to Arizona Tile over the weekend to select the granite we're going to use in the kitchen and bathroom of our condo. My boyfriend was given the name of this place from our contractor... I guess it's the kind of place that is open to the public but they don't have prices for the public - only for contractors who then quote you their price. Kind of weird, as I'd never been to a place like that before, but I digress... We walked in pretty clueless and walked out with a list of granite names that we liked. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Mike who educated us on the lay of the land (or warehouse in this case). I think we're going with Venetian Gold in the kitchen and Rouge du Roi in the bathrooms (if we can afford those choices). They seemed to have a huge selection and they actually make a fresh copy / map of where everything is located either daily or weekly. We looked around their tile section as well and they have some beautiful tile! I recommend checking out Arizona Tile if you are decorating or even thinking about it. read more

Fun afternoon spent with my friend who was shopping for countertops and flooring for her new home. Staff were all very helpful and knew their stuff. The huge slab of rock countertop material was impressive and was arranged by price. They hand you a map so you can wander around by yourself and try to decide. Here are a couple of pictures of the kitchen backsplash project we just completed using AZ Tile product SL-Cottage Melange, 9/16 X 9/16, and Antique Linen grout. We were VERY pleased by all the various showroom staff that helped us shop for tile, and check many samples out to see how each different product would work in our space. The order desk was also helpful and accurate in completing the order for our installer. November 9, 2019 I went to Arizona Tile today, hoping for information about filling holes in my Travertine floors. It is not an exaggeration to say my experience at Arizona Tile was outstanding. Selection was good, we had an appt and no one was available to help us. One gal was super nice when we entered, but when questioned another gal, she was very rude. Maybe she was overwhelmed. I do want to point out that while we were browsing they were playing heavy metal music over the speakers! It was horrific. I have never replaced or had counters installed before, so this process was a first for me. A friend recently going through a remodel recommended this place. I walked in and Jennifer took me through the showroom to start gathering ideas for what I liked and did not. She was really good at listening to what I was looking for, and helping me narrow down my choices. They also provide samples that you can take home. Side note: if you are specifically looking for slabs and you have small children, find a sitter and do not bring them. Kids under 12 are not allowed in the slab showroom. They do have a small kids area, but it is not supervised and would not work for smaller children. Once we decided on the design we liked, it was time to pick slabs. Jennifer let me know that what we wanted was not in stock in Scottsdale, so we would need to pick them out in Tempe. My husband took that part of the job and placed a deposit on two slabs - which our fabricator went and picked up for cutting and install. If you do not have a fabricator, Arizona Tile has a list that they provide. We had a great experience and something that seemed daunting actually turned out to be straightforward and fairly simple. My wife and I drove in from San Tan Valley, Az. yesterday to choose our granite and tile from Arizona Tile in Tempe. What a surprise from the time we walked in the front door and throughout the course of our time there. Allison Chaya was our Customer Service Rep. and she is a book of knowledge. She walked us through the showroom showing us all the slabs of granite and tile that were of interest to us and explained in detail each slabs origin, there isn't anything she did not know when asked, what an amazing personality. After we chose the granite we liked she had the second slab brought in by the crew driving the fork truck and then introduced us to those people.
