From the initial design consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, creative, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took the time to listen to our vision, offered thoughtful design suggestions, and helped us choose finishes that perfectly fit our home's style. The craftsmanship and quality of the cabinetry are exceptional -- everything looks beautiful and functions flawlessly. Our new bathroom feels like a luxury spa retreat, and the butler's pantry has become one of our favorite spaces in the house thanks to the smart storage solutions and elegant design. The installers were punctual, respectful of our home, and left everything spotless. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process, which made the project stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Classy Closets to anyone looking for quality design, custom cabinetry, and a seamless experience.

I was referred to Classy by someone I know who had her closet remodeled by them. When I looked…read moreonline I saw that they also do kitchens and baths. I submitted an inquiry and was promptly contacted and scheduled with Cabinet Carl as my designer. He came to my house and discussed what I had in mind for my kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Within a week or two I had designs back to me as well as a quote for the scope of work by room and cost of cabinetry for each room. Cabinet Carl and I went back and forth a little about the designs and met at the design center. I ordered the fixtures, sinks, tub, disposal, etc to have everything on site prior to starting. My project was scheduled for 7 weeks. I had a pre construction walk through with Cabinet Carl, Jeff, and Josh. I received a timeline of work and was updated weekly. I had a roof leak right before my project started and Josh assured me it would be fine and they would repair the drywall inside when they did my kitchen. The whole time I was in contact with Josh and Cabinet Carl. My project went great, stayed on schedule, and was completed with such quality in the work. So then I thought I think I want to do more, so I called Closet Carl. He came back to the house and went through all the closets with me and I was interested in building a closet in my office. We also discussed lighting and ceiling fans through the whole house. I had designs quickly again and got on the schedule. Everything went great and was ahead of schedule. The closets and lighting/fans were complete within a couple weeks. The office construction took another week or so. Again, I loved it all. There was just one more house project I have always wanted to do, a fireplace. I didn't know where to start, so I called to talk to Cozy Carl. He said that was also something that Classy does. So once again Cozy Carl and Jeff came over to discuss the scope of work and ideas. The design was drawn up and I got added to the schedule for a 2 week project, managed by Rick, that would finish the week before Christmas. Right before my fireplace project started I got home from a trip and had a toilet leak in one of my brand new bathrooms (the toilet was NOT installed by Classy). I emailed Clean Up Carl at 9pm and he had someone at my house at 9am the next morning. Unfortunately the leak had ruined my vanity base, so the vanity had to come out. It also ruined my flooring, so that had to be removed. They opened up the walls just to make sure there wasn't a leak anywhere else (it was a lot of water) and left the walls open for a week. Not only was my fireplace finished on schedule, but the bathroom was also put completely back together in the same timeframe. I hosted Christmas Eve the next week for 30 people and everything was all back in order. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Classy Companies. I only got ONE QUOTE for my house. Right away I knew that they were competent, they demonstrated great communication, and that I could trust them to complete the projects without me having to be constantly present. So often I feel like I pay a premium for the kind of service that I seek, but in this case I feel like their pricing was not inflated for the service I received and the people I was working with actually CARE. I always thought that doing a remodel would be a painful process, I would lose sleep over it, I'd be upset about things, or I'd be trying to hunt down contractors who weren't showing up. The process with Classy was not stressful at all. The whole process went smooth and was pleasant. It was worth every penny to be able to carry on with my own life and career and trust that everything was going well at home. I have referred several others who had quotes from other companies and Classy's quote was the best quote for each person I referred. (Cabinet, Closet, Cozy, Clean Up) Carl is the BEST! He is great at looking at the design of a space while keeping in mind the functionality, cost, and any specifics to the install so that it all comes together nicely. Jeff, Josh, and Rick were exceptional project managers. Much of the time I wasn't home, but I did get to know Rene, Carlos, Jamie, and Parks as well. Everyone was so nice, considerate, and careful in my space. I love everything in my home now, thank you all so much!

Standing at the front, the layout of the store felt really open. As we continued to walk around and browse, another staff member greeted us, asked if we were looking for anything in particular, and told us where we could find the clearance section because there were some good items on sale. They did have some cute kitchen items on sale, leftover from Easter and Mother's Day. Separately, I saw a whole section of items with a beautiful orchid design. I ended up getting a large kitchen linen with the orchids on it as a gift. Everything in the store always looks high quality, and I love shopping there!

Extremely Disappointing Experience. Not Worth the Money…read more I genuinely cannot express how disappointed I was with this experience. My boyfriend and I had been looking forward to this pasta-making class for a very long time. We intentionally chose this activity for our date night because cooking and making pasta together is something meaningful to both of us. We were excited to spend quality time together, learn something new, and create a special memory. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a romantic and enjoyable evening turned into an incredibly frustrating and underwhelming experience. To begin with, we arrived under the impression that we would be making our own pasta together as a couple. Instead, we were placed at a table with four participants. While that wasn't necessarily a dealbreaker, I do believe this should have been communicated more clearly when booking. My biggest issue began when I realized that one of the participants in our group was a young child. I was under the impression that this was an adult-oriented cooking experience, especially considering the use of knives, hot surfaces, and other kitchen equipment. Had I known children would be participating in our group, I would have reconsidered booking. Naturally, we wanted everyone to feel included, so the child participated in kneading and preparing our shared pasta dough. However, this significantly affected the outcome of our meal. The dough was not properly kneaded or prepared, making it extremely difficult to work with, and the final pasta was unpleasant and tasted undercooked. I certainly don't blame the child for this. My frustration is with the structure of the class. When paying for a hands-on culinary experience, I expect proper instruction, supervision, and the opportunity to prepare my own food correctly, rather than having the outcome of my meal depend on the abilities of strangers. Unfortunately, the instruction itself was just as disappointing. The chef appeared visibly overwhelmed and stressed throughout the class. Rather than providing clear, step-by-step guidance, she seemed to be rushing through the cooking process herself while the rest of us struggled to follow along. There was very little direction, organization, or individual attention. At times, it felt as though we were expected to figure everything out ourselves. The atmosphere at our table also made the experience uncomfortable. The individuals we were paired with brought an energy that was far from welcoming or enjoyable, and it completely took away from what was supposed to be an intimate and memorable date night. I understand that group classes involve interacting with others, but when participants are required to share ingredients, preparation, and ultimately a meal, the group dynamic has a tremendous impact on the experience. Another major disappointment was discovering, only after preparing an extremely large meal, that we were not permitted to take our leftovers home. This policy was never clearly communicated to us beforehand. I personally have strong beliefs about avoiding food waste, and the idea of preparing such a large amount of food only to be told we couldn't take the remainder home was incredibly upsetting. At a high-end restaurant, I can pay for a meal and take my leftovers home without an issue. Why should a cooking class, where I am paying for the ingredients, instruction, and experience of preparing the food myself, be any different? If there are legitimate reasons for this policy, they should be disclosed before customers book. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I had genuinely considered purchasing additional classes as gifts. I was planning to surprise my in-laws with a pasta-making experience for their anniversary and purchase another class for a friend and her husband for her birthday. After this experience, I absolutely will not be doing that. For the price being charged, I expected a much higher level of organization, professionalism, communication, and overall quality. Instead, we received an unstructured class, inadequate instruction, an uncomfortable group setting, disappointing food, and unexpected restrictions that should have been disclosed upfront. I don't mind paying a premium for a beautiful experience, but there needs to be value behind that price tag. What should have been a special date night became an evening of frustration and disappointment. I left feeling that we had wasted not only our money but also an opportunity to create a meaningful memory together. I would not recommend this experience, especially to couples looking for a romantic, hands-on cooking class. If you're expecting to prepare your own meal, receive proper instruction, and enjoy a thoughtfully organized culinary experience, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I first visited the showroom to buy appliances...not one person would help us. We ended up leaving and buying $23k worth of appliances at another nearby retailer that same day. When it came time for plumbing fixtures...2 bathtubs, faucets for entire home and 3 shower systems, we visited again. We walked through on two separate occasions for ideas. Each time, there was one female employee sitting at her desk - not engaging with anyone else, not on her computer...just sitting there. She didn't acknowledge us and stared right through us when we started to approach her. Perhaps I'm just a glutton for punishment, but we visited again this week to purchase all of our plumbing fixtures but left with nothing. Why? Because we couldn't find anybody willing to assist us. Not even the receptionist acknowledged us when we walked in. My husband finally approached the receptionist and said we needed sales assistance. She said she would put out a message to the team but wasn't sure anyone would answer it. After walking around the store for another 10 to 15 minutes, we left...forever. I'm not sure if employees simply aren't required to offer customer service, or if they screen potential customers based on attire -- we visited multiple times during the blazing hot summer in shorts and t-shirts. Either way, it's bad business, and we won't be back.

Theresa has very good ideas, but even more importantly, she listened to what we wanted and made it happen. I have been less than decisive throughout the remodel process, but Theresa was very patient with me and the changes I requested. Where Affinity really shines is in their installation and follow up. Our installation was pushed back a little from original date, but that was okay as we still had other work going on in the house. The men installing the cabinets did an excellent job ( I did not realize how excellent until I used a different cabinet company for my laundry and master bath). There were some stain intensity variations on some of the cabinet fronts. Affinity sends out an inspector after each install. The inspector ordered several new cabinet faces to replace ones which he felt were not acceptable. The current faces stayed on until the new ones came in. Unfortunately, there were still some light/dark issues. The inspector ordered all new faces on one side of kitchen to make sure they all matched. I did not have to ask for anything; HE felt the cabinets were not acceptable. When replacement fronts came in, the installer replaced the fronts and adjusted the hinges. We love our new cabinets. They were expensive, but you are paying for the service, both in design and installation. I saved money by using a different company for my laundry and master bath, and the quality of those cabinets is very good, but the difference in professionalism and installation was night and day compared to other company
