I was referred to Classy by someone I know who had her closet remodeled by them. When I looked online I saw that they also do kitchens and baths. I submitted an inquiry and was promptly contacted and scheduled with Cabinet Carl as my designer. He came to my house and discussed what I had in mind for my kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Within a week or two I had designs back to me as well as a quote for the scope of work by room and cost of cabinetry for each room. Cabinet Carl and I went back and forth a little about the designs and met at the design center. I ordered the fixtures, sinks, tub, disposal, etc to have everything on site prior to starting. My project was scheduled for 7 weeks. I had a pre construction walk through with Cabinet Carl, Jeff, and Josh. I received a timeline of work and was updated weekly. I had a roof leak right before my project started and Josh assured me it would be fine and they would repair the drywall inside when they did my kitchen. The whole time I was in contact with Josh and Cabinet Carl. My project went great, stayed on schedule, and was completed with such quality in the work. So then I thought I think I want to do more, so I called Closet Carl. He came back to the house and went through all the closets with me and I was interested in building a closet in my office. We also discussed lighting and ceiling fans through the whole house. I had designs quickly again and got on the schedule. Everything went great and was ahead of schedule. The closets and lighting/fans were complete within a couple weeks. The office construction took another week or so. Again, I loved it all. There was just one more house project I have always wanted to do, a fireplace. I didn't know where to start, so I called to talk to Cozy Carl. He said that was also something that Classy does. So once again Cozy Carl and Jeff came over to discuss the scope of work and ideas. The design was drawn up and I got added to the schedule for a 2 week project, managed by Rick, that would finish the week before Christmas. Right before my fireplace project started I got home from a trip and had a toilet leak in one of my brand new bathrooms (the toilet was NOT installed by Classy). I emailed Clean Up Carl at 9pm and he had someone at my house at 9am the next morning. Unfortunately the leak had ruined my vanity base, so the vanity had to come out. It also ruined my flooring, so that had to be removed. They opened up the walls just to make sure there wasn't a leak anywhere else (it was a lot of water) and left the walls open for a week. Not only was my fireplace finished on schedule, but the bathroom was also put completely back together in the same timeframe. I hosted Christmas Eve the next week for 30 people and everything was all back in order. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Classy Companies. I only got ONE QUOTE for my house. Right away I knew that they were competent, they demonstrated great communication, and that I could trust them to complete the projects without me having to be constantly present. So often I feel like I pay a premium for the kind of service that I seek, but in this case I feel like their pricing was not inflated for the service I received and the people I was working with actually CARE. I always thought that doing a remodel would be a painful process, I would lose sleep over it, I'd be upset about things, or I'd be trying to hunt down contractors who weren't showing up. The process with Classy was not stressful at all. The whole process went smooth and was pleasant. It was worth every penny to be able to carry on with my own life and career and trust that everything was going well at home. I have referred several others who had quotes from other companies and Classy's quote was the best quote for each person I referred. (Cabinet, Closet, Cozy, Clean Up) Carl is the BEST! He is great at looking at the design of a space while keeping in mind the functionality, cost, and any specifics to the install so that it all comes together nicely. Jeff, Josh, and Rick were exceptional project managers. Much of the time I wasn't home, but I did get to know Rene, Carlos, Jamie, and Parks as well. We recently remodeled our master bath with Sarah Owens and Classy Kitchen & Bath. We are thrilled with the outcome! Sarah is a real pro, helping us refine our choices to create a show-stopping space that is bright, beautiful, and makes me happy every time I walk into it. I sent an email requesting an appointment to get an estimate for replacing two bathroom vanities and was called within a day to get it scheduled. A day later the woman who was to come out and give the estimate called and said the scheduler double booked her and she needed to reschedule. No problem. Then a couple days before our rescheduled time the woman calls and leaves a message that she cannot come due to a family issue and wants to reschedule to the next week. It did not feel right and I didn't call back to reschedule. I have not heard back from her. You have to know when to move on, and I have a feeling the work would have had issues that I was not willing to deal with. This was with the store on 59th Ave. & Bell. read more

We started with Classy Kitchen and Bath for a closet and pantry remodel but ended to using them to remodel our kitchen as well. The closet and pantry came out exactly as we hoped but I was still hesitant about the kitchen. However we took a leap of faith based on how pleased we were with the first part of the project. I so happy we did. We worked with Diana for the kitchen design and installation. She was amazing. She was able to understand my vision for our historic kitchen and made it come to life in a way that I'm so beyond happy with. Our kitchen feels new but also like it has been there forever. There were a few minor issues (aren't there always with a major remodel?) but Diana was there every step of the way sometimes noticing things before we did. They were always corrected quickly. Diana even made sure that our newly remodeled pantry got the finishing touches to make it tie seamlessly into our new kitchen. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely recommend them and Diana specifically for a remodel project. read more

Updated review - I'm torn. We have done two orders with Classy Closets in the past year. The first order went smoothly which is why we went back for part two. Second time around was not smooth (as you can read below) but now that everything is installed I keep looking at my new counters and they are gorgeous. Classy Closets does do high quality work and will make sure everything fits perfectly. This is very important in the long run for your investment. I really wish it hadn't been such a rough path to get there. . . . Original review - Poor communication and irresponsible staff! My husband took off time during the work day to be home for our countertop installation. Crew shows up very late (and never called prior as promised) and it turns out the paperwork was put in wrong, so the wrong counter tops were delivered. Now we have no counters for a week until the correct slab is cut. Husband misses work a second time for new delivery and is home for delivery window given. No one shows up AND no one calls! Turns out the delivery guys showed up 3 hours earlier but no one was home (we were both at work) because it wasn't our delivery window time! Nobody called to say they tried to deliver so my husband missing work for a second time is INEXCUSABLE! Delivery guys should have contacted the office who then should have called us. More days without counters for us! These simple things never should have happened. Poor communication and a poorly managed store. It's a shame. The staff is very polite and friendly but the follow-through is ridiculous. Not how you run a business. read more

I had a representative come out to evaluate my kitchen and take measurements in order to provide a quote. He brought his contractor with him because we had some structural remodeling to do. Both seemed very uninterested in the job. The kitchen has some odd angles so it makes it hard to envision a design, which is basically the answer I received. The contractor said burn it down and start over. This is not the response I was expecting. They left saying they would be in touch. After a week and no response I called and left a message. I still haven't received a call back. I guess they really didn't want to do it after all. They could have at least been honest about it. Really bad service! read more

We had two projects done by Classy. There name says it all. They installed new cabinets and refinished cabinets in the living room. They installed new cabinets and counter top in the master bathroom. They were very professional about the initial meeting, measurements, understanding of what was wanted, errorless installation and good follow-up to be sure everything was acceptable. They added things to make the project work better and communicated on any adjustments that would help. All the people we dealt with were professional and easy to work with. We thought their prices were reasonable and quite competitive for the quality we got. read more

After getting 3 different bids on remodeling our 1965 kitchen, we choose Classy Kitchen and Bath. Carl was very patient with me as I was on a long term jury duty service and after about 3 months, we finally were able to nail down a date for the remodel to occur. We visited the showroom in Scottsdale, as it was closer, and chose the counter top and cabinet doors that best fit our needs. Carl suggested a beautifully complimenting drawer and door handles that really brought the the pieces together. The installation crew were prompt, courteous and professional, even when I made minor change requests to panels that would be more visible and I felt worked better in other areas. My husband worked commercial construction and was very clear that the cabinets and the island needed to be square and parallel. The crew installed the items as we directed.
