Lots of options for your remodeling job. Looks like they only go by appointment, but the receptionist was able to help us since we knew what we wanted. Worked out pretty good. The reason for the 4 stars is because we tried to order before and they canceled part of our order due to a partial back order. We refused the part and then theybtried to charge a restock fee, and a return shipping fee. We called them and said that wasn't right and their customer service agent agreed. If I were the owner of this business I would be absolutely furious. We walked around the showroom for at least 20 minutes past numerous employees on their laptops or eating at their desks. Not one person acknowledged we were actually there. Finally we approached an employee and requested some assistance as we knew exactly what we needed for a large bathroom remodel. We were told that nobody was available to take our order and we had to schedule an appointment to do so. Why do I need to make an appointment to spend my money? Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time. There are many other places that provide better quality service. This seems to be an all too familiar problem with this business if you take the time to read previous reviews over numerous years. There is the same response from an employee named Molly that apologises for the consistent terrible customer experience over and over. I'm not the first and no doubt won't be the last customer to point out how poor their service is. Simply ridiculous. Put a sign on the door that says Appointment Only to avoid any confusion. Terrible! Their customer service is the worse. Too many other places to choose that are far better. Also, their installation teams are horrible. They installed our Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Freezer incorrectly. Oh and it gets even worse. They installed our $4000 Bosch stacked washer and dryer and it toppled over on its first use. Totally crashed to the floor. Someone could've gotten really hurt. The installation manager then has the audacity to tell my wife and I we are no longer wanted as customers. They did refund us for some of the installation costs. The only appliance they installed correctly was our Dakor oven and microwave. Avoid! read more

Ferguson's is located in an industrial park off Raintree. It is a beautiful showroom at Ferguson's. This place was recommended for their selection of Koehler products which is what we have at home. My hubby had visited the other day and wanted me to see a faucet set before purchasing. They had a matching faucet to our other sink. We waited a few moments for the staff who had helped him the other day. I was able to view the set on the computer and in person. It was nice looking. We put in our order. Staff told us it would be delivered by UPS to our home next week. Great! Shared parking and free WiFi. read more

Don't waste your time. After your initial meeting that goes well, getting any response from your consultant is a joke. Mine ordered the wrong fan size, tried blaming it on me when she's the one who recommended the increase in size. I have been trying to work with them to return this fan since also a lemon and makes lots of sounds. I have been spending over a month trying to get my consultant to respond to make the situation right and I've even left a voicemail for the manager with no response from either. in order to get a response you actually have to physically show up in person and they act surprised when you do. I would go somewhere else where they appreciate your business and can actually show you what customer service looks like. read more

As an interior designer firm, we constantly try to find a great rep that will help us quickly source all of our fixtures for our client's remodels. We found the best rep, Chelsea Benevento in the North Scottsdale showroom. We love the flexibility and quick replies that she gives us. She will check our orders to make sure our diverter and rough-ins selections are correct when we have a unique configuration. Plus they are great at returns if we and the plumber both purchased the same thing...like the tub assembly. Even the guys who work at the pick-up warehouse are so so good. Rude. Unhelpful. ZERO customer service. Visited two separate times in a six week period and not a single employee spoke to either myself or my husband on either visit. When I attempted to speak with a manager, a sales person told me it was my fault I didn't get help because I didn't have an appointment nor did I check in with the front desk, which wasn't staffed when I arrived. I greatly appreciate the vast selection of products they have to look at in the store: water fixtures, toilets, tubs, sinks, etc. Regarding previous complaints on the pricing: I did not find most things were overpriced, but rather they run the entire gamut of quality and expense. Having said that, they do offer more higher-end items than what you would find at a Home Depot, which I believe it their idea and concept. For the fixtures specifically, the pricing was reasonable. I would agree that the sales reps really don't appear to be happy to help the customer unless they are ready to check out. Suggestions for improvement to take them to 4 or 5 stars: Other than offering better social interactions with the sales staff, they should should offer iPads for to customers to be able see the other options available for each collection and options for finish, rather than making customers wait to speak with a customer rep or asking them to look on their phones since the product numbers don't always match up. Or offer a bar code scan feature on their website to use with your phone or a bar code scanner that a customer could use. read more

I am beyond frustrated with this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought a hood for above my cooktop and spent over 12k with this store and they charged me $1057.00 to install, which is an insane amount, but paid it. They came to do a walk-through (That I also paid for) and the guys didn't know what they were doing or what they were looking at, they left and said everything would be good for the install. A week passed and they came to install and couldn't do it because they also didn't know what they were doing (They told me they NEVER have installed this hood). The store refuses to give me my money back for this horrible non-install and I had to pay my contractor to do the job. I cant stress enough how terribly they handled this. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

We purchased quite a few appliances through Ferguson and were always more than satisfied, in particular when dealing with Paige Snodgrass, who always gave great advice. Unfortunately, we had a not so good experience with a different consultant (Paige was not available for some time), who helped us with our most recent purchase of a Miele washer and dryer. The items were in stock and the delivery would occur within a week, we were told. It took 4 weeks instead. In addition to the machines and the delivery, we were charged for a 230 V electrical cable and a vent kit. Both items are not needed, because the dryer runs on 120V and is ventless; the items were not even delivered. I asked for reimbursement on June 5 but did not get a response of any kind. After a reminder I sent on July 11, I was asked to call and provide the credit card number. I did so on June 12. It turned out to be a problem that the credit card number had changed and the reimbursement apparently was not possible on the new credit card number. The consultant promised to find a way to get the reimbursement done and also to provide us with an itemized invoice, which I asked for at each contact, but never received. Eventually I wrote a letter to Ferguson on July 20, which remained unanswered until today. Things can go wrong. The difference between a good and a not so good merchant is, how they deal with a problem. Very soon after I had posted my review, I was contacted and everything was solved to my complete satisfaction. Thank you. Unfortunate that it needed a complaint through Yelp. I have been ordering plumbing supplies fron build.com online, owned by Ferguson, and received many large items in 5-7 days, but have waited for delivery of a bathtub for 2.5 weeks, when the expected delivery was 1 week. Very disappointing experience. I drove from Scottsdale to look at lighting and other fixtures, as I am updating my home. I have tried to call multiple times but no one answers. This makes it difficult to schedule an appointment. I arrived at the lighting gallery. I am disabled, making waking difficult, and went to the door to see a sign that instructed to check in "across the street." I walked across the parking lot to the door of another gallery, where another sign read to check in at the other door. I walked around the building and spoke with a woman at the front counter. She said I could look at lighting, back across the parking lot. I explained that their system makes it difficult for the disabled to shop. Her response was not appropriate , so I asked to speak to a manager. She walked to the back of the store and returned laughing. I don't need to shop in a store with a staff who appears inconsiderate. I left and will shop elsewhere. read more

Ordered a faucet for a powder room remodel. Got a call saying the unit was ready for pickup, so drove to Hayden Rd to pickup. Got there at 4:01PM, store closed at 4PM, so I missed out. Went back next morning, and they couldn't find my order. Called the showroom, rummaged in the back and finally produced the box, with my name on it. Great! Took faucet home and realized there were missing parts. Called showroom, who said I needed another kit, which they would order. Picked that box up a week later. Was about to drive away, when I mentally pieced the faucet together in my head. The kit of parts was still missing the valves, which turn on or off the water flow. Walked back in and was told by the deck guy that I needed a "rough-in" kit. He ordered that, I picked up a few days later, so now had 3 boxes of stuff. Hired a plumber to come back to install this, as I was traveling for work. He messed about with all the parts for 2-hours, then announced that he didn't have what he needed and suggested I just return the bag of bits and go to another place (he recommended R&R by Westworld). I total agree with other comments here. Showroom people are snotty and ignore you. Worse than that, they don't know what they're talking about and cause multiple trips back and forth to try to solve the puzzle they created. If I didn't know better I would think they were having a laugh or bet to see how many times they could get me to chase them - like the car sales guys who bet they can get someone to climb into the trunk of a car. Never again, which is a pity since we have 4 other bathrooms to remodel next year. Oh well read more

Madi is wonderful! We are doing a large remodeling project and needed lots of help with kitchen and bathroom fixtures and with her help and expertise it was done with ease. We loved that she'd give her honest opinion and would direct us to select items that were more in the style of our home instead of what's on trend. When we'd go down a bunny trail she'd bring us back and let us know that what we thought we wanted really wasn't going to complement the rest of our homes style. It's impressive how quickly items get shipped out, of course things are on back order but Madi is keeping track of all that and we allowed for that in our timing. Absolutely the worst appliance store ! We spent over $50K on a remodel with them and multiple items were not ordered in a timely fashion delaying our project, or arrived broken. Our $11K Thermador has been in place for 2 months and we have yet been able to use it at all! The range has never worked, we have had Thermador our 3 times and they can not repair it or get it to work either. The Thermador repair team has authorized replacement and Ferguson has done nothing to help!! They have our money and Chelsea and Michelle have done zero to help us. We are 4 days away from Christmas and we were unable to use the range for Thanksgiving and it looks like Christmas as well. They are a large chain with no resemblance of leadership or customer service. Once you pay them, you are now at their mercy!!! read more

It just goes to show that when you work with people that love their job and know what they're doing it makes all the difference. It was my first time picking fixtures/toilets etc. for our new home and the options seemed endless and I didn't know what "my style" was. However with a little guidance, a lot of patience (on her part) and some really great questions to get the creative juices flowing we were able hone in on what I was after. Ferguson is a nice showroom to visit but if you decide to purchase please be aware that there will be little to no support should you encounter any issues with their "Factory Certified Installers." Or any issues for that matter. We love our Sub Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. In the future we will view the products at the Sub Zero Wolf Showroom and purchase from a dealer other than Ferguson. read more

Veronica was recommended to us by a friend. She provided great service and information. This is a busy place especially during this Covid time when numbers of clients and appointments were limited. Nevertheless we were always able to get in on time, and get responses on time. When Veronica was not available on the phone, support staff was and they were knowledgeable about our account. I have to also praise the installation staff that was sent out in advance to measure our kitchen (we were installing new appliances without a complete kitchen remodel and without a contractor). They were superb and meticulous, as they reported to us exactly what types of adjustments we would have to make to our cabinets for our new Bosch appliances. The same fellows came to install the appliances, really terrific intelligent service! We are extremely pleased with the Bosh refrigerator, oven, cook top and hood and especially the speed oven. Michelle Lee is a wonder! When I didn't receive an email receipt for my phone order, I called and Michelle looked up my order. She emailed me my receipt, realized I had ordered a toilet without a seat and ordered one for me. She also informed me when the toilet was scheduled to arrive at their showroom. Once the toilet arrived at their location, she double checked that there was no damage before it was delivered to me in Sedona. Then she emailed me with the delivery date. It was amazing service!
