Beautiful showroom with everything you could need for remodeling your home. They even have outdoor materials to cover your landscaping needs! It's currently going through some construction, but the secondary door they've moved entry through is well signed and easy to navigate to from the parking lot. It truly is a one stop shop for customers wanting some place easy for picking materials. I have noticed that a few direct sales customers (meaning they were window shopping without a contractor) didn't like having to sign in. This is there for the contractors to help let us know when you stop in and what you liked. It may be bothersome, but it helps everyone in the long run. Same for their displeasure when trying to purchase items. It may be a little more work than simply shopping at a home depot or lowe's, but the variety of selections you get here is so worth just a little extra time for that access. read more

They have a huge warehouse full of so many different materials, it's incredible. They make sure you follow all safety procedures while viewing the slabs in the warehouse. Everyone must wear sanitized hard hat. Very good of them to do this. We felt safe in the warehouse, as many other safety precautions are in place. I really had a good second experience here with Laura P on 2/16/24. She took her time to help us look at a few different slabs, where we picked one that was a bit more expensive that we loved. I would totally recommend MSI after my second experience. First experience felt rushed, and we didn't get to view other slabs the way we asked for. read more

We had such a great experience working with Chris at MSI! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and educational throughout our visit to the showroom. My daughter and I were choosing materials for our home renovation, and Chris took the time to walk us through all of our options -- explaining the pros and cons of each, offering thoughtful suggestions, and helping us narrow things down with samples and design tips. What can I say!? We are so happy with the stone and service we received at MSI! We live in Topanaga, CA and decided to make the 6 hour road trip to see in person our (4) slabs. When we got there we were met by our local contact Rep Valeria Duarte of the Phoenix area office. Her 5 years of experience really showed. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We absolutely fell in love with the Brazilian Stone-wood slaps we were eyeing. Valeria working with our LA area / Sunland Rep David Barrera (another "can do" MSI stone master!) and our designer/fabricator made the whole experience the best we've encountered throughout our home remodel process. It stains, it smears, it streaks, it chips and it scratches with just using a paper napkin and placemat across it. Never even my life have I've seen such a horrible,e product that we paid over $10k for. Buyer beware, this stuff is made very, very cheap. We will never, ever use this awful stuff again. read more

After reading the reviews i was quite hesitant to travel there, but I am glad i did. It is different. You have to fill out information at a kiosk. They then allowed me to look around till one of their employees was able to help me. Sure enough few minutes later i had my own employee showing me the correct tiles for bathroom haha, i was looking in the wrong section at first. It was actually quite easy for me, except It took a little time to find the right serial# for the tile i wanted do to their remodeling. I am doing this through a contractor who has worked with them so they were able to email everything i wanted straight to them was a real plus. read more

The person who helped us look at the various quartz slabs for new kitchen countertops was named April, and she was excellent! Helpful, polite, and enthusiastic, I give Five Stars to her. Three stars for the warehouse itself. This is because the lighting is so poor, especially in the warehouse, that you have no idea what the slabs will look like in your home. While they provide samples to take home, the fact is, you still have to pick out quartz that you like, and that is almost impossible. Plus, they keep plastic film over the slabs, which is understandable given their value, BUT again, it dulls the slab and makes finding the right choice almost impossible. Again, if you can't see the slab, you can't ask for the right samples to take home. Get better lighting!!! Four stars is the average of the two. read more

Our sink leaked resulting in extensive demolition and repair. We were sent here by our project manager to pick out a granite countertop and flooring for the renovation. When we arrived, we were asked to check in by entering information into a computer at the reception desk while 4 staff were standing around talking with each other. We were told afterwards to go to the warehouse to find the granite we wanted. No help at all from the staff. We entered this huge warehouse with an overwhelming selection of granite. When we found our choice we stopped an employee and asked where we could find floor porcelain tile samples to compare with the granite choice, she said after leaving us briefly; upon return said we don't have floor porcelain floor tile samples. However, she directed us to their website where we could find pictures of granite countertops and ceramic flooring. It was 3 hours of wasted time including travel to and from Maricopa. Pictures on line were not the best compared to being able to see an actual sample. We chose the granite from MSI but the flooring we chose was no longer available and way out of our price range. We purchased tile we hoped would complement the granite and we were pleased to see that the final appearance is perfect. This business is obviously not the best for the average consumer, it's best suited for contractors read more

April Fletcher with MSI is an amazing representative for this company and I highly recommend her and this company if you are looking for and type of countertop slabs or tile. I had for weeks attempted to find slabs and fabricators for our new outdoor kitchen and received zero customer service that made the entire process very frustrating. We eventually went with Home Depot to help with the design and colors, but still attempted to find the slabs in Tucson. I finally decided to make the trip to Phoenix after having far more success simply on their website for color selections. The moment I walked in it was professional, friendly and I received excellent customer service. Thank you, April, for being so helpful and providing excellent customer service to finally find the slabs I needed. I will certainly refer my friends and family to you and MSI. read more

It feels like the hens are running the henhouse here. We had an emergency, and needed to replace slabs that were broken upon arrival (from a different resource). Our fabricator found slabs at this location and we rushed over to take a look at them for approval and purchase. We were told that they would not hold the doors open and that they will lock up at 4 PM. I understand that people want to finish their workday. I also own a business and I know that for my business, I would never turn away someone that was a customer. We arrived in time, and were able to get in before they closed. We then proceeded to wait like 30 minutes as people mulled about seemingly doing a whole lot of nothing. No one was in a rush to leave. We called ahead, told them what slabs we needed to see, but they had done nothing to prepare and stated they we're not willing to until we arrived. After approximately a 30 minute wait we were escorted back and the slab was so filthy we could not even see the color. The person who helped us was pleasant, and had to clean the slab three times before we could even see the color. Purchased or two slabs and left. Then there were delays in receiving the slabs as they said they would ship be delivered the next day but did not deliver them. And our fabricator said they would pick them up. They put them on the truck anyway even though they had been informed of this, and it took two days to get the slabs. They also require that you check in on your mobile phone upon arrival. They take your email address and automatically put you on a DAILY email list. Every day since I have gone there, I've gotten an email, of course I unsubscribed. It bothers me that this was done without permission, I find it unprofessional. read more

Upon arrival all the receptionist wanted was for myself and other customers to "register." Everything was, "You need to register." Really? That's the priority? After "registering" I asked is someone was now going to assist me. The answer was no. Go look at the stone samples, then go out and pick your slab and if you want you can pay for it. My words but paraphrased from what your receptionist told me. I had measurements, I needed assistance in determining if I needed one "slab" or two "slabs." Plus other questions. The only interest was that I needed to "register." After that I was on my own. I turned around and walked out. And, I won't be back plus I shared this experience with my contractor who is a big customer for MSI. The culture here is amazing. Especially on Saturday mornings when customers come in and are greeted by the customer service team to make selections and look at samples. We've been there twice and had great experiences. Last Saturday we came in and had a wonderful experience with Genesis who is great and helped us determine what we need and provide samples. Our installer recommended MSI and he is buying the LVP flooring today. read more

Horrible service there are no sales people on the floor so you have to rely on the lazy desk help, which was no help. Wanted a sample of the stacked stone.. The sample already on the counter someone left behind was oozing green adhesive and that was the one she wanted us to take home. Could not be bothered to go to the back to see if there was a sample that didn't look morbidly put together. So I must assume all the pieces could look like that since she said I can't guarantee that the others won't have that.. rather than checking for us, just continues to work on the compute. Nice showroom and warehouse with large selection of quartz and other countertop surface choices with many large slabs so you could get a feel for what a full countertop would look like. Staff was helpful, but not designers. Having to register on a QR when you walked in was a little weird, but I assume it's because they only sell to fabricators/contractors not the consumer. This was the only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5. They do allow 5 samples to take with you which was nice. read more
