We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. The actual tile is significantly darker and much more taupe. Because of that difference, the grout color I selected looked completely wrong once installed, and I now have to spend an additional $1,200 to have the grout professionally stained. I contacted Floor & Decor and provided comparison photos, receipts, and documentation. Instead of offering any meaningful resolution, they repeatedly focused on manufacturing tolerances, batch variation, and the fact that the tile was installed. My complaint was never that the tile was defective. It was that their own product photography did not reasonably represent the color of the product. They eventually acknowledged that they understood the issue was the online images, but still denied any assistance and said their decision was final. No reimbursement, store credit, or goodwill adjustment was offered. I understand that screens and lighting can affect color slightly, but this was not a subtle difference. Customers should not assume the product photos on their website are an accurate representation of the actual color.

In less than a month after installation we found numerous fractures in the tile and notified the installer. Due to the amount of tiles that were affected we also notified the manager of the tile shop. The Tile Shop did a review and decided that the issue was due to the underlayment that the installer used. I inform them that we were also finding scratches on the tile and felt that there was something faulty with the tile. The installer claimed that he had never had any issues with any other tiles that he has installed except the ones we had. Ultimately, as the consumer we were caught in the middle with no resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome of our project. We did not want to try to do repairs as we were not confident that we would not have even more issues is the problem involves areas all over our home.

They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. My wife and I had decided to replace our original white tile flooring and faux wood flooring with porcelain tile that looked like wood. We went to the Home and Garden show and selected 3 vendors to give us estimates. After visits from 3 sales reps we felt confident that Bolder Image Floors would get our business. The sales rep, Jeff, convinced us that his firm was extremely reputable and would provide the highest quality materials and workmanship. Besides being a good salesperson Jeff was a very cordial and friendly person, he told us stories of his family and life back in Europe and the struggles he and his siblings had in coming to America. He was also able to get the job started within a few days, this was unlike the other two vendors that said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the tile in, BI had our patter in stock. One day one they had all 1250 square feet of old flooring up and in a trash bin, over the next 5 days they meticulously laid our new porcelain floors in the most expert way. They removed all of the furnishings, installed the flooring, cleaned up beyond our expectations, and then professionally replaced all of the furnishings to our liking (many pieces were place in "new" places but they did not complain, they did as we wished). We are so proud and happy with our new floors, my wife is reluctant to put down some of the carpeting we had in the living room, she loves the new floors so much that she doesn't want to cover them. We were referred to Bolder Image Floors by friends who had purchased their tile from Bolder Image. We had been looking for a while an had not found the right tile. Within five minutes of walking into their showroom we found the right tile, We were very happy with their service and decided to have them reface our fireplace as well. I am a realtor and since then have referred Bolder Image to several of my clients who have all been very satisfied. Jeff gives great service and his brother, who oversees the installation is a perfectionist. One of my clients had another large flooring company come to their house and give them an estimate of $30,000. I told them that was way too much and sent them to sssee Jeff. They ended up paying just a little over $8000. to have their whole home done. I had another client who needed carpet in a hurry. I called Jeff on Saturday morning. He had the installer out to the house Saturday afternoon with samples and had the carpet installed on Sunday. Great service. read more

When I mentioned cheaper prices at another store, they helped get me and even better deal with grout and thinset too. We do full renovations and found Boulder Image Flooring about 2012 or 2013. Since then we have purchased our tile from them. The customer service and pricing are both phenomenal! I have come to know the owner personally. He or his office staff will take the time to find what you need or special order it for you. He is truly dedicated to the flooring industry, sells grout, and has even created and patented his own thin-set. Returning unused unopened material was easy peasy. Andy even researched information on the tile we picked out and made sure we got it right away from thr same lot as the sample we had fallen in love with. They are not the least expensive, but they are competitive and they quoted us the same price as we received from another company without knowthing their price. The do charge freight. Thr big box stores/home improvement stores don't. I still went with One Stop to guarantee getting the tile from the lot we liked and to support local businesses. They had been so good to us for over a year. We ordered off of the measurements my husband gave along with the company who installed our flooring. Plus a cushion. Note needed materials can change for many reason different reasons. We had travertine downstairs so when installing in our family room they needed to use an extra thick layer of thinset to raise it up higher which was an added cost later. Things are unforseen sometimes. My husband works with flooring contractors and understands this. We also wanted to be able to go upstairs where our bedrooms were so we upgraded some of the thinset to rapid set. That way we could walk on it a couple of hours after install rather than the following morning. They do not install flooring as they are not licensed. They do offer business cards to you of companies they know. I highly recommend you use your own. Research reviews, or go with a recommendation from someone you know. Some helpful advice having flooring installed. Double check the tile and make sure that it is what you ordered. Not home? Use your cell phone and photos! Make sure it is being installed properly. Not home? Ask for a photo of a small dry layout or once they are starting a photo of the first few feet. Wrap electronics in plastic. Cover furniture. Flooring contractors don't do this. We would all love for it to be a perfect world, but unfortunately the trade world is far from it and you need to keep up with what is going on. Even long distance. Make sure you have a cushion of funds for thr unforseen in case something comes up. If One Stop doesn't have a tile you like give them thr information and more than likely they can get it for you!

Also, I was able to sell the house about a year ago with handsome gain. Now, in the new house in Gilbert, AZ, I have similar work done for the courtyard, fountain, mantle, fireplace, and TV surround. Carving art on stone is done by the artist and is hard work. Setting up and installing the heavy stone requires skill and equipment. Considering these, his charges are very reasonable. Mr. Villa is very experienced and knowledgeable about his work. He has a great sense of visual artwork on stone and aesthetics. Mr. Villa is very personable, communicable, and professional. So is his administrator, Mr. Martin Villa. His workers are highly skilled, reliable, and work as a team. I am very lucky to have found his company and got stonework done from him. I would highly recommend him if someone is looking to add unique elegance to the home. There's no match!

Our process was very much straight forward under the guidance of an experienced team that had our best interest at heart and assisted us in discovering what we really wanted. So t to design the kitchen just the way we liked it, received CAD data for visuals and made changes to make it perfect. We placed the order and then....we wait..... You hear all these horror-stories about kitchens arriving only half, 12 months of wait time ..... all the above. But for us with Premium Cabinets, 4 weeks before original delivery date (2.5 months after order was placed), we received a phone-call and an updated delivery date was communicated. 2 weeks later, all cabinets at the warehouse, Another week later installer Robert, the most amazing installer set the kitchen up with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. By Thursday evening countertops were installed and on Friday we were already cooking. Final touches in the week after and done. We had our kitchen back before the original delivery date ever came around. Thank you premium cabinets team for such a smooth process. Watch out, bathrooms are next and this time we won't wait this long.

When they finally did come we discovered our salesman had submitted the wrong measurements for the pullouts. We had to reorder. On a positive note, Colton our installer was fabulous. After I spoke at length with first sales guy and was informed of demand of 1/3 estimate paid up front before they even set foot in a home to do measurements, James came up, rudely yanked other guy away, claimed it was other guys last day tomorrow, and I'd need to do a whole nother appointment with someone new. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Sketchy beyond belief. James was scary. Just wow.
