I think the company itself is a good one. We ordered cabinets and pullouts from them. On the down side, it took 3 months to get our cabinets and pullouts delivered. When they finally did come we discovered our salesman had submitted the wrong measurements for the pullouts. We had to reorder. On a positive note, Colton our installer was fabulous. He was pleasant and very professional. He did a great job and our cabinets are flawless. read more

Super shady. Felt decent rapport with first sales person. Other guy, James, got very aggressive when I indicated I already had slabs and pricing from AZ tile. After I spoke at length with first sales guy and was informed of demand of 1/3 estimate paid up front before they even set foot in a home to do measurements, James came up, rudely yanked other guy away, claimed it was other guys last day tomorrow, and I'd need to do a whole nother appointment with someone new. My wife and I went in and put together a list of items to be quoted with James. We were told we would have the estimate the following day by phone call and by email. Didn't receive a phone call until I called late the following day and never received an email. Called back to start the order process and give them the down payment and I was told by James that he was with another customer and would call back later. Never received a call back so I could get my cabinet built so I guess they don't want our business. By the way I was working with James at the 5710 W. Bell store. Evidently they are too busy to work with me. I realize that my order was only for one vanity but a little courtesy would have been appreciated. Thanks for nothing!! I explained the situation for it was lengthy and ridiculous he followed through with me in a years time struggle with the insurance company...and finally we were able to start the process we began. He walked me through the process; was very clear, patient, and was able to answer all the questions. He knows the business and process beginning to end. He was a pleasure and I pray the rest of the project will go as smooth. This was a project I did not anticipate on taking on just moving into the house but up till meeting him and the ease he put me at did I feel comfortable moving forward at my own expense with no help from the insurance company. I've waited a couple days since the interaction so that this isn't done out of anger. I called Diamond Kitchen and Bath (who provided and installed our kitchen cupboards) and spoke to James to see if they would fix a couple cupboard doors that have come loose and are hanging crooked. I explained they were installed a year or two ago. He explained the warranty may have expired. It was quite a feat to find my account. He finally found it and said they were installed late 2021 and to send him pictures. I sent the pictures next day to the email James provided. He emailed me back and said, "Received. I will turn in a service ticket. It generally takes 8-12 weeks to reach out to you. There is a possibility it could be sooner." I responded, "Wow. Two to Three months to get doors that Diamond Kitchen installed, tightened?" To which he responded, "Unfortunately, yes, that is the standard lead time for our service department. I would like to mention that we are doing this as a courtesy as your service warranty has expired from the original installations date." I responded "Thank you, James. I'm not looking for free service. I will happily pay the going rate. As I told you, we tried to tighten them ourselves, but those hinges are tricky--tightening one messes with another. At this point, I will find a handyman to service these. Appreciate your time." Alone, this is just poor customer service. No big deal. But this company has failed us several times. They hung the wrong door on one set of cabinets and one cupboard door was missing for at least a month. When I called for updates they were snarky and unpleasant. I'm attaching photos of my cabinet doors that would probably fall off before "six to eight weeks" of service. Customer service is everything. Especially when there is a $20,000 investment. read more

The worst craftmenship ever. I bought cabinets for my kitchen and bathroom. After less than a year later, I started seeing chips on the bathroom cabinets. Then I started seeing how easy it was to see the lower cabinets getting chipped by just cleaning the floors. I ordered the same material so my contractor could frame the bathroom mirror to match the cabinets. The mirror was actually the first time I started seeing paint chips. I took the mirror to two different paint stores to see if they could match the paint color. I was told by both stores that the reason for chipping is because they didn't prime the cabinets first. They do not follow up after the installation because they don't care...they already got paid. I'm disappointed in myself for trusting them. 10 minutes ago NEW Sales room was great. After that it was a nightmare. Cabinets installed August 26 are still not complete November 10. And I cannot even begin to describe the complete incompetency related to the countertop, but I'll try my best. Counter installed 10/5: no corners on backsplash were sealed, there was a chunk of granite broken off one edge and they installed it and left it that way , and the template is completely wrong. They chipped walls down to the stud (not the expected chips in paint), the counter is an inch narrower than it was supposed to be and the sink isn't even close to fitting correctly. Someone came out to "fix" everything. He sealed the corners and patched the broken edge. Then he spent over two hours repositioning the sink. The sink still is not right the whole cutting to the ground. It is too big for the sink, so not only is there no overhang is there supposed to be with the recessed sink the sink actually shows a ledge, which is uneven, all the way around. So, not only is the cutout too small, but they couldn't even be bothered to center the sink in the cutout. The sales guy I worked with just stopped returning phone calls. We then contacted the manager - it's been a week since we've heard a single word. And the call last week was one that we made...in other words, the manager decided not to return phone calls too. I physically went into the showroom to show Chris and James the sink I was offered and what I ordered. Chris acknowledged my sink is not mounted that way. Two days later, Chris called me and told me flat out they were not going to fix it. I was then told by Nick Z. in the main office that despite the fact I was shown only one sink, and told them that was the type of sink I wanted, they don't actually have to give me that sink. Because, as confirmed in writing by Nick, the sales staff does not advise customers of the options, but despite that, it is up to the customer to specifically mention the options they want by name. Any reasonable consumer would assume the sink style they are shown and agree to in the sales floor will be the sink and style they will receive. Not in the land of DKB. Now I have to waste more time on this through other channels including ROC, AZ AG, and court action. So I absolutely, with every fiber of my being, advise anyone considering Diamond Kitchen and Bath to forget this place exists. read more

February 2024 Cabinet and countertop review, initial and 2 years later. I met with Travis at Diamond in December 2021 and selected kitchen/hall bath cabinets and countertops. Travis was really great and knowledgeable to work with, but sometimes hard to get in touch with. I was retiring, so the date selected for delivery was going to be the end of February. First issue - the cabinets were delivered too early, whether I was ready or not. My contractor was forced to make major adjustments to get the demo completed for the cabinets to have a place to go. The cabinets were installed correctly but with the only issue being the island was supposed to be on castors. The castors did not come and the installers knew nothing about them. The head installer was awesome and worked outside of the box and went to Lowes to get it fixed correctly. The countertops were then delivered and were beautiful but had multiple issues. When the installers came to install, I discussed the layout of the countertop between the kitchen sink wall and the bar area. I explained 3 times how the direction of the countertop needed to be installed with the flat side to the kitchen due to the backsplash tile and the rounded edge to the other side of the pass through. I went into the bedroom to get out of their way, heard them say they were in a hurry to get lunch. I came out after they were done and they cut the countertop to fit and installed it backwards against what I had explained three times. I called Diamond right away, was given the runaround and their solution was that I should have to pay an additional amount of money to have a new countertop created. I refused to pay more for their mistake as it was not my fault that their installers were more interested in lunch than doing the job correctly the first time. It took two weeks, but the manager of Diamond finally agreed to have the countertop redone at no cost to myself. The bathroom countertop required someone to come twice to caulk the countertop as the first installer left a huge gap between the wall and the countertop. The cabinets and countertops look really good but the longer I have had them, I have found quite a bit of dripped glue that if cleaned up at the time of install would have been cleaner. Fast forward to the middle of January 2024. I was cleaning the bathroom sink/countertop and found a crack in the bottom corner of the sink. I contacted Diamond and received no return call back. I called again and finally spoke with Diamond. They gave me the phone number of the company that the countertop/sink came from named Marlam Industries as it would be their issue. Marlam said there was only a 30 day warranty on the product and it must be my fault that I dropped something to crack it. Funny that a sink only that has makeup and teeth brushing done at it could have something drop hard enough to crack a sink. So, since they said it must be my fault, they are not responsible for standing behind their products. Diamond was great to work with initially but follow through and fixing issues is not their strong point. Their installers and businesses that they contract with for the products are an issue. Buyer beware. read more

When we called Diamond, the salesman was rude and argumentative and said the only possibility was that it was solely our fault and the only remedy was to order new cabinets and pay for them again. Update: I received a phone call from Greg, the manager at our local Diamond store. He understood there was a miscommunication with the salesman and hooked us up with someone to paint the cabinets. He also offered to split the cost with us which seems very fair. read more

We hired Diamond as part of a major remodel project for our home. And we couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance of our new kitchen and bath cabinets. They are great quality and look and work wonderful! However, the installation was a little problematic. Multiple mis-measurements and mis-communications, and wrong and missing parts, caused multiple unnecessary delays that caused the installation to last three months. Bottom line is we have beautiful cabinets, but at a unnecessarily high cost in our frustration and unnecessary delays. read more

The cabinet fronts came a different color than the rest of the cabinets and though yes they got me new fronts from the manufacture, they will not replace them. Perfect solution for us. Our builder wanted over $8,000 to finish our laundry room with cabinets. I was able to get a better design and more storage for a lower price with Diamond. Amanda, our designer, was extremely responsive and we were able to finish the designs and selections efficiently. They then sent out someone to measure who noticed a potential issue with air vents. To anyone considering going to Diamond Kitchen for cabinetry remodeling, please reconsider your decision. A year ago we went to Diamond Kitchens to have our kitchen remodeled Before they will start any work you have to pay in full up front, half when you place the order and the other half when they deliver the cabinets before installation Then we had a bathroom and a laundry done as well. What a disaster. My kitchen is still not complete, the laundry from the start has been an absolutely disaster , I am still unable to use the cupboard in my laundry as they are such a mess. Shelves are broken, the shelf holder they use are impossible to move, so it is impossible to adjust shelves as I don't want to damage the cupboard. We went in many, many times and many, many calls and still no progress. Before they completed the work we asked have a small cabinet to be installed in the laundry to be installed, and they want to charge us $ 2300 to do it after all the problems we had you would think they would have done at a minimal cost. Oh no they would not even consider it. To make matters worse they cannot remember that we are waiting for the Warranty work to be repaired and certain sections to be replaced. Bear in mind it all has to be paid up front so you have no hold over them. From our experience from the time the order is placed and the salesperson gets their commission they don't care. Today was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had going into any store. The salesman we dealt with today was not considerate or helpful. His attitude and personality were inappropriate. I never felt more rushed and uncomfortable with trying to get information on a product. It seemed like I was doing him a favor by leaving the store. The salesman at this place is very standoffish. He is a dark-haired gentleman who wore a plastic face shield. Never smiled. Came out of the back room and acted as though we were bothering him by being in the store. We brought in a picture of what we wanted and rather than show us cabinet options he said come back when you have all the measurements. We were only missing one measurement and could have called that in later to get exact pricing. We couldn't get out of there fast enough, which we think made him happy anyway. Used Car of Cabinets Called them to ask questions and was reassured that they have special relationships with cabinet makers therefore they get better quality items and lower prices. I made an appointment and went in. I already had 2 bids from other stores for kitchen cabinet replacement. My experience here was awful. I felt like I was at a used car dealer. Took 2 hours to come up with a schematic of my kitchen (which is small) and a bid. The bid was DOUBLE of the first 2 I had. The salesman could not give me a price himself he kept having to go to the back room behind closed doors to speak to the managers to get pricing. Then I asked for an itemized bid and was told they don't do that. My other 2 were itemized. When I showed my other bid to the salesman at half of his price he got mad and threw his pen and started putting down the other store. So unprofessional and I felt very played. read more

This time they did all the cabinets in a condo I gutted and am remodeling. There was one cabinet installed in the wrong place and they were on it and were going to send the installer out asap to change it. Once I thought about it and really decided I liked it the way he did it I chose to have him leave it. They are great to work with and kept to my schedule. Great product and great prices too! I have been patient over the last 5 months. Much of my time was wasted waiting on Diamond's employees & contractors to do (and redo) their work. I regret not checking their Yelp rating first. I scheduled my countertop installation for before I moved in, July 6th, so that I would have a working kitchen. I moved in July 11th. I still don't have a working kitchen. It's quite inconvenient to cook out of boxes, because you don't want to unpack just to repack whenever they happen to decide to call to fix their faulty workmanship as promised. Plus, I don't want them to damage more of my property when they come back. They told me 14 days ago that they would tear out/replace my new countertop a week from then. They haven't scheduled anything with me; nor have they returned my calls. I need my kitchen finished before I can refinance, which was the whole point of renovating my kitchen. They are costing me a lot of money and time. My tile backsplash was supposed to be installed over a month ago. It can't be done until the countertop is finished. That contractor is frustrated as well. The seam by the window was ground down on top of the quartz, instead of from underneath, leaving a large unpolished indention that is very noticeable. Their contractor agreed that they need to replace that entire section of the countertop after sending a tech to my home during a 6 hr window to inspect it. Another 4 hr window: they came to template again, because they threw away the original. My last message from them was that they forgot to remeasure my sink (standard sink sold by Diamond & brought to my home by the contractor at installation,) so they need to come by again to measure "their" sink. That means another long window of waiting for them, but not the last. When is this remeasure? When is tear out/installation? They won't return my calls. After they install the new quartz, they said I will also have to reschedule to have my sink reconnected with their plumbing contractor, which is more of my time. My next step will be a Registrar of Contractor complaint against the contractor, but I know that's a lengthy process. They were messy, chipped my wall to the metal at installation. They chipped paint off my newly refinished cabinets. They embedded gray caulking on my newly painted walls and cabinets (not where it belonged.) I had to scrape product off my windows. All of the counters are not shiny, some from caulking spills, some I'm not sure what from... I'm hoping they will make it all feel and look shiny and new when they come to redo the rest. They also left the sink box on the side of my front yard on top of sawdust with cardboard, sticky rags, loose razorblades inside. I almost cut my hand open cleaning it out. I have called Diamond many times. A different salesman than mine returned my call after I went down there in person to complain about not getting a call or email back after my poor installation when my salesman happened to be on vacation. Once the salesman who handled my account returned from vacation, I didn't hear from anyone at Diamond. I had the same problem trying to get a quote from them back in April and again, trying to pay in May. I was ignored and had to go down there to get my quote in writing. Unfortunately, even though my friend and I picked out the sink type and color at the salesman's instruction during the quoting process, the salesman didn't itemize it on the quote. When I went down there in person (because I couldn't get a call or email back as usual) to pay and sign my contract, I ended up paying more than I expected, because of that error. The manager said they would do the initial tear out right away, within a week. He said they'd call me, but they didn't. After a week I contacted the number on my receipt, reached a manager who emailed my salesman. It was the best turnaround time I had from them getting a return call (2 days.) It turned out my order hadn't been entered in their system, so it was just sitting there. All of this trouble might be understandable if they were a discount shop with ridiculous deals. They're not. I paid over $6K for my quartz countertops. I did not receive any discount for this mess, my time, trouble, headache. I can't even get an "I'm sorry" call from them after all this... or any call for that matter. Why? My friend recommended Diamond. What I have been told since I experienced this nightmare is that they used to be great, but they are trying to expand rapidly, piling work on the salesmen from floor sales to following up on purchase orders, and they can't keep up. In essence, the customers can't get serviced. The sink contractor, who also does the tear out, was wonderful. He estimated within a 2 hr window, was on time, professional, thorough. I had incorrect measurements for the sink from Diamond and he gave me a sink strainer that would fit their sink. He even reconnected my dishwasher to the new countertop. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. read more

I went into your Glendale store on Bell Road and I was talking to a sales guy about the style of cabinets, countertops, etc just cause I wanted to kind of see what I like. I asked him if a particular countertop on display was granite. Do you know what he ended up saying to me? He said "pardon me for saying so, but it doesn't look like you are made of money." I told him I'm not a millionaire but I have enough. I was actually too shocked to have a good comeback. Apparently jeans and a T-shirt makes me look like a transient. Went into this location after being a recurring customer for years at the Grand Location. I would not suggest going into this location. Horrible Customer Service from the moment I walked in. I was suppose to receive a quote that same day and never received a quote. I followed up 3rd day and the sales rep was off and I asked James who answered if someone else could help me and he was rude and said no I needed to come in and see a new rep or wait for original sales rep. I understand that but it was his tone like whatever. I told him I have been waiting and customer service has not been the greatest and said that was my only option . I then stated I should possibly take my business elsewhere and he hung up on me. I called back spoke to manager Gregg and he listened and stated he would address it but don't think they care much. I totally don't recommend this location. I can't imagine how it is ok to hang up on a customer. I wish I could give it a zero star. read more

We had our kitchen countertops replaced with quartz counters from Diamond Kitchen and Bath 5710 W Bell Road in Glendale. Greg Harms was the sales agent there at the store and he was friendly, helpful and fun to deal with. Great experience. The process was easy and straight forward. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The tear out, done by two guys, were very professional and wonderful to deal with. Their work was exceptional. The installation of the countertops was very well done as well. We are very satisfied with what we paid, the quality of work and how each work group made the process smooth and easy. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, was the requirement to pay the entire amount owed prior to any work being done. We could see paying for the countertop, which was the majority of the bill, but they required the full amount. My wife and I do not usually do business this way and it was a bit uncomfortable. Based on the length of time in business we decided to do it anyway. As it turned out, we had no worries. They work was well done and we are glad we did it with them. read more
