Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. So I start a return and see when they get them back they will inspect for defects and if they judge them to be OK, they will charge me $46 in return shipping. Not knowing if the second light is defective (why would I open it if I'm not keeping the set?) I reach out via chat to confirm I won't be charged for the 2nd lamp and you guessed it, after 45 minutes of waiting they say yes I'll be charged for the second light. I asked to speak to a manager and wait. Meanwhile in the background I google for a phone # (1-800-843-2446 Monday-Friday: 9:00am-9:00pm EST). I call and press 1 to speak to someone. Each of the 3 times try, it disconnects! Then the rep gets back to the chat and tells me I have to call their loss prevention department. Which closed at 7:00 while I was on the chat for 1 hour & 4 minutes. Now I have to start all over again tomorrow. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Before learning about the extent of the no return policy, we had mistakenly ordered 1 extra clothes hook. Even though that hook was never taken out of the box, CAS would not accept a return.
