I sought a business to change a relatively small amount of carpeting with a less-worn piece that I had kept; replacing a worn 4.5' x 9' piece of medium pile carpeting at the end on a hall. Only one 4.5' seam. The carpet will need to be trimmed as it a bit larger than needed. the price that I paid another business, was 60% of Bram's quote. I recommend that you get bids from other businesses. read more

After receiving numerous estimates, we found Bram Flooring, a locally owned family business. We stopped at their location, selected some tile with the help from Julie, afterwards Mitch came out to measure, we discussed our plan, he offered some ideas with the tile and baseboard install and after receiving the estimate we agreed to have Bram do our project, about 1500 sq ft of tile and couple hundred feet of baseboard. I live in Surprise and I reached for a quote and Mitch just asked if I was purchasing the tile myself. I said yes because I found a really great tile at floor and decor I wanted to use. Mitch just responded with "sorry we are full service and can not help you best of luck on your project" I think he missed an opportunity to ask what kind of tile we wanted to use and seen if they had an option close to what we liked. I needed a water damaged section of my hardwood floor repaired and Mitch responded to my request on Yelp. I greatly appreciated his quick communications and expertise to see what solutions could be found. He knew exactly what to do to fix the floor which was a huge relief! He sourced the wood that best matched and got back to me as promised. A leak in my bathroom (completely separate problem) ended up requiring my insurance to hire a contractor to replace all the flooring, so I did not end up having Mitch repair the original problem.
