Encore did complete tile install on our approx. 2800sq ft house and complete master bathroom remodel. they do amazing work, pay attention to detail, tiles perfectly leveled, baseboards perfectly cut with corner angles, the master bathroom remodel came out amazing. Encore was one of three companies I met with in person to obtain quotes and look at samples (I had phone consults with five) and after gathering all the info, it was an obvious decision to go with Encore. Not only is Rich (the owner) very personable and easy to work with, he is also transparent and puts the needs of his clients first. He's not going to upsell you and is direct about the variances in quality vs price. I also had major time constraints and he moved mountains to get the carpet replaced ASAP (his delivery team was also prompt, friendly and efficient). Extra bonus is that his partner, Linda, has a great eye and will help you make decisions if needed (which I very much needed!). Encore Floors did an exceptional job for us! From help in the showroom, to the home visit discussing the scope of work, and finally to the install and follow up, the job was perfect. Rich is great at customer service, and communicated well throughout the process. The carpet shipped when he said it would, the installers were on time (and Rich called ahead to let us know they were on the way) and Rich stopped by after the work was complete to ensure we were satisfied. The price was fair and the whole job from our visit in the showroom to a finished product took only 8 days! Makes me wish we had more floors for him to do! Just completed replacing the tile floors in my master bath and the bedroom carpeting. Rich and Linda were great to work with, offering suggestions on both the tile and carpeting. Robert installed the tile, a beautiful job, and left everything in perfect shape when he was finished. Manuel and Yanni installed the carpet. I recently had new flooring installed by Encore Floors and am very happy with the results. I would recommend Encore Flooring for your flooring needs. I recently moved to the area and wanted to replace some of the flooring in my house. I went to several different flooring shops but none of them where as easy to work with as Encore. Rich provided me with options and was quick to come up with a bid. His bid had everything broken down which allowed me to decide if I wanted to do any of the work myself. Everyone else I talked to just gave me a number and I had no idea what I was paying for. After the floors were installed Rich came by the house to make sure we were happy with everything. We searched and searched for luxury vinyl, took home samples from several big stores. Nothing seemed right. Went to ENCORE and not only were we treated better they had a great selection and were very helpful. You have no worries when shopping here you deal with the actual owners. They are very easy to work with and provide the attention to your project as if it was their own. We can't say enough good about the product we picked or the service we received. Do yourself a favor , skip the national, huge companies, where after they sell it they don't care if it is done right, Encore was the best decision we could have made.
