We originally contacted Zona to put in new floors at our home. They did a great job and got it done quickly. Abraham oversaw our job and he was such a pleasure to work with. He is so responsive and caring about the quality of work being done. We ended up having all sorts of other remodeling projects done with Abraham overseeing it. When doing the floors, they found black mold under one of the showers. They tore out the entire shower and put in a new one that looks fantastic and was a very reasonable price. Working with Abraham is like gaining new family. His level of care whenever we have needed anything at our home has been like nothing we have experienced from other contractors. He has been quick to come out and has always given us a fair price. Just recently we had our ceiling collapse because of a water leak in the attic. He came out very quickly to see what was going on and to get people there to take care of all the water damage, fix the leak, and put in a new ceiling. I recommend Abraham and Zona Floors to anyone. We have had a great experience on the many projects they have done for us. They are our favorite general contractor and flooring people. They know what they are doing, and are honest, and work for a reasonable price. Make sure you include them in your quotes. They came in like half the price as our other quotes, so we weren't sure. But I really felt good about the people working here and decided to do it. So glad I did. read more

Zona Floors! Just had them do my 2 flights of stairs carpet to LVP conversion. They did an impeccable job, were efficient and finished the job well within scope scheduled. They even did some color matching for the caulking for the edges in places. They also used left over planks from my existing flooring to make custom landing caps for each floor to make the transition more seamless. worked with Daniel Porter 602-321-3521. I was initially going to leave them a low review. Once they delayed because they bundled my order up, 2nd delay because the materials were delayed. And when the one person showed up I wasn't expecting because we didn't confirm a new date. But he busted his ass for 10 hours and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Took out old carpet of big bedroom and put in laminate. The price was lower than expected. So at this moment I am happy. read more

I highly, highly recommend Zona Floors. They're honest, trustworthy and sincere. I had hardwood floors installed. The materials and workmanship are exceptional qualities. The value is very reasonable. I originally put a down payment of $1000 with a different company. It was a blessing I found Zona Floors before installation. I was willing to lose my $1000 original deposit with that company just to move to Zona Floors and I'm so glad I did. The contract was transparent unlike the previous company. The installers were also amazing. They were hard workers, clean and efficient. You won't be disappointed going with Zona Floors. I've never dealt with a company with the highest integrity before. Thank you Tom from the bottom of my heart for being so accommodating, flexible and understanding. Despite of my naivety you did not take advantage. I wish you and company much success. read more

Tom, Abraham and their crew did an excellent job! Tom came for the initial estimate, was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Choosing them from that point was a no-brainer. Everyone was very responsive from start to completion. They wanted to start earlier than we could and once they did there was no stopping them! They had the demo and the new floors for the entire home done in 3 days. The crew that did the work was very respectful and professional. We couldn't be happier with the result! I would highly recommend this family business for any flooring needs. Thanks Tom and team! A few pictures before and after. read more

Outside of some minor items during install, Tom and crews were thorough, timely and professional throughout. We had a tile and LVP install and the 2 crews worked seamlessly to deliver a great product. Thank you, Tom and team! read more

I wish our experience with Zona Floors had gone smoother from the beginning. We dealt with cracked tiles, delays, communication issues, and at times felt frustrated having to live in a home that was torn apart for repairs after we had already fully moved in and set up all of our furniture following the initial installation. It was a stressful process for our family. However, I do want to give credit where it's due. In the end, they came back, resolved the issues, repaired all of the cracked tiles, and made sure we were taken care of. While the experience started off difficult, I appreciate that they followed through and worked to make things right for us in the end. read more

I had a bad experience with Zona Floors. In May 2024, this company installed compressed cardboard as premium laminate flooring. The only care instruction was to avoid using steam. When I use a damp cloth or mop, the coloring rubs off. That made wearing white socks a laundry-day nightmare. I tried to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer suggested that I file a claim. When I contacted Zona Floors about a claim, they never returned my calls. read more

Zona Floors just replaced the flooring in my whole house. Tom and Dally first came out to measure and bring samples. Both were great and answered all of my questions. They even allowed me to keep the sample for about a week so I could make sure that was the color that I really liked. Pablo, Jose and the rest of the install crew were awesome as well. They were careful when moving my furniture, and did a great job with the demo and install of the flooring and install of the new baseboards. Communication was excellent from start to finish with both sales and install. I would definitely recommend Zona Floors to anyone looking at a flooring remodel. I love my new floors. read more

Update: After my review, the owner Tom reached out and met with me in person. He listened carefully, acknowledged the problems, and worked with me to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. He also explained that they are using this as a company‑wide teaching moment so the same mistakes do not happen on future jobs. Because of how the issues were ultimately handled, I'm updating this review to 4 stars. I hired this company through Angi for a marble backsplash installation and was very disappointed with the workmanship and oversight. The tile installer used oversized drywall screws to mount my outlets instead of proper #6‑32 machine screws, stripping the threads in multiple electrical boxes and even cracking some of them (see photos). They also grouted the joint between the countertop and backsplash instead of using the color‑matched silicone caulk I provided, contrary to industry guidelines for movement joints. I repeatedly had to point out these issues and even show NEC references on my phone before they acknowledged the problems. I would have preferred to let this go, but the combination of unsafe electrical practices and resistance to basic standards is troubling. Future customers should be aware and consider using a contractor who follows electrical code and tile best practices. read more

When I read the all positive reviews about Zona floors, I was a bit skeptical, but they just completed installing my mohawk laminate flooring yesterday (7/20/26) and the reviews are right! Excellent job all around from delivering my planking (quick and such a pleasant young man) to the installation by Gabriel, Pablo Marin & Bernabe! They were right on time, very professional and got the job done quickly! It looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. And all correspondence with Yanely at the office was great. They all did a great job at a resonable cost! I can't forget Chris either who did the initial bid and helped me out with several questions after the bid. Thank you all and it's so nice to see such an excellent company at work! read more

I'd like to thank Tom, his sales manager Cristian and his installation crew. From start to finish, they were on time, professional, and answered all of my questions. Trying to find a decent tile floor company that hit all of these marks was almost impossible until I contacted Zona Floors. Their pricing was fair and the floor came out beautifully. The installation crew was very professional left everything as clean as promise. I highly recommend Zona Floors for your projects. read more

WOW, is the first word that comes to mind when working with Zona Floors! They did such an outstanding job on our daughter's condo! Not only that, Abraham, the owner, cares so deeply that you are happy and that it comes out the best, he goes the extra mile to ensure that happens. There was a last minute change and a delay in delivery of the flooring, he worked around it, made the change happen, always showed up on time and was so responsive to all texts. Abraham's brother Daniel and daughter Yanely also work there and they are cut from the same cloth and incredible to work with. It was the best experience! It is not easy to find good, honest, responsive, truly caring contractors, which is why I wanted to write this review! Thank you Abraham, Daniel, Daniel (another worker) and Yanely, for the awesome work you did! read more

Good and fairly priced flooring installation. Happy to recommend to anyone wanting a good quality and good value for their money.

Zona Floors renovated a shower in my home. The final product was generally an improvement on what was there before, but there were several issues that stood out. The initial process was odd because I was told that the design of the shower would be done by the company but then, when the work began, I was told that they do not do any design work for clients. The tiling work was concerning because there are large gaps where the tile meets the ceiling. And the wrap up of the project was concerning because there was very noticeable drywall damage left on the ceiling after tiling that the company refused to address. Their own recommended independent glass door installer and the drywall repair person I had to hire were both shocked that they refused to do the repair. I was also surprised that nobody came to inspect the final product at the completion of installation. read more

Zona floors did an outstanding work for my bathroom remodel.i would highly recommend them for their value, quality and work ethics. They are very reasonable and provide quality work. Quick left a few items that needed to be called back for, but they responded and took care of them. When they removed the tile in the bathroom they didn't replace the wax ring and the toilet wasn't sitting properly, found chunks of tile in the wax. read more

Pros: - Fair pricing (Zona had the lowest quote from the 3 companies I talked to) - Installation crew (Antonio and Bernardo) did a good job installing the tile and quickly remediated minor defects identified - Positive experience communicating with Abraham, the installation manager Cons: - My sales rep Jacob promised us an unrealistic completion date, which caused us to have to push out other contractors' start dates that were coming after them. He was completely unresponsive to my texts and calls when I was trying to determine what a realistic completion date would be. Summary: The sales team double-booked their installation crew, ghosted me, and put Abraham and the crew in a tough spot. However, the job was ultimately completed and we are pleased with the end result. I commend Abraham for being responsive and I appreciate the hard work the crew put in to try to finish the work as quickly as they could. read more

I highly highly recommend Zona Floors. I completed a first project with them about 2 years ago. I had recently some minor plumbing issues and called them back again. Abraham was immediately on the job. After 2 years he made my minor inconveniences a major priority..... I thought too long had gone by and they would not honor their workmanship after so long, but I was wrong. I will use Zona flooring on all future projects large or small. Lastly, I had a beautiful floor put down with seamless workmanship. Give them a shot at your business and they won't let you down. By the way, the value was there as well..... read more

I had a great experience with Zona Flooring from start to finish. Pablo and Adonay were the installers, and they did an excellent job with the demo, installation, and full cleanup. They were professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. I am very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Zona Flooring to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service. Raul Martinez read more

I'd have given Zona 5 stars for the incredible flooring job, and then 10 stars after tonight's disaster. Tom was quick to respond, reasonably priced, and his crew was extremely professional and fast. The floors are stunning. 2 days after they finished, my bathroom floods. I call in a panic just asking for advice, letting them know that a valve broke off. Abraham and Yineli drove over an hour to get here at 9PM to help out with the floors. Or so I thought, they also brought plumbing tools and valves in hand. Abraham changed out 3 corroded valves for me and made sure the water was under control until the plumber could come tomorrow without asking for anything. I wasn't planning on getting a shower today after a hard day's work, and an exhausting and emotional night of thinking my new floors were ruined. Instead, I just took a hot shower and I feel confident that even if there is a small moisture issue, that I have the right team behind me to make sure these floors last. I literally cannot thank you enough, or recommend you enough! read more

Absolutely amazing service and work. Did a beautiful job installing laminate flooring for our new home. Punctual, efficient, professional and completely reasonable with respect to price. ZONA FLOORS were RE-DOING my neighbor's flooring that some in-experienced Handyman did! Not only did they do an amazing job, but they had to go in and level the whole place before they could lay the flooring! At the end of the day everything is super neat, no garbage anywhere and they completed the 1100 entire sq. ft. condo in only ONE DAY! Because, I too, have issues with my own flooring lifting and it has only been about 1 year ago that it was installed! It is starting to lift everywhere in almost every room! My contractor is not answering his phone calls! Of course.... So, I asked Abraham if could he look at it! Not only did Abraham look at it, but he had one of his guys fixed one of the main areas of lifting TODAY, but showed me exactly how bad the flooring was put in! If it not aligned properly, it will lift! It really is an art of putting flooring in properly! I swear it was like" Divine intervention" because these guys are the Pros and they are licensed! Tom and his crew from Zona Floors did an outstanding job on our LVP and baseboard install for most of our home. They didn't just deliver a product but an experience. Tom and his son came over to give us an estimate and had it over to me the next day. As well as being the most competitive on pricing. It is a very stressful experience to have a complete flooring makeover in your home, but Tom and his crew made it as stress free as possible. Pablo and his install crew moved all the furniture, put it back nicely and appropriately. They were very professional, prompt, and achieved the very quick turn around that I originally was skeptical about. As well as knocking it out of the park on the installation. Top tier job. Abraham the field supervisor was always accessible and on top of it as well. I greatly appreciate Zona Floors for doing what they said they would do, on time, and delivering a fantastic finished product. Not many companies can do that anymore. We will be contacting them to have them knock out some other projects soon. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. 5/5 stars! read more

Zona Floors just completed replacing the floors throughout our kitchen and living room, and like so many other reviews here we were completely satisfied. Our travertine needed replacing, and we went with the LVP option to provide more contrast. Daniel was a huge help with color options and recommendations. We dreaded demoing the tile, but the Zona guys covered our kitchen and living room up and were done in a couple days. Cleaning up the entire time. Jose and the boys took over with installation, leveling the bare concrete before installing the LVP and new baseboards. It looks fantastic! Pricing was competitive but the installation was superior. Well done Zona team!! read more

We found Zona floors after our restoration company's subcontracted tile team had failed to show up and listen repeatedly. We are SO GRATEFUL we parted ways with them and came to ZONA FLOORS. Tom was quick to get out and get us a quote. Abraham and the team showed up an hour early, to start the job and they didn't stop until it was finished. They were fast, efficient and friendly, but most importantly they had quality work. We are, a huge step closer to being back home and being displaced for almost 3 months this was our biggest hurdle and because of them we got over that hurdle! I did my due diligence of 3 quotes and decided on Zona Floors. Main reason being that I felt really comfortable with Daniel's discussion with me about what I hoped for and how he could best meet that. Really responsive and thorough on what to expect. Zona Floors did exactly what they said. The installers, Pablo and his team, did FLAWLESS work. There is not a single issue. Arrived at the same time everyday, very communicative and I often wondered how they had so much energy to work on my floors 10+ hours each day! I am so glad that I didn't piece meal together my job and went with Zona floors. They took care of every part of the process. Thr process included components that other companies said I needed to have done separately. Thank you to Daniel and Pablo and his team for removing the tile and putting in my pretty new floors. read more

Tom and his crew did a really good job and exceeded my expectations. Tom was very responsive in text and communicative, and answered any questions I had before the install and his quote was one of the lowest I obtained. Jose and his team came early on the day of the install and was very efficient in handling the project. They were done 2 hours ahead of schedule and cleaned up really well. They were all really polite and professional and gave me good advice on floorings that was previously installed by the previous owner. I would be recommending them over and over again to family and friends. Thanks again! read more
