I am so thankful for Arizona Stone Gallery, we saw their ad in The Home Mag. Louis was very helpful. They had material (Granite) in stock and we found one we liked. They came out to measure a week later, and about 3 weeks later we had our countertops were installed. They have their own fabrication center, which is great because it cuts down on lead times. I had quotes from the company I work for, we really don't do retail, so I knew my lead time was going to be at least 8 weeks. I received a quote from Costco online for quartz, which I was going to go with but they never got back to me when I wanted a couple more quotes on different material. Our countertops look amazing, the installers were friendly and professional, they did a great job. I was very happy with the cost, their quote was within our price range on what we wanted to spend. We shopped at several dealers before deciding to go with ASG. The owner, Danny, made a huge first impression when he did a site survey at our home. Very nice. We visited the store and the staff we met there was also very nice and the store had a professional feel to it. We got several quotes and ASG was very reasonable. Sometimes that's a red flag, as you get what you pay for, but in this case, it was a winner! As with any job of this type, there are bound to be problems, and we had a few. First was a delay. No big deal. Then on installation day, the crew broke the piece for the sink. They returned 2 days later and finished the installation. The crew was first-rate all the way. We've used them twice. The first time was for installation of granite countertops, a tile backsplash and a new sink. I was nervous because they started the Monday before Thanksgiving , promised they would be finished Tuesday and they were! When we moved, we gutted the kitchen in the new house so we called them because they had done such a great job for us in the past. We were referred by our new neighbor who had used AZ Stone Gallery several times. We had two previous estimates but no follow up by contractors! We were so fortunate to meet Danny from Arizona Stone Gallery at one of Phoenix's Home and Garden shows. Our was not a big job, simply enlarging our kitchen island counter. We live in Buckeye and many contractors don't want to drive the distance for a small job, yet Danny arranged the following week to visit our home and provide an estimate. Be aware that many contractors simply quote the job, and then outsource the fabrication and installation. Not AZ Stone Gallery! Danny was our source of contact through the (amazingly fast!) process. This place was great from the moment we walked in. Danny took us back to his stock and listened to our likes and guided us based on what we told him our likes were. We found a great piece of granite that we were able to agree on and it was a relief to be able to check SOMETHING off the list! But that's not all!!!.... he showed us some backsplash and cabinets and they had a pretty strong line which we found good possibilities. This place can be your one-stop shop place even flooring! My wife and I have very different tastes and Danny was VERY patient with us, assuring us we weren't abusing his time. I went into Arizona Stone to look at samples of stone to remodel our fireplace. The salesperson was nice, but she said they don't carry stone, only tile. She said I need to go to Arizona Stone. I asked where that was and she said "I don't know". I looked at the signage on the front door and it said "Arizona Stone". Very confused!!!! read more

IF your time isn't worth much, enjoy inferior quality, and love to be mocked by the installers with poor customer service skills this is the place for you. The problems began when the layout for the granite we discussed was not properly measured and had the incorrect edge finish, also the backsplash they installed was uneven and had a crack running across it. This lead to multiple return visits to replace the granite to what I ordered. The installer was quite aggressive and rude to me,almost as if mocking me, and only got worse as they return to fix their mistakes, this was after we had reached out to the owner of the company Mr. Kaleta multiple times to point out said mistakes. After a week from when the job was completed, and they collected their payment, the cabinets shows signs of shrinkage and exposing the unpainted area of the cabinets, and the double door cabinets had there doors installed with both doors opening to the left instead of opening one to the left and to the right. The doors were also mismatched in size. There was also a folding cabinet door that was never ordered but still was installed without me knowing. The cabinets themselves are even smaller then the previous cabinets exposing the concrete below. There was also an uneven granite surface were the slabs meet. You can refer to the pics showing the workmanship they left behind. In the end when we contacted the owner about the end result, he suggest that WE dismantle the cabinets and bring it to his shop for him to fix it.I would like nothing but a full refund for this substandard craftsmanship and for them to pick up their horrible quality cabinets. read more

I scheduled an estimate in November of 2018 and the owner (Danny)was very responsive in my request. After reviewing the estimate I decided to offer them the job. I had pick out a slab from Arizona Tile and he was to procure it for the job. A few days later he told me the product was unavailable. After a few back and forth with both companies, it was determined that the product was still available, but it would not arrive till January of 2019. Arizona Stone stated they would procure the order and get back to me in January 2019. At the end of January I called the owner reference my job. He told me he would contact Arizona Tile and call me back tomorrow. Here we are over 10 days later and I have not heard from him. I contacted Arizona Tile and was informed that my order was never requested from Arizona Stone. Two months wasted as I could have moved on to someone different if Arizona Stone was not interested in the job. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! read more
