Zona Floors recently out Plank Tile in my house about 1200 sq feet. First met with Tom for estimate who took all the measurements, offered assistance when looking at grout colors, baseboards and was able to get the tile I had my heart set on. When tile installer, Miguel I believe - I'm bad at names started prepping our floors which was amazing and he did it with such care as it was his own house. Had a discussion on the grout size as what I wanted would not really work well and he showed me what would be better. I agreed. He starting the next day putting down the time and through out the process answered all my 100 questions I had. He was very. Informative and nice. Left the house clean. Zona Floors is great value for the price. I found that we had a charge in my estimate that was not needed and they refunded me the cost for it. AmazIng company that wants to do a great job, not price gouge, discuss better options and yes sometimes might cost a little more. They appreciate Military Families and take care of you like family. Zona has been amazing to work with. Audrey came out and quoted the replacement of flooring in our entire home. She helped us pick out colors and material then gave us fair prices for different options. We ended up hiring Zona to do all of our floors, trim and door casings throughout the house. They did an outstanding job on every area of the project. The crews that performed the work were incredibly detailed and clean. They took their time to ensure all the work was perfect and we couldn't be happier. We were so pleased with everything that we are going to have Audrey and the Zona team do our entire kitchen remodel. We just replaced our floors with Zona Floors and we could not be happier. We wanted to use a local company and quickly came across their webpage as they are very close to our place. We felt so comfortable with them that we did not even look for another quote as their price also seemed extremely reasonable. Everything from the visit/quoting process with Tom, to the installation with Pablo, Abraham & co was great. We went for the higher-end line of LVP of Lions Floors (the brand they carry) and we are very happy with our pick of wider and longer planks. They look incredible! We had an issue with our washer front being scratched after moving it while they were working, and they found a replacement door for it in less than 24 hours. We decided to use Zona Floors to install four rooms of wood laminate flooring because they are a small, family owned business. We made the right choice. From the start, everyone was helpful and professional. Jacob came to our house, did the measuring, quickly emailed us an estimate and told us what to order. He picked up the material from the supplier and held it in their showroom until the installation. He was responsive and capably answered all our questions. Pablo and his crew did the installation and it went very smoothly. We expected it to take 4 days but they sent two crews the first day so it was done in a day and a half. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were here except for the beautiful floors that added value and comfort to our home. Zona floors is a great company to work with. They came out immediately to give us a quote, very reasonable rates. We did have 3 other quotes, so we knew they were all in line with each other. The flooring was quoted for 1 week's worth of work and they followed through and our tile was done in 1 week with an excellent tile crew which we included to have new trim installed, Raphael was awesome to work with. Total job was for 2400 sq ft. We love our tile floors. Both my husband and I would recommend them to anyone. I would strongly recommend if they tell you how much it will be to take out your old flooring, let them do it. Our flooring was fake wood and each board was glued down, huge mistake for us to rip out our own flooring. Listen to Zona Flooring, have them take out your flooring for you. read more

On the day the project was to start, the contractors arrived in time and were ready to work. They were absolute professionals in every way. The installer were professional and did every thing to ensure a smooth installation. The installation was completed in record time with no delays and they did a beautiful job. Floor installation can be a dirty and dusty job but they left the area immaculate. Their prep are was in my garage and it hasn't been so clean since we move in. I called this evening the number listed on your website 480-939-8173 I was hung on twice from TOM. I THEN then called from a blocked number TOM answered the phone and he explains he business phone transferred me over which is b/s. HE hung on me twice. I am also a Veteran. HE Mentioned he was one of the owners. which your webite has a different name. I asked him to call me on his number 480-9 39-0208. When he called I asked him to text me their installation rate per sq. foot. which I recorded It $ 2.40 a square foot. I texted him twice to ver the rate. NEVER received a reply back. I also called back ignored my call went to voicemail. Apparently I'll keep looking, after this awful experience.NEVER RECOMMEND. I Already purchased the flooring. read more

Zona Floors just finished the demo and installation of my new floors! I cannot be happier with the service and workmanship from the time I placed the first call until the project was completed. Tom and Abraham were available to answer any questions. Jose was on site and managed the installation team who did an absolutely amazing job. My demo was hardwood and travertine and they completed it and cleaned it up in 2 days. They exceeded my expectations starting with the quote. Daniel arrived with samples and so much knowledge about flooring. He helped us choose a light shade wide plank vinyl flooring to replace our cheap dark flooring the man that flipped the house put in. The crew showed up on time, pulled up and disposed of the old flooring and installed the new flooring in one day. They cleaned up, vacuumed, reinstalled the molding and caulked all the molding so it looks perfect. All we need to do is a tiny bit of touch up paint in some places on the molding. Highly recommend Zona Floors. We had one other company come give us a quote which was a few thousand $s higher and had questionable reviews. read more

If I could post one hundred 5-star reviews for this company, I absolutely would! Our home renovation project took MUCH longer than expected, and required our flooring to be installed in sections. Tom was patient, responsive, and took the time to reach out to us to check on the status of our project.
