I couldn't be more thrilled with the work Zona Floors did on my new LVP flooring and kitchen backsplash! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Before choosing Zona Floors, I received several quotes from other companies, with some being nearly double the price. Not only did Zona Floors provide the best value, but after seeing the finished product, I truly believe the quality of their work is even better than what I would have received elsewhere. The entire process was incredibly smooth from the initial quote, to the removal of my old flooring, the installation, and the final walkthrough. Every member of the team who helped, supported, or led the project was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about delivering a high-quality result. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and I always knew what to expect. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the finished product completely transformed my home. My new floors and backsplash look absolutely amazing, and the attention to detail really shows. If you're looking for a flooring company that offers exceptional quality, fair pricing, outstanding communication, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Zona Floors. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience and I couldn't be happier with the results! read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Abraham with Zona floors and I couldn't be happier with the results. They installed my floor tiles throughout the house, bathtub tiles, and walk-in shower tiles with exceptional precision and professionalism. What truly sets them apart is their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Paint touch ups and kitchen baseboards wasn't part of the contract and they went back to the house to touch and install the kitchen baseboards after the job was done. Not only did they expertly handle the tile installation, but they also went above and beyond by assisting the plumber with the installation of the shower pan and ensuring the cement board above the tub was installed correctly since the plumber did a poor job installing them. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time was evident throughout the entire process. The team was punctual, courteous, and always available. The finished product exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend zona floors to anyone in need of tile installation services. They are true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of their service. Thank you! read more

I had an amazing experience with Zona Flooring! They arrived right on time for my in-home consultation with Daniel, who was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He walked me through potential challenges that could come up during the demo and installation, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. What really stood out was that he brought actual flooring samples to my home, allowing me to see and choose my favorite on the spot--something no other flooring company had done! As a first-time homeowner, I truly appreciated that Daniel worked with me on pricing, making the process even smoother. Compared to big-box stores, Zona Flooring provided a level of care and attention that felt personal from start to finish. The entire first floor was completed in just three days, and they managed to get everything scheduled within a week of signing the deal! Throughout the process, the team was professional, communicative, and respectful of my home. They kept the worksite clean and always ensured my doors were locked when they left. I couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend Zona Flooring to anyone looking for quality service and a stress-free experience! read more

Zona Floors recently out Plank Tile in my house about 1200 sq feet. First met with Tom for estimate who took all the measurements, offered assistance when looking at grout colors, baseboards and was able to get the tile I had my heart set on. When tile installer, Miguel I believe - I'm bad at names started prepping our floors which was amazing and he did it with such care as it was his own house. Had a discussion on the grout size as what I wanted would not really work well and he showed me what would be better. I agreed. He starting the next day putting down the time and through out the process answered all my 100 questions I had. He was very. Informative and nice. Left the house clean. Zona Floors is great value for the price. I found that we had a charge in my estimate that was not needed and they refunded me the cost for it. AmazIng company that wants to do a great job, not price gouge, discuss better options and yes sometimes might cost a little more. They appreciate Military Families and take care of you like family. Honest, trustworthy and go above and beyond ! I'm ecstatic with my floors and it changed my house. read more

Zona has been amazing to work with. Audrey came out and quoted the replacement of flooring in our entire home. She helped us pick out colors and material then gave us fair prices for different options. We ended up hiring Zona to do all of our floors, trim and door casings throughout the house. They did an outstanding job on every area of the project. The crews that performed the work were incredibly detailed and clean. They took their time to ensure all the work was perfect and we couldn't be happier. We were so pleased with everything that we are going to have Audrey and the Zona team do our entire kitchen remodel. Audrey's quotes have been professional, honest, and she's helped us with design decisions along the way. I will post pictures and a final review when everything is complete so that the entire project can be appreciated. Remodeling is stressful but Zona has helped us manage it and we appreciate their work. I would recommend them highly to friends and family and they will be the first company we call in the future. read more

We had such a great experience with Zona Floors! Tom has been amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, came out to our home quickly to provide an estimate, and his crew was able to get to work right away. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire project. We had new flooring installed throughout our nearly 3,000 sq. ft. home, and to us, it seemed like a pretty complicated job--especially because our concrete floors needed quite a bit of leveling before the flooring could be installed. To Tom and the Zona Floors team, it was business as usual! They handled everything seamlessly and did absolutely beautiful work. The floors turned out amazing, the process was smooth, and we always knew what was happening along the way. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend Tom and Zona Floors to anyone looking for a professional, responsive, and highly skilled flooring company! read more

We just replaced our floors with Zona Floors and we could not be happier. We wanted to use a local company and quickly came across their webpage as they are very close to our place. We felt so comfortable with them that we did not even look for another quote as their price also seemed extremely reasonable. Everything from the visit/quoting process with Tom, to the installation with Pablo, Abraham & co was great. We went for the higher-end line of LVP of Lions Floors (the brand they carry) and we are very happy with our pick of wider and longer planks. They look incredible! We had an issue with our washer front being scratched after moving it while they were working, and they found a replacement door for it in less than 24 hours. That kind of accountability and fast response if a problem arises is simply incredible. We would highly recommend Zona Floors and will use their services again in the future if needed! read more

By far, this is the BEST flooring company we have ever worked with? Tom came out right away to do our estimate. He was very personable and attentive. He gave us recommendations on flooring and even brought out samples the next day. We acquired several bids on this project from other companies before choosing Zona. What an awesome decision that turned out to be! I can't even begin to describe how ecstatic we are with Zona floors. Scheduling the job with Tom was a breeze. They evem showed up early. Abraham and his entire crew were the hardest workers we have ever experienced. Phenomenal from start to finish. Moved heavy furniture, covered everything in plastic to keep the dust down and cleaned up everything after they were done. Professionalism..very skilled at their craft and our flooring looks fantastic. Thanks Tom, Abraham and your entire crew for the amazing job you did and in record time! read more

We decided to use Zona Floors to install four rooms of wood laminate flooring because they are a small, family owned business. We made the right choice. From the start, everyone was helpful and professional. Jacob came to our house, did the measuring, quickly emailed us an estimate and told us what to order. He picked up the material from the supplier and held it in their showroom until the installation. He was responsive and capably answered all our questions. Pablo and his crew did the installation and it went very smoothly. We expected it to take 4 days but they sent two crews the first day so it was done in a day and a half. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were here except for the beautiful floors that added value and comfort to our home. I highly recommend Zona Floors and would use them again. read more

Zona floors is a great company to work with. They came out immediately to give us a quote, very reasonable rates. We did have 3 other quotes, so we knew they were all in line with each other. The flooring was quoted for 1 week's worth of work and they followed through and our tile was done in 1 week with an excellent tile crew which we included to have new trim installed, Raphael was awesome to work with. Total job was for 2400 sq ft. We love our tile floors. Both my husband and I would recommend them to anyone. I would strongly recommend if they tell you how much it will be to take out your old flooring, let them do it. Our flooring was fake wood and each board was glued down, huge mistake for us to rip out our own flooring. Listen to Zona Flooring, have them take out your flooring for you. read more

On the day the project was to start, the contractors arrived in time and were ready to work. They were absolute professionals in every way. The installer were professional and did every thing to ensure a smooth installation. The installation was completed in record time with no delays and they did a beautiful job. Floor installation can be a dirty and dusty job but they left the area immaculate. Their prep are was in my garage and it hasn't been so clean since we move in. My compliments to Pablo, Pablo and Jose for the best job possible. My compliments also to Tom for his expertise in preparing an accurate and understandable quote. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Zona Flooring! What was expected to be a three-day flooring installation was completed beautifully in just one day. The entire crew was polite, respectful, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. The finished floors look absolutely amazing! A special thank you to Abraham, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was professional, attentive, and stopped by several times during the installation to monitor the work, answer my questions, and make sure everything was on track and meeting my expectations. He was truly a pleasure to work with and is a tremendous asset to Zona Flooring. I absolutely love my new floors and would highly recommend Zona Flooring and Abraham to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service! read more

I decided to go with Zona floors because of Daniel! He was professional, kind, and very informative about the process and reasonable on the cost. I was impressed by him!! Truly one of a kind. I decided not to get any more quotes because I only wanted to work with Daniel! Somehow, I was confident that he would take care of me!! He is a good man, with a pure heart to take care of other people's needs. This is my first house purchase and he let me know there are still good people out there to partner up with to help you feel comfortable. The technician Oscar completed my floors and he did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I heard that Daniel is no longer working with the company. Wishing the best for him wherever he goes!!! Please see the pictures attached. Thanks Zona! read more

I recently had my shower tiled by Rey and his wife from Zona Floors, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The walls they worked with were not the most level, yet they managed to install the tile so seamlessly that you'd never know. I trusted Rey to choose the tile layout, and his craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The tiles are perfectly flat, with straight lines, and they left no mess behind. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly set them apart. Highly recommend Zona Floor for top-notch tile work! I made sure to contact Zona Floors to make sure they documented which installer worked at my place so I can use the same installer for the next bathroom here very soon. read more

Zona Floors just finished the demo and installation of my new floors! I cannot be happier with the service and workmanship from the time I placed the first call until the project was completed. Tom and Abraham were available to answer any questions. Jose was on site and managed the installation team who did an absolutely amazing job. My demo was hardwood and travertine and they completed it and cleaned it up in 2 days. They exceeded my expectations starting with the quote. I got two additional bids, which were not even close and in fact, their quotes included more of what they don't do versus what they do . Definitely talk to Tom when you are ready for your project! read more

Daniel arrived with samples and so much knowledge about flooring. He helped us choose a light shade wide plank vinyl flooring to replace our cheap dark flooring the man that flipped the house put in. The crew showed up on time, pulled up and disposed of the old flooring and installed the new flooring in one day. They cleaned up, vacuumed, reinstalled the molding and caulked all the molding so it looks perfect. All we need to do is a tiny bit of touch up paint in some places on the molding. Highly recommend Zona Floors. We had one other company come give us a quote which was a few thousand $s higher and had questionable reviews. read more
