He didn't try to upsell or act too fake or flattering like some of the salespeople at other companies do. We communicated mostly over email with Jeana, who was kind and responsive as well. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.

Unfortunately, scheduling the adjustment was just as frustrating. After three separate calls to set an appointment, the office finally confirmed a date. On the day of the appointment, the team simply never showed up. No phone call, no explanation, no follow‑up. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Xact Countertop Company. It's also concerning that Costco contracts with this company, given the lack of professionalism and accountability I encountered.

I was worried that the granite countertop would have to be removed but he jacked it up to secure it and no cracks. Then we had another bathroom vanity that had termite damage. We had some other cabinet companies look at repairing but they all said the marble counter top would have to be removed. I doubt they could be removed without cracking. He came over and looked at the damage. No problem, supported the countertop with jacks. Measured the cabinets, went to his shop and rebuilt the cabinets. He came out a week later and reinstalled. Everything turned out perfect and no evidence that 2 of the cabinets were replacements. Thankfully we were able to reuse the drawers. He even fixed scratch marks on our dining room wood door! He is very professional, precise with his work. We have other projects for him and won't consider using anyone else. Hats off to Israel and Julie for a job well done. I purchased the prefab quartz countertop pieces from a different supplier but I wasn't too thrilled about the communication (or lack thereof) with their preferred countertop installer. The same could not be said about Sebastian. From the initial planning to the fabrication to the actual installation, Sebastian was extremely communicative and responsive. He even had alternative options when my supplier had a slight mix-up during the pick-up process which is important if you are ever under a time constraint. Although I bought the prefab quartz pieces from another store, I ended up purchasing a marble slab from Sebastian directly since he was able to secure a beautiful slab at an unbeatable price. I live in Los Angeles and since I could not always be in Phoenix in person, I need contractors and tradesmen who I could trust to execute projects in my absence. Sebastian facetimed me and sent photos and videos during both planning and installation stages. He told me if there was anything I wasn't happy with he would happily fix it but nothing needed to be fixed.
