We found Floors N More because they could source the original floor tile that was in our home. We wanted to replace the carpet in the Guest Bedroom, Den, Master Bedroom/Closet to match before the patterns/lots changed. We also wanted to add a backsplash in the kitchen. We dropped into the showroom to see backsplash options. Lisa/owner was very friendly and great showing us options/answering questions and providing us grout and tile samples to take home and view there. Matt/Owner, later came out to give us an estimate and confirm what we were thinking. Matt answered any questions and measured and provided us an estimate before he left. Of course we already had chosen what tile we wanted by this time. Matt came when he said he would and installation began when he told me. Some other options I explored, I had to independently figure out installation. Which took a long time trying to get find someone or get someone to get back to me. Floors n More was also competitive on price, compared to other quotes we got. What we liked was they could give us a firm date on install. They also said they would work with us on installation. The amount of rooms we were doing, was going to be a challenge on moving out furniture/clothing/etc. Some other companies, said we had to have all rooms cleared out before they began. We were able to cycle through rooms, that made it more manageble to accomplish. We liked that Floors n More have their own people that do the work. Ramone/installer, arrived on time. I recently had my flooring redone by Matt and his team, and overall I am very pleased with the results. Matt, the owner, was extremely attentive throughout the process--he checked in with me regularly and even sent progress photos along the way, which I really appreciated. His crew was polite, efficient, and worked quickly without leaving any downtime between steps, from sanding to laying the floors to installing the baseboards. One thing I really value is that they stood by their work. After the main job was complete, they came back promptly to fix small areas that needed attention, such as caulking and a few misaligned nails in the baseboards. The finished floors are smooth, level, and feel wonderful to walk on. One critique would be the pattern of how the planks were laid. In some areas, the seams line up in a way that feels a bit repetitive, and I would have preferred more variation in the staggered pattern. That said, the quality of the workmanship and customer service was excellent, and I would happily recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to have their floors done. read more

We could not be more pleased with our new flooring from Matt, and his team, at Floors 'n More. We hired them to remove all of the carpeting in our upstairs and replace with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The entire process, from start to finish, was a great experience and I highly recommend choosing them for your next flooring job. Please avoid ar all costs!!! We purchased LVP from this store a couple of years ago and they also did the install. Two years later and we are having planks buckle and edges chip on the flooring. You would hope that the store would attempt to make things right, but they were quick to pass the buck to the flooring manufacturer who denied any issues with the flooring. Floors n More is quick to take your money, but no customer service after that. The flooring company claimed a water leak caused the flooring issue when the issue was happening prior to the leak and on the other side of the house. Matt, I was hoping for more support and customer service, but you were slow to respond to our inital inquiry and quick to pass the buck. Reply to Owner: Buckling of flooring in the kitchen was present prior to the leak in the laundry room. We made you aware that there had been a leak there, it was professionally remediated, and the repair with the flooring needed to be fixed, which we were open to paying for. Please don't blame everything on a leak that was not even in the same area. My wife had to stay diligent in following up with your team as they were not responsive. I don't think we will come to an agreement, so I appreciate your response, but buyer beware. read more

I could not be happier with my experience with Floors n More. I had postponed my home renovation for years because it was going to be such a large project. I had an in-home estimate for all 2042 sq ft of flooring (including my staircase), new baseboards, my countertops and back-splash. As well as full renovations to my existing fireplace and master bathroom. I had considered doing the project in sections, but I was ensured everything could be finished within a month and I went for it! It took me a few months after the project to complete the decorating and furnishings, but my home is AMAZING!!! My last flooring project was done by Baker Brothers 20 years ago, my bar was set high and Floors n More did not disappoint. They were considerably more affordable also, it allowed me to upgrade the products and stone used. I cannot say enough about how great the whole crew was. Al, along with his son and daughter did the most beautiful flooring install and they were such a pleasure to have in my home. Gerardo did the fireplace facing, the back splash and my gorgeous shower and Bob the handyman re-faced/re-framed my fireplace before the new stone. He came to the rescue several times to repair things that were discovered after old flooring was removed. He also installed both bathroom vanities (from Costco) and my kitchen sink. There is a guy there named "Eric" (obviously lied about his name over the call) that needs a lesson in customer service. I am no professional this is why I am calling to get a quote on a job with the known sq ft, material, and demo. From the start I could tell this guy had attitude in his voice and was being condescending. I asked about including baseboards then this guy hangs up on me! Are you serious?! He does not need to be working with customers with his attitude. I guess you cant ask questions now. People are literally paying thousands of dollars on their home and you want to catch an attitude when they ask basic qustions. Get your head out of your own A$$. Update to the review so I just found out that the lady lied to me about the employee's name and the owner's name when I called back. Oh I had wonderfully high hopes... especially when spending in excess of $20,000. We had a lot of faith and trust in this guy "Matt" with his warm smile and charming personality. Whatever you do, do not accept the "chicken scratch" illegible estimate he will offer with a that smile. I promise it will come back to bite you in the ass, when you try to call him on work that was not done. He, Matt, does nothing by computer and you are at his mercy for what he "promises" and actually delivers. To start... promised 2 week job took 5 weeks to finish. Okay... I lived with that. My project called for 270 square feet of tile which I was charged for. Matt came up with the lame excuse that he had to purchase all the marble in a lot to get consistency. Ridiculous...190 square feet of tile that went into the trash because he said "well, you are stuck with it and I don't know what to tell you". $1,900.00 of tile trashed. During the entire 5 week project Matt came by once at our insistence due to inconsistent work. His words to my wife and I... "You two need to get a life". Problems started with the first plumber... couldn't get the brand new replaced bathtub in straight. When the plumber left, the tub was in crooked and Matt insisted our home was crooked. Then came the shower niche... 5 times it had to be reworked because it was not level and the sides were crooked. Replacing the bathroom floor became a nightmare because the tile installer insisted on using a jackhammer to get the old tile floor up quickly. Because of the fine dust and the failure of the tile installer to warn us or cover electronics up with plastic... within 5 minutes of getting him to stop computers, TV's, and other electronics inhaled the dust causing failure to electric components. Ha! You would think that would be the end of it. The shower floor does not tilt toward the drain so we have to squeegee the bottom of the shower after each use. When building the niche in the bathroom, nails came through into the living room wall... so more damage. They never sealed any of the tile... I had to do it. Word of advice... run... run and find anyone else. This is not the man or the company to allow in your home. I could write a book about this horror story... hopefully you get the idea because this is just the beginning. Thank God for the Arizona Registrar of Contractors... because I have a huge complaint. read more

UPDATE. 11/10/2022 SHAMEFUL, that FLOORS N MORE would expect their customers to pay for repairs of their improper, poor workmanship. They replaced tile in our bathrooms and did NOT properly install the wax ring at the base of the toilet, SO DUE TO THEIR UNEXCEPTABLE WORKMANSHIP, we had SEWER WATER COME UP AT THE BASE OF OUR TOILET and ran across the bathroom floor and started down a hallway. This was after 6 pm. (Mind you the store is closed, and they wanted us to call them first) We were lucky enough to find a 24 /7 place to come out, as I'M trying to use a wet vac to clean up sewer water from my floors and mop boards. It was a disaster, and our gut feeling was if one was bad what would be the chances of the other toilet was bad. it was, we have pictures to prove it , and also had them scope our line, and sure enough there was also a piece of tile in the line, Matt's respond was he would pay for ONLY HALF. This is how he does business, beware, and think twice, or you may be cleaning UP SEWER off your floors. Would you call your insurance first if your house was on fire? Better know his game before doing business, OR YOUR PROBLEM OCCURS DURING BUSINESS HOURS. read more

Me & my husband had been shopping/looking around before we settled with Floors n More! We were wanting someone who could work with us in short timing, had a selection of floors & a good reputation. I found this company through yelp so based on reviews I decided to go visit. Upon entering we were greeted by Lisa & felt welcomed. They have nice showroom with a great selection of wood look tile. Lisa was professional & gave us some tips on selecting a tile. We were able to take some samples home to help us decide. Once we made a decision Lisa was on board & made the transition so easy. We were on the schedule with in a week. We removed carpets & tile all downstairs from our two story home it was a little over 1100 square ft job. It took 9 days in total to finish the job. Martin was an AMAZING worker!! He is knowledgeable & easy to work with. He made the stress and transition into a smooth one. Thank you Martin for helping out so much especially with moving furniture, being patient with my dogs & being so accommodating to all the changes. He knows what he's doing & works so beautifully!!! The only complaint I have which is minimal is I never received a call or visit from Matt or Patty to see how things were going throughout the process or installation. we used floors and more and we couldn't be more disappointed. Their estimator used funny math, and came up with a larger number than the first bid we had from another company. After faxing the original bid to the company they came up with some flimflam excuse of why it happened, we had the floor installed while we were away for the summer. They had to remove two toilets move the refrigerator and the stove and R&R the tile when we came back in the fall right after we got back the toilet in the front bathroom overflowed it was 6 o'clock at night and we scrambled mightily to find somebody to come out , and fix the overflow, they cleanEd the lines out, lifted the toilet up and found that the wax ring was improperly installed. That's why it was leaking. We had toilet water running in the bathroom out into the hallway onto our freshly painted mop boards when the plumber showed me the wax ring and told me it was not installed correctly. I contacted floors and more the next day , they refused to pay for the repair of the wax ring because I did not contact them when it happened. It was 6 o'clock at night and my x-ray glasses were not working properly so how did I know if the wax ring was installed properly or not after a back-and-forth with one of the ladies in the office he agreed to pay half of the plumbers bill half of $311 almost 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for my check they do not answer my emails and they still have the key to the house. I wouldn't do business with this outfit if a gun was held on my head. They are unethical and incompetent and they don't cover any of their mistakes. read more
