A few people in Sun City we know have used them and had nothing but good things to say. I have seen one of their kitchen and bathroom remodels from Alba and it was beautiful and level! They have some really nice materials to offer. Right now we are working on a do it yourself project for our flooring. They only provide materials along with their installation. Definately keeping them on the back burner for our next project where we will need them.

Unfortunately, the gentleman Frank drilled the hole the wrong size--too big. Now, our RO faucet does not sit properly on the counter, and we will have to rig it up, ruining the aesthetics. We told him BEFORE he started drilling that the bit looked too big, but he insisted it was fine. He didn't measure the bit up to the sizing diagram we provided him. We contacted Joshua, who proceeded to curse and threaten us with lawyers if we didn't pay him. Joshua stated that the services were rendered and that if we didn't pay, he would put a lien on our home (over $250 ). Joshua was screaming that he would show up to our home with lawyers and his crew and that "they don't make 1 inch diamond drill bits for granite (lol)" I mean really, it's a hole. It's too big. The guy didn't measure twice cut once. Calm down Joshua, no need to scream at people. No wonder your employee told us to contact him directly if there were any issues. We are not going to be bullied into paying for services that we didn't request- which is a hole too big for our faucet that we now have to fix. Please look elsewhere unless you like dealing with hotheads. Edit: If the owner thinks this install is acceptable- a wobbly install, not seated on the counter, with a gap visible from across the room, then he really is as delusional as he sounded when he cursed out my husband and threatened to show up at my house with 'his lawyer' if we didn't pay him. We researched various companies and received bids to resurface the deck, steppingstones, and our patio. Leah Hare, the Design Consultant, explained the various characteristics (UV stable, slip resistant, cooler surface, crack resistant, low maintenance, etc.) of installing a recycled rubber product (Rubberstone) rather than going with flagstone, stamp or an epoxy covering. She was very professional in her presentation of the Rubberstone product and did not pressure us to make a decision. Based on the Rubberstone product to be installed over an existing surface, multiple colors available, a 6-year warranty and reasonable price, we decided to go with Stressless Remodeling. On the day of installation, the installers Martin (lead), Francisco and Anthony arrived on time and resurfaced the pool deck, steppingstones and patio within 4 hours including cleanup time. They were very professional and personable. The workmanship was excellent and we are so pleased with the results. Looks great! We highly recommend Stressless Remodeling if you are in need of resurfacing your pool deck and related areas.

He was the salesman for our job. We have a warranty for 2 years, but when we called for assistance, we were told there was no coverage. Calling the office was a waste of time. Calls weren't returned. We did have a brief conversation with someone named "Lelo", which turned into text messages that were not returned. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company - Stressless Remodeling - based on the service we received. "Stressless" has provided inferior service from the get go with the Rubberstone product and do not follow up on their warranties. In reading other reviews, those people have experienced the same issues we have - lousy workmanship and horrible warranty follow-up. We are seniors, and money spent for us is important. This was a sad waste of our funds. I see the owner of this company, Derek Wood, boasting on the website of their great service and it is not true in our case. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this one felt important.
