My mother has been ignored by Tom & Jason Booth as well as a gentleman named Grayson. We had a bad storm months ago and one of the beams came completely off (screws were not secured) and they keep telling her oh we will come fix it and then go silent! Called numerous times and no answer to reply. Honor your warranty and help my mother out!! Will never buy from them again even after suggesting to all my friends. I would not recommend this company. They left trash in my yard and my soffit and fascia unfinished. Although they said they would send someone out to finish it, they didn't . After 2 months, I hired someone myself and had the work finished and the trash hauled off. The pergola is just that, a metal pergola. Nothing fancy. I think any company that has an owner that cares could do the work. Tom got upset with me when I has questions. He told his 'worker' to do the minimal and not anything extra...What? Really? He is the owner and took offense to my questions... I am very sure that is why Chris (Tom's brother) never sent the guy over to finish. Anyway, now they want their money... which I will pay, less the extra expense I incurred. read more

This company does it right! They went out of their way to be patient and answer my husband's questions and concerns. (He's absolutely nuts, probably asked them 1000 things.) They even came out twice to look at our patio (my husband, again) and ours was even a fairly small job. This past spring Booth Built came out and installed window shades in my clinic, and we have a lot of windows. This is our third job by Booth Built and it was the best so far. We moved to a new home and needed repairs to a pergola and screened in lanai. We had delays in the renovation of the house had to postpone the work several months. Chris stood by his bid and even added some additional elements at no additional charge. The young team of Jake, Josh and Brian were superb. They were polite, diligent and knowledgeable. When a question arose that they were not sure of, they checked back with the owner to make sure they got it right.
