Can I give SIX stars?? From the start of booking an estimate to the finished deck, this couldn't have gone more smoothly. Our salesman David was extremely patient with us as we deliberated all our choices (we were still considering traditional "cool" decking) and never pressured us or tried to upsell. In fact, he went out of his way to be sure we got the best price possible. Once we booked it, communication from the project manager was timely and professional; I was happy with the emails and texts I received updating me with the estimate, work timeline, and day-of information. On installation day, the crew (Martin, Francisco, and Jorge Sr.) were punctual, friendly, and efficient. They maintained an immaculate worksite, even laying down tarps in our driveway for where they'd be running the wheelbarrow across to the back yard. They worked solidly for their entire time on the job, but were friendly when I popped out with questions or to take photos. I was especially impressed with the care they took with the edging around our pool--I'm sure they sighed a bit when they saw all of the cutout edges and corners (what a job this would be!) but they cheerfully took it in hand and spent as much time on each joint as it took to make it perfect. They were so careful with trimming the edges of the grass so as to be able to trowel the rubberstone in a perfect arch all the way around--it looks absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail was above and beyond what I expected. I'm absolutely delighted with the look of the new deck. Our poor old deck was in such bad shape, and now the back yard is completely transformed. It's truly gorgeous! We (including all the grandbabies) spend virtually the entire summer in and around our pool, so having a softer, cooler surface than traditional "cool" deck is going to be a game-changer. I'll update this post with a photo of little ones sitting on it in July, in case folks want proof of yes, it really is cooler than anything else! read more

After almost 20 years our concrete pool deck had multiple cracks as well as the color of the surface had faded. We researched various companies and received bids to resurface the deck, steppingstones, and our patio. Leah Hare, the Design Consultant, explained the various characteristics (UV stable, slip resistant, cooler surface, crack resistant, low maintenance, etc.) of installing a recycled rubber product (Rubberstone) rather than going with flagstone, stamp or an epoxy covering. She was very professional in her presentation of the Rubberstone product and did not pressure us to make a decision. Based on the Rubberstone product to be installed over an existing surface, multiple colors available, a 6-year warranty and reasonable price, we decided to go with Stressless Remodeling. On the day of installation, the installers Martin (lead), Francisco and Anthony arrived on time and resurfaced the pool deck, steppingstones and patio within 4 hours including cleanup time. They were very professional and personable. The workmanship was excellent and we are so pleased with the results. Looks great! Over 2 weeks since StressLess made a mess of our pool deck. They completely covered the pool coping on one side, and the other side is a mixture of our landscaping rock and their coating stuck together. We had an appt to fix this yesterday, and when they no showed, we were told the crew Mgr had a heat injury the day before. We have been trying to get this issue resolved since August 2024. In January 2025, we even received a written guarantee letter from the owner, Derek Woods, assuring us the problem would be corrected. Unfortunately, the product did not last, and despite repeated attempts over more than a year, nothing has been properly resolved. We have dealt directly with the owners, Denya and Derek Woods, regarding replacement of the failed product, with no meaningful follow-through. Their employees do not keep scheduled appointments, often fail to show up, and have left our childcare center out of compliance on multiple occasions, which is completely unacceptable. This level of negligence puts our business and licensing at risk. This was a $28,000 job, and the lack of professionalism, accountability, and reliability is shocking. We would never recommend this company. We were referred to them through 3TV, and we will be contacting them regarding this experience as well. We will also be reporting this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Extremely unprofessional from start to finish. read more

I paid Stressless Remodeling & ConcreteCoating $5,000 to coat my pool deck. Salesreps and the owner assured me cracks and crabgrass would be handled, but the crew said during installation the product couldn't be leveled over cracks and grass would grow through. The finished job has loose coping, a visible seam,and grass already growing through, and the company has repeatedly failed to schedule promised repairs. I want a full repair or refund.1/5 read more

I had my back patio and my front entrance done about 4 years ago. While I mostly love the product and the look, it stains (maybe watermarks?) fairly easily and I'm unable to remove the stains. Recently, I had Riverstone installed on my back patio and all around the pool area. It was a two day process. My initial contact with rubber stone, and the employee that came out to give me my estimate and look at my property was delightful. My experience with the installers was fantastic, they were extremely respectful of my property and took many precautions to not get any debris on my driveway or on my artificial turf. The final outcome is amazing, I am beyond happy with the final results, and it is in fact better than I had anticipated. It made such a visual and physical change to both areas. The product is much softer to walk in and all my old cracks and faded decking of covered.I highly recommend this company and this product all homeowners. read more

We had a patio and front sidewalk laid in February 2025. Thank you Renso, Oscar and Alan for what looked like a job well done. Within a couple of weeks we started seeing major indentions in the back patio. We only had the salesman's name (Dean) and telephone number, so he was sent numerous texts and asked to have someone call. He finally said he'd have customer service call. After waiting patiently for a couple of weeks, additional texts were sent. An individual named Alex finally called in late March 2025 with assurance that he would get someone into the Kingman (AZ) area by mid to late April. It is now the last of May and and there has been NO one calling or coming by. We had planned on having the driveway completed later this year - but now - with the horrible customer service, no way will we spend the large amount of money ($1,000s of $$$) that it would take. And would we recommend - absolutely not. Actually - we had suggest to at least three (3) friends that they should use this company and product. They have since been told - don't spend the thousands of dollars for the product - because customer service is non-existent. What a shame that their guarantees when selling you the product, are not met after the installation of this costly product. No recommendation from us. read more
