We bought a flip where the flipper cut every corner they could. The main shower wasn't water-proofed correctly and leaked, causing one of the walls to fail in just 10 months. We called AZ Remodel Pros to come and redo the shower right -- we weren't trusting the original flipper to repair it correctly. AA Remodel Pros came out right away, assessed the damage, proposed a fix, and did the work with no delay, all at a fair price. They were very professional, in constant contact, and answered any and all questions we had. Their guys came out every day until the work was done, which it was in less time than quoted! Brian and Juan came out to evaluate the job (tile work) and we planned out the job accordingly. They had good insight as a carpet was being ripped up and tile would be connected throughout. Due to layout, it was impossible to line up the grout lines but they had great recommendations and added a transition which looks great. We did have a couple issues on day 2 as the guys doing the work were not informed and started at the wrong place so the incorrect lines were being lined up. That was corrected easily as only 3 tiles were placed before I noticed. However, as tile was being placed, it seems the incorrect spacers were being used so the first row lined up but progressive tiles the grout line were not lining up little by little. I did notice quickly as I was working but I contacted Brian who responded immediately who was able to get Juan to come down to the house and resolve it immediately. We all make mistakes but I believe it is how they are resolved is what matters and it was resolved quickly and well. Happy with the look and I am confident if I have any issues they will respond and resolve to satisfaction. read more

Brian and AZ Remodel pros did a pretty nice job all things considered. I like to be a little more hands on than most, which I know isn't typical when you hand over the keys. Fairly big remodel- step one, remove popcorn from the ceilings and paint the entire house including ceilings... well, they painted the ceilings and didnt remove the popcorn. Brian completely ate that and took fault and it was corrected within a few days. The flooring came out EXCELLENT! Shower came out pretty nice as well... few little things like not raising the shower head while we were in there and a few things slightly off centered but the shower still looks fabulous and I've received multiple compliments on it. There were quite a few mishaps along the way, dings on my fridge, base boards being ripped up by mistake, fan blades damaged, but every issue was handled promptly and professionally by Brian. The worst part by far was the painter and lack of attention to detail and care. The main thing, is Brian is a professional, trustworthy, a man of his word. Would I use AZ Remodel Pros again? Absolutely. I know next time will be a a lot smoother too, as I will have a better idea of what to expect. read more

Not sure if our bathroom remodel qualifies as a large remodel,but was huge for us. We met with several contractors, and Brian was the first and only one that wanted to hear about what we wanted. Our remodel consisted of removing a stall shower and repurposing the space into an additional linen closet. Remove existing garden tub, and build in floor to ceiling shower with a bench and second shower head. Also replace dual sink counter tops in master and guest bath. The team was amazing, Izzy was always on top of getting what was needed throughout the build. Joey was incredible with his work ethic, although his punctuality left something to be desired, but overall worked out very well. Jose and his glass guys were incredible. AJ and the countertop guys did exactly what was asked for, and to a standard that was really amazing. And through all of it, Brian kept all the processes moving. He did it not only like it really mattered to him, but was as critical of the work as we were.
