After doing our due diligence and researching several contractors, we contacted AZ Remodel Pros for an estimate on a major interior home remodel. Our first interaction was with Nicole, who was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She clearly explained the estimating process, timelines, and next steps, making us feel comfortable and informed from the start. A few days later, Brian met with us at our home, and we were immediately impressed. He was punctual, communicated his arrival time in advance, and demonstrated a level of professionalism that is hard to find. More importantly, Brian took the time to truly listen to our vision. Drawing on his extensive knowledge and experience, he offered thoughtful ideas and creative solutions that would not only enhance the design but also improve the functionality and enjoyment of our home. Throughout the walkthrough, Brian carefully evaluated the space, took measurements, documented the existing layout, and discussed product recommendations and design options. What stood out most was his integrity and honesty. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, he focused on helping us make informed decisions that aligned with our goals and budget. After the visit, Brian explained the next steps and told us he would prepare a ROM with a detailed scope of work and cost breakdown. To our surprise, we received it just a few hours later. The proposal was exceptionally detailed, transparent, and easy to understand, with every aspect of the project clearly itemized. It was by far the most comprehensive, factual, and professional estimate we've ever seen. He even included references, which further demonstrated his confidence in the quality of his work and commitment to transparency. If we could give Brian and the AZ Remodel Pros team more than five stars, we absolutely would. Brian's integrity, expertise, experience, and dedication to his clients set him apart from the competition. Working with him was a pleasure, and we would highly recommend AZ Remodel Pros to anyone considering a remodeling project. read more

We hired AZ Remodel Pros for a small guest bathroom remodel. Since it was our first experience with hiring a company for remodel work, we naturally had lots of questions throughout the whole process. Brian and Izzy did an amazing job patiently answering all of them, helping with decisions and recommendations all along the way. Their communication was frequent and detailed and kept the project moving smoothly along. We never felt rushed or pushed into something that we didn't want. Joey and Chris did a fantastic job with the work. They were experienced and meticulous and took the time to make sure everything was done the way we wanted. The few times we requested to change something, it was immediately addressed with no hesitation. They were careful to keep flooring covered and dust contained with plastic, and cleaned up before leaving each day. We had estimates from several companies before deciding, and AZ Remodel Pros came in around the middle of the range. The work completed exactly as was estimated, except for an additional item that we requested during construction, which added to the estimate and was clearly communicated and approved by us before being done. Overall, the company is professional, reliable and does great work. With so many horror stories we heard about contractors, we were delighted to find that we made a great choice for our first remodel. We definitely recommend them based on our experience, and will be calling them back for any future needs we have. read more

We met with Larry Ditter in our home after our initial contact at a Home Show and were immediately impressed with his professionalism and excellent suggestions and ideas for our very small bathroom space. We had gotten another previous quote and felt very comfortable with Remodel Experts - we signed up that night and got their 10% discount for contracting on the initial meeting. Meeting with Larry for selecting materials and finishes at their preferred suppliers was a very pleasant experience - excellent selection and service and a very wide leeway on cost allowance. With his help and suggestions, we were able to choose exactly what we wanted in a very short amount of time. Halfway into the process, we came up with significant changes in scope and design. We compromised on the cost of the fixtures and initial requirements and Remodel Experts included the changes with no added costs. Steve Ditter was very accommodating and excellent to work with. The actual implementation went very smoothly and the construction crew members could not have been more efficient and courteous. Even with our design and requirements changes, the project was finished on a very timely basis. The bath is now amazing - It has been transformed from an eyesore to the most luxurious space in the house. I will enthusiastically recommend Remodel Experts to anyone looking for an excellent remodeling contractor. read more

We had the pleasure of selling a home AZ Remodel Pros did a full remodel on, and their work was nothing short of exceptional. They completely transformed the property--inside and out--adding square footage, redesigned an open kitchen, replaced the roof, and installed a beautifully designed butler's pantry. The open floor plan, high-end smart home features, and upgraded irrigation system were thoughtfully executed and instantly impressed everyone who walked through the door. What truly set their work apart was the incredible attention to detail. Every finish and design choice felt intentional and high-quality, making the home stand out and easier to sell. Amazing service! We used them to turn an empty room in our house into a master bathroom. Adding new plumping to an existing internal room and then adding toilet, sink, marble shower and tile. They handled all the coordination between all the trades and were one solid point of contact for me on when construction would need access to the house. They handled all the permitting and design revisions through their Houz app, so everything was organized and I could look back on the process. Construction is always full of new challenges each day but they were responsive and professional throughout the almost two years of this project. When I need future renovations and feel overwhelmed by the process, I'm going to call AZ Remodel Pros manage my project. The service they provide is well worth their price! read more

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted. read more
