We worked with 123 Remodeling on a major front-of-house renovation: kitchen, den, guest bathroom, bar area, and all new flooring throughout the house. We're thrilled with the end result! Rhonda (business owner) genuinely cares about her clients and making sure everything is done right. Her team is talented, professional, and kept the workspace remarkably clean throughout the process (which we really valued). They also didn't just wrap up and walk away, Rhonda made sure every item on our punch list was completed and followed through on the finishing touches. We absolutely love our new space and recommend Rhonda to anyone looking for someone who is hands-on and fully committed from start to finish. read more

My wife and I have a typical Arizona fireplace called a Beehive Style in our home. We have been debating about what to do with it and I've kind of put it on the back burner for a while until the other day. I called 123 Remodeling and spoke with Tyler McCabe. We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's looking at peel and stick tile which we found would not work. He suggested mosaic tile would work and that they could do the project. He said to go pick up mosaic tile at whatever big box store we would like so we went to Floor Decor and discovered a stone pattern that we really liked. Tyler's guys came over and did a immaculate job and transformed our blasé fireplace into a piece of art. Everything went so smoothly and so well you would never know these guys were even in our house. I can't say enough positive about Tyler and 123 Remodeling. If you're looking for any type of interior design or interior home improvement project don't make the mistake of not calling Tyler at 123 Remodeling . You can rest assured if there's any other interior design going on in our house, he will be the person to do it. We have one final step to complete, which is the application of a sealer/enhancer that will make it pop. I will post the final photo once that is completed. read more

Wow! We are so happy with the work that was done on our primary bath remodel. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Krista (our designer/manager) has both great design skills and communication skills. She kept us in the loop and made several suggestions that were valuable to our project. I would happily recommend 123 Remodel to all of our friends. Thank, Bill and Linda Malone. read more

Great customer service. Price way out of my range. I provided a budget and they exceeded it by $15K. In addition not everything we discussed in the home visit was captured at the in house estimate therefore I did not totally get what was requested. read more

Our experience with 123 Remodeling was the complete opposite of the typical remodeling horror stories you often hear. From the very first meeting, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and depth of experience. Unlike other companies we spoke with, their team came prepared--immediately measuring our space, asking thoughtful questions about our design preferences, and, within two weeks, presenting us with samples and concepts tailored to our vision. One of the most refreshing aspects of working with 123 Remodeling was how comfortably and transparently they discussed the budget. They not only respected our budget from day one, but maintained that respect throughout the entire process--something we truly appreciated. While there was a designer change early on, it had no negative impact on our experience or timeline. We worked closely with Danny for the duration of the remodel, and he was an absolute standout--highly communicative, full of helpful advice, and always mindful of our style, material efficiency (we have two kids and 4 dogs) and financial goals. We also want to give a special shout-out to Bobby, the foreman, who ensured all the crews worked timely, efficiently and cleanly--a rare combination in remodeling! Bobby- was absolutely amazing and we never doubted his leadership in this remodel. The entire project took about three months to complete, which was right on schedule with their initial estimate. That kind of timeliness is practically unheard of in home renovations. We now have the home of our dreams and couldn't be happier. Huge thanks to Danny, Bobby, Rhonda, and the rest of the 123 Remodeling team. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and talented remodeling company. read more

Good start, weak finish. Design problems, lack of attention to details, lead to poor workmanship and quality at the end. Project Manager slow to take accountability. I arranged and paid additional money to bring in electricians and a plumber because did not trust 123 Remodeling. I would not recommend this company. read more

We hired 123 Remodeling to give a face lift to our new home. Our project covered gutting 2 bathrooms including master, kitchen, framing to create an office, drop zone update and other smaller miscellaneous updates. Pricing was fair compared to other design/builds and we liked their process. Rhonda and her team (special mention to coordinator Vanessa and contractor team Bobby, Lusian) were exceptional at getting the job done within our desired timeline. Any time hiccups arose(no renovation has none), they were always quick and ready to find a solution, even if it meant getting on a zoom call at 10pm. They truly care and will move mountains to keep the client happy. Would recommend and would use again. read more

A little more than a year after our remodel, one of our kitchen cabinet tracks came loose and broke. We contacted Rhonda and by the next day we received a response from her team. In a matter of a few days she sent Cristen out to evaluate the job and a couple day later Jordan came out to repair the cabinet. We were extremely pleased with the results, professionalism and excellent workmanship Rhonda and her team provided. We expected to have to pay for the repairs since we were out of the warranty period. The best part was that it took under a week to resolve our issue and we weren't charged a fee for the service call or repairs!! read more

Customer service was dismal at best. We began well, but customer service quickly became lacking. I had a follow up appointment on October 27th to solidify the design concept. We last heard from Debbie on November 10th that renderings will be forward asap. We are still waiting on December 3rd. Needless to write we aren't impressed and will never do business here. read more

We recently had 123 Remodel our home. It was an exceptional experience. The design and renditions were extremely well done and captured exactly what we were trying to accomplish in the remodel. We were guided by Rhonda and her team with suggestions along the way selecting the right products and they always were cognizant of staying within our budget. Most importantly the communication from the start to finish was outstanding, they were available and responsive at all times day and night throughout our project. Our home came out amazing. Since writing my review, the owner contacted me and took full ownership of what happened. She showed great integrity and offered to do anything she could to make it up to me. So I chalk up the event to a fluke. read more

Can I give more than 5 stars? It all started with Rhonda the designer. We couldn't see how we were going to make our retirement home work. She came up with a design that blew us away. Rhonda helped us with choosing flooring, cabinets, color schemes and finishes. Word of advice, listen to Rhonda carefully and follow her guidance. Ben the magician turned the vision into reality. He uses a top notch staff of professionals throughout the build process. His work was so good that we kept expanding the project to make our once dungenous house into a functional masterpiece. Price was very reasonable and Ben went above and beyond every single time. The response time was instantaneous and he was able to complete each request we asked of him. Best of all, the team showed up everyday to work and completed the job early! We interviewed other companies but knew 123 Remodeling was the best choice once we met Ben & Rhonda. read more

My husband and I are looking to buy our first house . We were referee to 123 by a friend. . Ronda met us at the house before we closed and gave us honest opinion on what we should or should not spend money on. The ideas were things we could actually afford to do and her and Vanessa were very understanding about helping us stay in budget but still get what we wanted! I feel like she cut me special deals just to help me out. I couldn't thank her enough, She told me she loves making beautiful homes for everyone and just to tell everyone I can about my experience. So here I am! 5 stars! read more

123 Remodeling was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Rhonda expertly steered us through all aspects of the design process and we could not be more pleased with the results. Our kitchen transformed from a dark, cramped, outdated space into an open, functional, airy space that is a delight to cook in. We were stumped on how to deal with a large island in the center that hampered access to much of the space, and Rhonda quickly came up with a creative solution to remove the island, create a floor mosaic in its place, and extend the countertops on the side into a stunning peninsula that optimized both space and function. Ben and Mauro's team were committed to every detail and ensured that nothing was overlooked in the process. They were flexible in not only taking care of the kitchen remodel, but also remodeled our mudroom and buffet and took care of additional miscellaneous projects around the house that needed care. Every member of the team was kind and all were consummate professionals. It was clear that they took pride in the quality of their work and the results were outstanding. We appreciated their communication throughout the project, as well as their attention to the budget. This was our first remodeling project and we were greatly reassured to work with such a stellar team. We talked with several other contractors before choosing 123 Remodeling and we are so happy that we trusted our instincts and chose Rhonda and Ben's team. They demonstrated integrity at every step and clearly put their hearts into everything they do. We cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

123 Remodeling handled our recent home renovations and the finished product is outstanding! Our remodel included all tile flooring on the main level, kitchen, powder room and dining room light fixture. I was not sold on needing a designer's help, but Rhonda does quite an exceptional job...not just with her creative design ideas but with help on sourcing the materials and getting GREAT discounts! Our PM Tony was all over keeping us on schedule and getting us back in our kitchen as quickly as he could, and he had great contractors contributing to the high quality end product. We are already working on a list of additional renovations we want 123 to come back to do for us. That is the best compliment we can think of. Use 123 Remodeling, you will not regret the decision! read more

Working with 123 Remodeling was great! They went above and beyond to guide us through our remodel. The value is there; they over delivered on our expectations. Although there were some things that were postponed(it's bound to happen) they were great about communicating and getting ahead of things to be mindful of us and our home. Would highly recommend! read more

Rhonda handled everything beautifully throughout the process. A leak left our bathroom destroyed and she had an amazing vision that she brought to life. She was patient when we changed our mind and had some swaps we needed to make. My friends are so tired of hearing me talk about how much I love my new bathroom! read more

We chose 123 Remodeling to remodel our master bath based on a good interaction with their designer. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The designer made a huge oversight by not realizing we'd have to push out our wall in order to fit a standard tub. While they didn't charge us extra for that work, it was added construction we didn't want. Within a few weeks, the first team that had completed 80% of the work were let go by the company. That group had been working with very little or no oversight (at least not on the worksite) and almost everything they had touched needed to be redone in one way or another. And all the work we can't see - who knows if it was done properly? It took another two months to actually complete the project and we're still left with a couple of items that aren't reasonable to fix yet aren't up to par. It was painful from almost beginning to end and we're left with a finished project that we will never be 100% happy with. We plan to do our kitchen next and will absolutely not use 123 Remodeling. read more

We are extremely grateful to Rhonda and her team at 123 Remodeling for making our dream home a reality. Rhonda has an incredible eye for design! I was introduced to many contractors when I decided to do a full remodel on my family home and I am so incredibly happy I chose Ben and 123 remodeling. This was my first time taking on any kind of construction, and with 2 small children, I was eager to have this be as swift and timely as possibly so we wouldn't be displaced longer than expected. I was given a 2 month timeline, which by all means, was much faster than I had anticipated. Not only was my home done BEFORE the completion date, but the gentlemen working on my home were kind, respectful, and clean. I was back in my home in 7 weeks and I cannot be happier. Ben and his crew went above and beyond in every possible way. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ben and 123 remodeling, and I have and would recommend them to anyone. read more

123 Remodeling truly transformed my old, tired 1980's guest bathroom! In the beginning, the design team, Rhonda and Chanell provided excellent guidance to create the serene design I was hoping for. I love my new bathroom and will undertake the second bathroom renovation with 123 Remodeling in a few weeks! read more

From creating the perfect layout to finding pieces we absolutely loved, our designer really took our space and elevated it. We never dreamed our home could look - and feel - this good. She leveled up our living space ten fold. We use to dread the thought of hosting but now love to host people in our gorgeous home. She made the project fun and inspired us to break out of our comfort zone to get hands on in different areas of the construction process. We have had the privilege of seeing two other homes Rhonda worked on and both are stunning. Rhonda is definitely an artist in her field of design, staging, and interior decorating. read more
