Ellen and her team were amazing! We purchased our home knowing we were going to be upgrading but didn't know where to start. I called around a few general contractors and they would not even give me a quote since our job didn't sound like a large enough project, we had no idea the cost of what we wanted to do at the time and how it fit into our budget. When I got to White Builder on my list I was feeling discouraged but Ellen was so kind on the phone, came over to give us a quote that worked with our schedule and worked with us while we figured out where to start. They laid new tile throughout the bottom floor of our home, installed new baseboards, tore out the kitchen island, worked with our cabinet maker to move plumbing and electric, helped us choose, delivered and installed the gorgeous new countertop stone to start. She had a team at our house almost everyday completing something, they were always professional, skilled and left their work space so clean! When there was something we were concerned with she took it very seriously, made sure to correct them as needed or took the time to talk to us to make sure we were happy and understood. Then we decided to do more! We ended up doing the perimeter kitchen and she helped us source a matching quartzite stone, had it installed with the beautiful mitered edge and check quality the whole way. They moved the gas line for the stove and exhaust for the vent plus extended out soffit out. Her team was meticulous with making sure everything lined up and took the time they needed without rushing. We cannot recommend White Builder enough! They are thoughtful, professional and helpful. Ellen and her team worked with us through supply chain delays in deliveries and was quick to schedule the next steps as items came in. We were in the middle of a tragic bathroom remodel in which the previous "contractor" took the money and left. We had previously received a quote from Ellen and after coincidentally running into her we asked if she could help. She was willing to help even after we did not choose her for the job due to the competing quote being a little cheaper. She and her team came in and repaired many errors that the previous contractor made. They did a phenomenal job and we are thrilled with the way that our bathroom came out in the end. Her team showed up when promised and worked very carefully and precisely. They did not leave a mess as the previous contractor did. I recommend White Builder for any project that you have in mind, keep in mind that many parts are delayed beyond any contractors control at this point. (it took almost 3 months to get a bathtub). Ellen is great to work with And keeps you informed of any setbacks or unforeseen changes throughout the process. I would love to see what email your supposedly sent since I was the one who provided my email address. Also, I can 100% guarantee I never received a single call, let alone "multiple calls" or a voicemail. Ellen called me a few times to arrange a visit and I HAD her all her contact numbers saved in my phone so I would have seen her on my caller ID. Finally, the fact that your accusing me of being the reason you didn't follow through with sending me a quote is embarrassing for you as the "compliance team member" and you should just take the loss and move on without trying to blame me for your business practice failures. But, I get it, it makes you look like the good guy and shifts the blame... typical sub-standard contractor move from another shady Arizona contractor. read more

From the moment I received a response till after our job was completed we were very happy with White Builder. We needed our kitchen island to no longer include overhang. We needed it to be about a foot less than it was when house was built. Not only did White Builder take care of this is short period of time they also found exact match of granite. They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up. Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week. They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She's remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties. In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them. read more

Despite all of our efforts to double-check and triple-check our measurements, our new refrigerator was, literally, less than 1/8-inch too tall for our current kitchen cabinet enclosure space. Most contractors wouldn't help us because the job was "too small". Ellen jumped in to help us out. The father/son team she engaged was at our house on time (yes, when was the last time a contractor actually showed up on time??). They jumped right into the problem and were done adjusting the upper cabinet height in no time flat. They did a great job with no complaints or do-overs. In this day 'n age of mediocre inept contractors, this was an incredibly pleasant change from the "norm". I recently had my master bathroom remodeled by White Builder. I checked with a few contractors and decided to go with White. After meeting with Ellen and reviewing her quote (not the lowest) I decided this was the best option. After completing the project, I can honestly say that Ellen and her trades deserve higher than 5 stars. Ellen has an excellent work ethic. She truly cares about every detail of a project and is respectful, and makes her clients feel like family. Her trades do excellent work and go above and beyond to complete their work. They clean up all their gear and debris at the end of everyday and are good friendly people. If I ever had a question or an additional idea, I would text Ellen and literally within a couple minutes I would hear the trade's phone ring and a few minutes later, she would get back to me with a solution.
