So amazing! They were the only company that was up front about the price. Not only that, but they were about $1,000 to $2,000 below the other companies I got quotes from(from the same 'group' range.) Before I even met them, I sent Fabio my design and measurements. He replied that day and told me the turn around time, the cost for installation and fabrication, and the price range of their slabs. When I met with Fabio, he let me browse all the slabs and was patient while I decided. He let me pick out my choices and then when I needed a little extra help deciding, he was very honest about what complimented my cabinets and flooring and what he thought would clash, even though the ones that would clash were about 3 times the price of the others I liked. I ended up going with his advice, as he pointed out things I never thought of, and I ended up getting one of the least expensive slabs because it really complimented my flooring, without being too busy. I went home and told my husband that Fabio was amazing, he saved me so much money, when he could have just easily let me choose the more expensive slab even though it wouldn't compliment the colors of our kitchen. I was blown away with his expertise, honesty, kindness, and customer service. My neighbors told me all about Fabio and were very insistent I used him. They have had their countertops for about 2 to 3 years and not only do theirs look amazing, but they had such amazing things to say about the price, customer service, and Fabio specifically. I am so thankful I listened to my neighbors. Fabio also came to my home and took the template and measurements and helped me decide with going with an undermount sink, instead of top mount/drop in sink and now that it's all installed, I am so glad he suggested doing the undermount. It looks clean, seamless, and amazing-- and they installed it for me, complimentary! I also worked a little with Luiz and Victor when it came to questions, scheduling, and billing and they were both great and friendly. They were helpful and very prompt and kept me updated. Ivan and Gerard were the ones that installed. They came earlier than expected (called ahead to make sure it was okay) and had it installed in under an hour. They took such great care, were very kind and courteous, and very efficient. They did an amazing job and cleaned up afterward. I can not say enough about how amazing this company is as a whole. The materials look amazing, great quality and quality work, the price was amazing, but more importantly-- the customer service was beyond amazing. I could not have gotten luckier. We painted our 23 yr old basic cabinets in order to do some bit of refresh prior to wedding chaos for daughters "wedding week". Fresh painted cabinets with 23 yr old laminate was a no go. People thought I was crazy but I sent a few messages on facebook marketplace and Jennifer came to my rescue. We set everything up over text throughout the work day. I sent her some measurements, photos and preferences. She sent back 2 in stock choices I loved both her recommendations and easily made the choice. Fabio came to measure that same evening, they would install in 10 days on a Sunday no less - contract done. He recommended a bit taller backsplash and a composite undermount sink in a complimenting color. I wouldn't have thought of that. But it's perfect. So, I am not so crazy-from first contact and pull-in of install - complete in 7 DAYS!! We were so happy to have found this company. One of the reasons for not making costly changes in my home for so long is that you don't know who you can trust and you worry about making a bad design choice. I checked around and although they are not the cheapest they were extreamly thorough and explained everything. When it came to picking out the granite slabs they really walked me through their warehouse and talked me through everything. The prices they charge for the granite were very reasonable cheaper than most. When they came to measure they told me exactly how I could save some money by removing some of my old formica counters which was easy. The prices they charge for the install and the fabrication is the speandy part but they are in line with their competitors. When the installers showed up they were very nice. They helped me move some things out of the way to make room for the counters. They were efficient and clean. The owner of the company is Fabio and he has a lot of knowledge because he has been doing this for a long time. His sales person Victor was easy to communicate with and informative. We remodeled our kitchen and Petrus fabricated our beautiful quartz countertops. We had a hard time finding enough slabs for my large kitchen in the design that we wanted because we needed 3 slabs but Fabio from Petrus came to our rescue. He was able to show me a similar quartz which I ended up loving and now my kitchen looks amazing. They are very professional and genuine, and helped us to achieve the look we wanted for our kitchen. Installation on site was done in 1 quick day and there was a minor issue afterwards but Fabio came back out the next day and he was able to remedy it. So, I reached out via messenger to Petrus Countertops on FB Marketplace who were running an ad. Victor responded promptly and sent me a quote based off photos and measurements! When I went to the shop to select the countertop, the shop was very clean, organized and there were many options to choose from. Victor and Fabio booked me within my desired time and their installers traveled 1.5 hrs to the location. They were on time, professional, clean and did an excellent job on my countertops. After a water pipe broke under my kitchen floor we had to tear everything out of the kitchen to get to it. The light at the end of that stressful tunnel was we were able to update and upgrade. Fabio was so patient with my endless questions and gave suggestions that I never thought of, right down to the type of edge. Before the cabinets were installed he measured to provide us an estimate.
