Unfortunately this project didn't have the same outcome. Decker and his assistant cut two panels too short and tried to splice in the bottom pieces. I asked Decker to explain the cuts and splicing and his response was that he couldn't do anything about it and told me to call another installer. The crazy part of this whole situation is that we had enough material left over for him to reinstall the panels but he refused to come back and fix the mistake. He then proceeded to block my number and took zero responsibility for the mistake. I would think twice before hiring Williams Wallcovering for your install.

I had been waiting for another company to "schedule" my job for weeks. Frustrated, I started looking for a new installer and was so happy to find The Wallpaper Sisters on Yelp. Brandy and Diana are prompt, polite, efficient, neat, and so easy to work with! (Such a rare find these days). They do awesome work. I trusted them with expensive wallpaper when they wallpapered our master bedroom. We love our accent wall! I am planning on using them again for another room in our house. (Elite) to refinish our 1990's solid wood kitchen cabinets. We wanted to transition from a dated medium tone reddish-brown natural wood finish to have them painted a fresh, modern neutral color. We selected an elegant shade of beige with hints of yellow and green depending on how the sun is shining. We waited the full 30 days after painting to replace items on the painted shelves that were part of our kitchen. I have waited until now to write my review to be sure that the painted cabinet surfaces held up to everyday wear and tear. All I can say is that Elite did a fantastic job! Ernesto came and gave us the initial quote in December 2025 and he was also on our job every single day. Our painting work was performed by Ernesto himself and one other contractor (Tony). They worked quite independently, diligently and were patient and easy to communicate with throughout the project as I was onsite (and watching intently) the entire time. Ernesto's and Tony's work was top-notch. Also, the office staff person, Sasha, did a great job, start to finish: first, in getting us scheduled in a very timely manner; all the way to the end, with final payment processing. We truly could not be happier. Our kitchen is large and our existing custom cabinetry was solid wood that was in really good shape and would have been such a waste to just get rid of. However, I also did not want our kitchen to look hodge-podge or cheap, as our home is quite grand. Anyway, the end result is the kitchen of my dreams! The newly painted finish looks seamless, brand new, and has held up beautifully to everyday use. It gives our kitchen a refreshed and totally elegant look. I am thrilled with the work that Elite performed and I am known to be VERY, VERY picky! I would not hesitate to use Elite anytime I need cabinets painted in the future.

This time we also had them paint our block wall as well. They are very good at what they do and they are very competitively priced. We also paid extra to have them do what is called a roll back or back rolling. After they sprayed two coats of paint they then go back over it with a paint roller. This ensures the paint gets into all of the stucco nooks and crannies. This also helps to make sure that your houses paint last much longer. Years longer in fact. I highly recommend paying the extra cost to have this extra process done. *From the web: "Back-rolling increases adhesion by forcing the paint into the grain and pushing out the air that would otherwise be trapped in the texture. This method adds an additional 4-5 years to the life of our already durable paint job." Alex's Painting is a great company and I have been very happy with them painting the two homes I have owned.

Too long in some cases, it needed a lot of wood and stucco repair. Hearing how great That 1 Painter was, we gave Bill a call. What can I say. The entire experience was exceptional. During the first walk around, we felt confident in what would be done. And there was a lot to do. His team did an outstanding job. They knew what they were doing and it showed. The tape jobs alone, having to put it up, paint around it, and then cover the new paint to paint the next section (we had three different colors applied) happened so smoothly. It was like watching a dance. Every detail, from start to finish, including cleaning up, was perfect. And speaking of color! Bill sent Julie of JC Color and Design to help pick new colors. Julie knew exactly what I was seeing in my head, only better. She recommended the 3rd color, a deep brown for the trim and the two sets of patio doors, the latter having been white.
